Abstract

本实用新型属于环保设备,涉及一种用于对烟气中的二氧化硫进行脱除和回收处理的塔内结晶氨法脱硫塔。其特征是,脱硫塔的进烟口以下,由上至下设置有结晶段和氧化段,结晶段与氧化段之间通过隔板相分隔;氧化段底部设置有与压缩空气相通的空气分布器,氧化段下部设置有吸收液入口,吸收液入口与主吸收段下部的出口连接,氧化段上部设置有吸收液出口,吸收液出口通过脱硫塔外部的循环系统与降温吸收段和主吸收段的喷淋装置相连接;结晶段上部设置有结晶液溢流口。本实用新型可在脱硫塔内实现副产品硫酸铵的结晶,无需在后处理工序消耗大量蒸汽进行浓缩结晶,从而在保证正常脱硫效率前提下,既节省了投资又大大降低了运行成本。

技术领域
本实用新型属于环保设备,涉及一种用于对烟气中的二氧化硫进行脱除和回收处理的塔内结晶氨法脱硫塔。
背景技术
传统的烟气脱硫工艺主要采用钙法脱硫技术,其存在着二次污染及脱硫石膏的难以处置等缺陷。与钙法脱硫工艺相比,现有的氨法脱硫工艺是利用氨吸收烟气中的二氧化硫,其反应为气-液或气-气相反应,反应速度快,吸收剂利用率高,吸收设备体积可大大减小。但氨法脱硫应用于燃煤锅炉烟气的脱硫时,现有的各类结构的脱硫塔普遍存在着氨耗高、气溶胶难以消除、吸收液处理成本高、操作难度大等问题。在现有结构的氨法脱硫塔中,氨吸收二氧化硫生成亚硫酸铵,然后用空气氧化,但高浓度的亚硫酸铵不能快速完全被直接氧化成硫酸铵,而是在较低浓度下氧化后通过蒸发浓缩工艺获得产物,其蒸发量大,能耗大且流程长,设备多、占地大,运行费用高,装置的经济性较差。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种集烟气的洗涤、降温、吸收、脱水、除雾以及吸收后的副产品的氧化、浓缩、结晶等多种功能于一体的塔内结晶氨法脱硫塔,并使其所需的后处理设备少、能耗低、运行成本低。
本实用新型的塔内结晶氨法脱硫塔的塔体中部设置有进烟口,顶部设置有出烟口,在进烟口和出烟口之间由下至上设置有降温吸收段、主吸收段、脱水除雾段;降温吸收段与主吸收段之间设置有仅供烟气通过的气帽,降温吸收段设置有若干层喷淋装置,主吸收段设置有若干层填料及喷淋装置,脱水除雾段设置有除雾填料和工艺水喷淋装置;在进烟口以下,由上至下设置有结晶段和氧化段,结晶段与氧化段之间通过隔板相分隔;氧化段底部设置有与压缩空气相通的空气分布器,氧化段下部设置有吸收液入口,吸收液入口与主吸收段下部的出口连接,氧化段上部设置有吸收液出口,吸收液出口通过脱硫塔外部的循环系统与降温吸收段和主吸收段的喷淋装置相连接;结晶段上部设置有结晶液溢流口。结晶段可设置有搅拌装置,该搅拌装置可采用气体搅拌装置,气体搅拌装置的进气口与氧化段的出气口连接。
本实用新型由于在进烟口与底部的氧化段之间设置了结晶段,可以利用烟气的高温对降温吸收段下来的循环液进行蒸发结晶,因此可在脱硫塔内实现副产品硫酸铵的结晶,无需在后处理工序消耗大量蒸汽进行浓缩结晶,从而在保证正常脱硫效率前提下,既节省了投资又大大降低了运行成本。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本实用新型的塔内结晶氨法脱硫塔的塔体中部的进烟口1和顶部的出烟口2之间依次设置有降温吸收段3、主吸收段4、脱水除雾段5;降温吸收段与主吸收段之间设置有仅供烟气通过的气帽6,降温吸收段设置有若干层喷淋装置7,主吸收段设置有若干层填料及喷淋装置7,脱水除雾段设置有除雾填料和工艺水喷淋装置。在进烟口以下设置有由隔板分隔的结晶段8和氧化段9。氧化段的吸收液入口91与主吸收段下部的出口连接,由空气分布器92通入的空气对吸收液进行氧化,氧化段的吸收液出口93通过塔外的循环系统与降温吸收段和主吸收段的喷淋装置7相连接,在循环过程中补充氨吸收剂。结晶段8上部设置有结晶液溢流口81,结晶段设置的搅拌装置82为气体搅拌装置,气体搅拌装置的进气口与氧化段的出气口连接,利用氧化段排出的气体作为结晶段的搅拌动力。

Claims (2)

1、一种塔内结晶氨法脱硫塔,在其塔体中部设置有进烟口(1),顶部设置有出烟口(2),在进烟口和出烟口之间由下至上设置有降温吸收段(3)、主吸收段(4)、脱水除雾段(5);降温吸收段与主吸收段之间设置有气帽(6),降温吸收段设置有若干层喷淋装置(7),主吸收段设置有若干层填料及喷淋装置(7),脱水除雾段设置有除雾填料和工艺水喷淋装置;其特征是:在进烟口以下,由上至下设置有结晶段(8)和氧化段(9),结晶段与氧化段之间通过隔板相分隔;氧化段底部设置有与压缩空气相通的空气分布器(92),氧化段下部设置有吸收液入口(91),吸收液入口与主吸收段(4)下部的出口连接,氧化段上部设置有吸收液出口(93),吸收液出口通过脱硫塔外部的循环系统与降温吸收段和主吸收段的喷淋装置(7)相连接;结晶段(8)上部设置有结晶液溢流口(81)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的塔内结晶氨法脱硫塔,其特征是:结晶段(8)设置有搅拌装置(82),该搅拌装置为气体搅拌装置,其进气口与氧化段的出气口连接。
