本发明公开了一种高效洗涤塔,包括塔体,塔体底部设有入气口、顶部设有出气口,塔体上部设有喷淋头,喷淋头下方对应设有接收盘,所述接收盘通过引流管连接塔体底部的集液箱,集液箱底部有出液口直接通向塔体外。本发明与传统技术相比,设计科学,结构简单,处理废气效果明显,通过接收盘和集液箱收集洗涤液与废气形成的泡沫,起到了很好的泡沫处理效果。

本发明属于环保领域,具体涉及一种高效洗涤塔。
背景技术
废气处理主要是指针对工业场所产生的工业废气注入粉尘颗粒物、烟气烟尘、异味气体、有毒有害气体进行治理的工作。常见的废气处理有工厂烟尘废气净化、车间粉尘废气净化、有机废气净化、废气异味净化、酸碱废气净化、化工废气净化等。传统洗涤塔采用药剂对废气进行处理,处理后的药液收集比较繁琐,由于洗涤后的药液多以泡沫状存在,如不控制会飞溅沾粘在塔体侧壁,造成后期清理的困难。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种高效洗涤塔。
技术方案:为了达到上述发明目的,本发明具体是这样来完成的:一种高效洗涤塔,包括塔体,塔体底部设有入气口、顶部设有出气口,塔体上部设有喷淋头,喷淋头下方对应设有接收盘,所述接收盘通过引流管连接塔体底部的集液箱,集液箱底部有出液口直接通向塔体外。
其中,所述引流管外设有引流槽。
其中,所述集液箱顶部设有一组通气孔。
其中,所述入气口内设有过滤网。
有益效果:本发明与传统技术相比,设计科学,结构简单,处理废气效果明显,通过接收盘和集液箱收集洗涤液与废气形成的泡沫,起到了很好的泡沫处理效果。

如图1所示的一种高效洗涤塔,包括塔体1,塔体1底部设有入气口2、顶部设有出气口3,塔体1上部设有喷淋头4,喷淋头4下方对应设有接收盘5,所述接收盘5通过引流管6连接塔体1底部的集液箱7,集液箱7底部有出液口8直接通向塔体1外,所述引流管6外设有引流槽61,所述集液箱7顶部设有一组通气孔9,所述入气口2内设有过滤网10。

1.一种高效洗涤塔,其特征在于,包括塔体(1),塔体(1)底部设有入气口(2)、顶部设有出气口(3),塔体(1)上部设有喷淋头(4),喷淋头(4)下方对应设有接收盘(5),所述接收盘(5)通过引流管(6)连接塔体(1)底部的集液箱(7),集液箱(7)底部有出液口(8)直接通向塔体(1)外。

3.根据权利要求1所述的高效洗涤塔,其特征在于,所述集液箱(7)顶部设有一组通气孔(9)。
