Abstract

本发明涉及一种V型双缸发动机消音器的冷却系统,具体地说是特别适用于能提供高品质电源的强制风冷的V型双缸发动机数码静音发电装置,属于动力发电装置技术领域。其主要采用后罩壳固定在侧盖上,由侧盖及后罩壳组成消音器的冷却腔,冷却腔内设有风扇,风扇安装在曲轴上,曲轴的轴端穿过侧盖,集风板固定在支撑架上,支撑架一端固定在侧盖上,消音器设在侧盖与集风板之间。本发明结构简单、紧凑,合理;由于采用一个消音器的冷却腔及一个装在穿过侧盖的曲轴端上的风扇组成冷却系统,由风扇提供冷却风对消音器进行强制风冷,通过上述冷却腔为消音器提供冷却风,可提高对消音器的冷却效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种V型双缸发动机消音器的冷却系统,具体地说是特别适用于能提供高品质电源的强制风冷的V型双缸发动机数码静音发电装置,属于动力发电装置技术领域。
背景技术
强制风冷的V型双缸发动机数码发电装置有一个箱式的外壳,要求有足够强度的环境温度的空气来冷却发热大且集中的部位,如V型双缸发动机的缸体、缸盖、润滑油壳、排气管、消音器等。只有充分冷却上述部位,尤其是消音器,其温度是发电单元中最高的,发热量很大,需及时散热才不至于导致发电单元的整体温度升高,才能保证整个发电单元长久可靠的运行。
本发明作出以前,在已有技术中,消音器的冷却一般采用用保温材料包裹隔热,或者采用冷却发动机的余风来冷却等被动的冷却方法,来使发电装置的内部温度不至升温太多,实际上上述二种方法都无法保证发电装置的内部温度不升高,而发电装置的内部温度的升高会引起系列的问题:如输出功率的下降、润滑油变稀引起润滑不良、电子电器元器件性能不稳定、导线软化以至出现故障等等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种采用消音器的冷却腔和风扇组成的V型双缸发动机的冷却系统,冷却系统对消音器采用主动强制风冷,可提高对消音器的冷却效果。
本发明的主要解决方案是这样实现的:
本发明采用后罩壳固定在侧盖上,由侧盖及后罩壳组成消音器的冷却腔,冷却腔内设有风扇,风扇安装在曲轴上,曲轴的轴端穿过侧盖,集风板固定在支撑架上,支撑架一端固定在侧盖上,另一端用于支撑消音器和集风板,消音器设在侧盖与集风板之间。
本发明侧盖与后罩壳分别制有接合口相互配合。本发明集风板上设置孔,让冷却风能从孔中通过。集风板上设置多个固定耳,便于固定。
本发明与已有技术相比具有以下优点:
本发明结构简单、紧凑,合理;由于采用一个消音器的冷却腔及一个装在穿过侧盖的曲轴端上的风扇组成冷却系统,由风扇提供冷却风对消音器进行强制风冷,通过上述冷却腔为消音器提供冷却风,可提高对消音器的冷却效果。

具体实施方式
下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述:
本发明主要由侧盖1、曲轴 2、支撑架 3、消音器 4、集风板 5、风扇 6、后罩壳 7等组成。
本发明中的冷却腔由侧盖1及后罩壳7组成,由侧盖1及后罩壳7组成消音器的冷却腔。侧盖1由铝合金或镁合金制造,用螺栓固定在V型发动机箱体上,后罩壳7由金属制成,用螺栓固定在侧盖1上,从图中可以看出侧盖1与后罩壳7分别制有接合口相互配合,满足密封要求。
本发明在冷却腔内设有风扇6,风扇6由铝合金或镁合金制造,安装在曲轴2上并用螺栓和垫圈紧固,通过冷却腔为消音器提供冷却风。曲轴2的轴端穿过侧盖1,本发明实施例中的曲轴2端穿过消音器4。为了提高消音器的冷却效果,加强风扇6对消音器的冷却,专门设置了集风板5以及支撑架3,集风板5、支撑架3由金属板制成;在集风板5上设有一孔,让冷却风能从孔中通过,上述孔设在对应风扇6的位置。在集风板5上还设有多个固定耳,用螺栓将其固定到支撑架3上,并用双头螺栓将其固定在消音器4上;支撑架3一端用螺栓固定在侧盖1上,另一端用于支撑消音器4和集风板5。
本发明中的消音器4由钢板及钢管制成,其排气管接管用螺栓连接V型发动机排气管,用螺栓通过固定耳将其固定在支撑架3及侧盖1上,消音器4设在侧盖1与集风板5之间,这样能得到冷却风的充分冷却。

Claims (5)

1.一种V型双缸发动机消音器的冷却系统,包括消音器(4),其特征是采用后罩壳(7)固定在侧盖(1)上,由侧盖(1)及后罩壳(7)组成消音器的冷却腔,冷却腔内设有风扇(6),风扇(6)安装在曲轴(2)上,曲轴(2)的轴端穿过侧盖(1),集风板(5)固定在支撑架(3)上,支撑架(3)一端固定在侧盖(1)上,另一端用于支撑消音器(4)和集风板(5),消音器(4)设在侧盖(1)与集风板(5)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的V型双缸发动机消音器的冷却系统,其特征在于所述的侧盖(1)与后罩壳(7)分别制有接合口相互配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的V型双缸发动机消音器的冷却系统,其特征在于所述的集风板(5)上设置孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的V型双缸发动机消音器的冷却系统,其特征在于所述的集风板(5)上设置固定耳。
5.根据权利要求1所述的V型双缸发动机消音器的冷却系统,其特征在于所述的曲轴(2)穿过消音器(4)。
