Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有风水冷却功能的发动机外壳,包括壳体,所述壳体的顶部和底部均设置有端盖,所述壳体的内部设置有内胆,所述内胆的外侧设置有胆壳,且内胆与胆壳之间留有水冷间隙,该水冷间隙内设置有冷却水,且水冷间隙的底部设置有等距离排列的呈圆弧状的冷凝管,所述胆壳与壳体的内壁之间留有风冷间隙,且风冷间隙的底部设置有冷风机,该风冷间隙内设置有散热板。该具有风水冷却功能的发动机外壳,能够对壳体内的发动机进行的水冷式降温,降温效果好,在经过水冷式降温后,能够紧接着进行风冷式降温,降温速度较快,且采用风水冷却两种方式进行降温,效果显著,从而可以提高发动机的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及发动机散热技术领域,具体为一种具有风水冷却功能的发动机外壳。
背景技术
发动机(Engine)是一种能够把其它形式的能转化为机械能的机器,包括如内燃机(汽油发动机等)、外燃机(斯特林发动机、蒸汽机等)、电动机等。如内燃机通常是把化学能转化为机械能。发动机既适用于动力发生装置,也可指包括动力装置的整个机器(如:汽油发动机、航空发动机)。发动机最早诞生在英国,所以,发动机的概念也源于英语,它的本义是指那种“产生动力的机械装置。随着科技的发展,人们对节能环保有了更高程度的要求,尤其是温度对汽车发动机产生了巨大的影响,降温效果差的发动机,会直接降低其使用寿命,如何有效控制温度对汽车发动机产生的影响成了我们当前需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有风水冷却功能的发动机外壳,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种具有风水冷却功能的发动机外壳,包括壳体,所述壳体的顶部和底部均设置有端盖,所述壳体的内部设置有内胆,所述内胆的外侧设置有胆壳,且内胆与胆壳之间留有水冷间隙,该水冷间隙内设置有冷却水,且水冷间隙的底部设置有等距离排列的呈圆弧状的冷凝管,所述胆壳与壳体的内壁之间留有风冷间隙,且风冷间隙的底部设置有冷风机,该风冷间隙内设置有散热板,所述风冷间隙与壳体外表面设有的等距离排列的散热管相连通。
优选的,所述散热管的内部设置有双层除尘网,且散热管的内壁上设置有凹凸不平的防噪音凸点。
优选的,所述冷风机的两侧均设置有呈圆弧状的过滤网罩。
优选的,所述散热板的顶端与壳体内的顶壁固定相连,且散热板的底端悬空。
优选的,所述内胆与胆壳的底部均呈圆弧状,且胆壳的底部与冷风机的出风面相接触。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:该具有风水冷却功能的发动机外壳,通过在壳体的内部设置有内胆,内胆的外侧设置有胆壳,且内胆与胆壳之间留有水冷间隙,该水冷间隙内设置有冷却水,且水冷间隙的底部设置有等距离排列的呈圆弧状的冷凝管,能够对壳体内的发动机进行的水冷式降温,降温效果好,其次通过在胆壳与壳体的内壁之间留有风冷间隙,且风冷间隙的底部设置有冷风机,该风冷间隙内设置有散热板,风冷间隙与壳体外表面设有的等距离排列的散热管相连通,在经过水冷式降温后,能够紧接着进行风冷式降温,降温速度较快,且采用风水冷却两种方式进行降温,效果显著,从而可以提高发动机的使用寿命。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种具有风水冷却功能的发动机外壳,包括壳体1,壳体1的顶部和底部均设置有端盖2,壳体1的内部设置有内胆3,内胆3的外侧设置有胆壳4,内胆3与胆壳4的底部均呈圆弧状,且胆壳4的底部与冷风机8的出风面相接触,且内胆3与胆壳4之间留有水冷间隙5,该水冷间隙5内设置有冷却水,且水冷间隙5的底部设置有等距离排列的呈圆弧状的冷凝管6,能够对壳体1内的发动机进行的水冷式降温,降温效果好,胆壳4与壳体1的内壁之间留有风冷间隙7,且风冷间隙7的底部设置有冷风机8,冷风机8的两侧均设置有呈圆弧状的过滤网罩801,该风冷间隙7内设置有散热板9,散热板9的顶端与壳体1内的顶壁固定相连,且散热板9的底端悬空,风冷间隙7与壳体1外表面设有的等距离排列的散热管10相连通,在经过水冷式降温后,能够紧接着进行风冷式降温,降温速度较快,且采用风水冷却两种方式进行降温,效果显著,从而可以提高发动机的使用寿命,散热管10的内部设置有双层除尘网101,能够对进入壳体1内的气体进行除尘过滤,保证壳体1内部的洁净,且散热管的内壁上设置有凹凸不平的防噪音凸点102,具有很好的防噪音作用。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种具有风水冷却功能的发动机外壳,包括壳体(1),所述壳体(1)的顶部和底部均设置有端盖(2),其特征在于:所述壳体(1)的内部设置有内胆(3),所述内胆(3)的外侧设置有胆壳(4),且内胆(3)与胆壳(4)之间留有水冷间隙(5),该水冷间隙(5)内设置有冷却水,且水冷间隙(5)的底部设置有等距离排列的呈圆弧状的冷凝管(6),所述胆壳(4)与壳体(1)的内壁之间留有风冷间隙(7),且风冷间隙(7)的底部设置有冷风机(8),该风冷间隙(7)内设置有散热板(9),所述风冷间隙(7)与壳体(1)外表面设有的等距离排列的散热管(10)相连通,所述散热管(10)的内部设置有双层除尘网(101),且散热管的内壁上设置有凹凸不平的防噪音凸点(102),所述冷风机(8)的两侧均设置有呈圆弧状的过滤网罩(801)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有风水冷却功能的发动机外壳,其特征在于:所述散热板(9)的顶端与壳体(1)内的顶壁固定相连,且散热板(9)的底端悬空。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有风水冷却功能的发动机外壳,其特征在于:所述内胆(3)与胆壳(4)的底部均呈圆弧状,且胆壳(4)的底部与冷风机(8)的出风面相接触。
