背景技术
已知带夹可用于将由橡胶或塑料材料制成的柔性管夹持在套接管或由硬质材料制成的管上。此类夹具包括用于包绕将要接合的管的金属带和拉紧施力装置,所述拉紧施力装置同时构成夹具的闭合体。最常使用的是表面上通过电解涂覆或电镀而施加有防蚀保护的钢带,例如电镀带或不锈钢或耐酸钢带。通常,拉紧施力装置包含具有蜗杆螺纹的螺杆,与具备横向齿的带的一部分配合。

由于连接夹具切开端部的连接机构具有独特构造,所以本申请可以应用于涂覆有保护涂层的带和由不锈钢或耐酸钢制成的带,同时在经切开并在切开处通过Z型连接机构接合之后的夹具的标称直径相对于切开前的夹具的标称直径保持不变。

本发明的夹具包括经切开并在切开处通过连接机构1接合的金属带7和构成夹具闭合体的拉紧施力装置10。连接机构1包括具有合缝线突出部3的侧向部件2和在两侧上具备翼5的两块纵向部件4,在组装过程中,翼5弯曲并捏合于带7的端部6上。带7的端部6包括侧向弯曲部8,所述侧向弯曲部8的长度稍长于弯曲并捏合于这一侧向弯曲部8上的翼5的宽度。所述带7的端部6包括位于其边缘上的凹槽9,凹槽9的宽度类似于连接机构1薄片的厚度,且其长度类似于弯曲并捏合于此凹槽9上的翼5的宽度。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于接合柔性管的带夹,包括经切开且在切开处通过连接机构与弯曲部接合的金属带和构成所述带夹的闭合体的拉紧施力装置,其特征在于:所述连接机构(1)为Z字型,其包括连接机构侧向部件(2)和在两侧上具备翼(5)的两块纵向部件(4),所述翼(5)弯曲并捏合于所述带(7)的端部(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带夹,其特征在于:所述带(7)的端部(6)包括侧向弯曲部(8),所述侧向弯曲部(8)的长度稍长于被弯曲并捏合于侧向弯曲部(8)上的所述翼(8)的宽度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带夹,其特征在于:所述带(7)的端部(6)包括位于其边缘上的凹槽(9),所述凹槽(9)的宽度近似等于所述连接机构(1)的薄片厚度,且其长度近似等于被弯曲并捏合于此凹槽(9)中的所述翼(5)的宽度。
