技术领域
本发明一般地涉及斜切锯,尤其是涉及具有尘屑收集装置的斜切锯。
背景技术
参照图1,非滑动式斜切锯和滑动式斜切锯均具有一个底座11,一个固附在底座11上的可转动工作台12,一个锯组件20,该锯组件20包括一个马达21、一个由马达21驱动的锯片22,一个覆盖住马达21的覆盖壳体(未示出),一个覆盖住锯片22的上部的上部锯片护罩24,以及一个覆盖住锯片22的下部的下部护罩25(以虚线示出)。因此,为了对放置于底座11和工作台12上的工件进行切割,锯组件20被向下枢转。
此外,滑动式斜切锯能够使得用户沿着工作台水平地移动锯组件。大多数滑动式斜切锯均通过将上部锯片护罩24(以及锯组件20)连接到一根枢转臂26上来实现这一点,枢转臂26相应地被连接在一个耳轴13上,该耳轴13被固定连接在至少一条导轨14上,导轨14则被可滑动地固附在一个承架15上,承架15连接在工作台12上(比如参见美国专利No.6067885)。利用这种装置,为了对工件W进行切割,用户将向前拉动锯组件20,向下移动锯组件20,随后向后推动锯组件20。
斜切锯还可以具有一个固附于底座11上的可移动防护组件30。可移动防护组件30可以横过工作台12进行延伸,为了在工件W上执行切割操作,工件W可以被定位和支靠在可移动防护组件30上。可移动防护组件30通常包括一个固附在底座11上的固定防护件31,和一个连接于固定防护件31上的可移动防护件32。通常,可移动防护件32被可滑动地安装在固定防护件31上。本技术领域中的熟练技术人员请参照美国专利No.5297463和No.5943931,在这里通过参考将其全部内容引入本发明。
某些斜切锯包括有尘屑收集活片27,用于导引切割操作所产生的尘屑穿过枢转臂26和/或上部锯片护罩24,这些尘屑随后穿过尘屑出口27排出。某些典型的尘屑收集活片27由橡胶或者其它弹性材料制成。
由于它们的结构设计,尘屑收集活片27通常会在锯组件20处于非切割位置时与下部锯片护罩25发生接触。但是,有时这种接触会使锯片22的外周部分地暴露出来。这种情形会违反某些欧洲法令。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单的具有尘屑收集装置且不使锯片外周暴露的斜切锯。
根据本发明,采用了一种经过改进的斜切锯。这种斜切锯,包括底座;可旋转地固附于底座上的工作台;连接于工作台上的承架;连接于承架上的锯组件,该锯组件包括枢转臂,连接于枢转臂上的上部锯片护罩,固附在上部锯片护罩上的马达,以及由马达驱动的锯片;以及具有一主体的尘屑收集装置,在所述主体上设置有第一切槽和第二切槽,并且所述主体具有一个活片,该活片部分地由第一切槽和第二切槽限定。
本发明的斜切锯可以有效地收集尘屑且不使锯片外周暴露。

具体实施方式
下面将参照附图对本发明进行描述,其中相同的附图标记指代相同的部件。参照图1至2,滑动式斜切锯优选地具有一个底座11,一个可旋转地连接于底座11上的工作台12,一个枢转连接在工作台12上的承架15,至少一条(优选地两条)可滑动地连接于承架15上的导轨14,以及一个锯组件,该锯组件包括一个安装于导轨14一端部上的耳轴13,一根可枢转地安装在耳轴13上的枢转臂26,一个马达21,一个由马达21驱动的锯片22,一个用于覆盖住锯片22的上部的上部锯片护罩24,以及一个可枢转地固附在上部锯片护罩24上以用于覆盖住锯片22的下部的下部锯片护罩25。优选的是,马达21被固附在上部锯片护罩24上。这些构件在本技术领域中是公知的。本技术领域中的熟练技术人员请参照美国专利No.6067885,在这里通过参考将其全部内容引入本发明。
参照图2至3,一个尘屑收集装置40可以被固附在上部锯片护罩24和/或枢转臂26上,用于导引由切割操作所产生的尘屑穿过枢转臂26和/或上部锯片护罩24。尘屑优选地随后通过尘屑出口27排出。尘屑收集装置40可以由橡胶或者任何其它弹性材料制成。
在图3中示出了尘屑收集装置40的第一实施例。尘屑收集装置40可以具有一个主体41、多个侧壁43以及一个下部42。尘屑收集装置还可以具有至少一条切槽44,从主体41延伸至该尘屑收集装置40的外边缘。本技术领域中的熟练技术人员将认识到,切槽44优选的是贯通切槽。换句话说,切槽44优选地在尘屑收集装置40的相反表面之间延伸。
优选的是,切槽44被置于侧壁43与下部42之间,以允许当下部42越过一个障碍物、一个工件等等时,下部42可向前或者向后折起(如图3B中所示)。
本技术领域中熟练技术人员将认识到,切槽44可以被置于尘屑收集装置40上的任何位置处。但是,最好不要将切槽设置于主体41的中部(或者竖直中线处),因为某些尘屑会穿过切槽逃散出来。但是,这种放置方式仍旧落入本发明的范围之内。
设置至少一条切槽44还可以允许尘屑收集装置40中的不同部分在受到下部锯片护罩25的压缩时相互之间发生移动,从而使得锯片22的外周不会部分地暴露出来。
在图4中示出了尘屑收集装置40的另一实施例。前一实施例中所教授的内容被全部结合于此。如前所述那样,尘屑收集装置40具有一个主体45,该主体45上设置有至少一条切槽46。两个实施例之间的主要区别在于,与切槽44不同,切槽46没有到达主体45的外边缘。尽管如此,正如图4中示出的那样,并且正如图4B中更为详细图示的那样,设置至少一条切槽46仍然允许尘屑收集装置40中的不同部分在受到下部锯片护罩25的压缩时相互之间发生移动,从而使得锯片22的外周不会部分地暴露出来。
同样,本技术领域中的熟练技术人员将认识到,切槽46优选的是贯通切槽。换句话说,切槽46优选地在尘屑收集装置40的相反表面之间延伸。
上部锯片护罩24可以结合另一特征来有助于尘屑的收集。参照图2和图5至6,上部锯片护罩24可以具有一个轴支承件24S,用于支承可以由马达21驱动和/或支承起锯片22的轴21S。上部锯片护罩24还可以支承起一个用于将马达21封闭起来的马达壳体28。
上部锯片护罩24可以具有一条凸肋24R,用于限制尘屑进入上部锯片护罩24的量。优选的是,凸肋24R基本上垂直于由锯片22限定的平面。此外,由凸肋24R限定的平面可以与轴21S和/或锯片22的旋转轴线相交叉。因此,凸肋24R可以防止某些尘屑或者木屑进入上部锯片护罩24内。
凸肋24R还优选地被加工成其能影响上部锯片护罩24内的气流。优选的是,凸肋24基本上是平的。通过如前所述那样对该凸肋进行放置,其将有助于导引进入上部锯片护罩24内的尘屑或者木屑移向尘屑出口27。
本技术领域中的熟练技术人员将认识到,轴支承件24S和凸肋24R可以与上部锯片护罩24分开制成或者一体制成。此外,本技术领域中的熟练技术人员将认识到,轴支承件24S和凸肋24R可以一体制成。

Claims (1)

1、一种斜切锯,包括:
底座;
可旋转地固附于底座上的工作台;
连接于工作台上的承架;
连接于承架上的锯组件,该锯组件包括枢转臂,连接于枢转臂上的上部锯片护罩,固附在上部锯片护罩上的马达,以及由马达驱动的锯片;以及
其特征在于,具有一主体的尘屑收集装置,在所述主体上设置有第一切槽和第二切槽,并且所述主体具有一个活片,该活片部分地由第一切槽和第二切槽限定。
