本发明涉及松香加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种浅色无气味松香的生产方法。包括以下步骤(a)将松香装入蒸馏釜中,升温到250℃-265℃,保持真空度为5mm-8mm水柱条件下,从蒸馏釜中抽出松香中所含的全部重油和稠芳烃经小冷凝器冷却进入储油桶;(b)蒸馏釜的温度升到270℃-280℃,保持真空度不变,松香在蒸馏釜中由液态转化为气态,经冷却到230℃-250℃,松香由气态转化为液态,流入反应釜中,在反应釜中加入0.05%-0.15%松香脱色剂,在不停的搅拌下,升温到265℃-275℃,再慢慢冷却到180℃-220℃,再加入0.05%-0.15%松香稳定剂,再冷却到90℃-120℃放料包装。用本发明的方法所制得的松香产品外观基本上无色透明,无刺激性气味。

浅色无气味松香的生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及松香加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种浅色无气味松香的生产方法。
背景技术
松香是天然树脂中产量最大的一种树脂,也是工业中重要的工业原料,但直接使用的地方不是太多,而是将它加工成酯类后再使用。主要原因有三个方面,1、松香的颜色较深,最好的特级松香的颜色也为6号色;2、由于松香分子的结构中有共轭双键存在,最易与空气中的氧发生氧化作用而变色,且变色后的松香其化学性质也产生变化;3、松香中含有1-3%左右的重油和稠芳烃,而重油又是以双戊烯和20多种萜烯化合物所组成,该成分大都具有刺鼻的气味。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种浅色无气味松香的生产方法。
本发明的浅色无气味松香的生产方法是将松放入密闭的蒸馏釜中加温到250℃-265℃,在真空度为5mm-8mm水柱的条件下,从蒸馏釜中抽出松香中所含的全部重油和稠芳烃经小冷凝器冷却进入储油桶,抽出松香中所含的全部重油和稠芳烃,再将蒸馏釜的温度升到270℃-280℃,保持真空度不变,松香在蒸馏釜中由液态转化为气态,经冷却到230℃-250℃,松香由气态转化为液态,流入反应釜中,待反应釜装满后,在反应釜中加入0.05%-0.15%松香脱色剂,在不停的搅拌下,升温到270±5℃,在慢慢冷却到180℃-220℃再加入0.05%-0.15%松香稳定剂,再冷却到90℃-120℃放料包装或由造粒机造粒。
本发明的浅色无气味松香的生产方法,生产工艺简单,成本低,用本发明的浅色无气味松香的生产方法所生产的松香,无刺激性气味外观基本透明无色,质量稳定。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明:
参照附图,图中蒸馏釜1、小冷凝器2、储油桶3、大冷凝器4、反应釜5、缓冲罐6、真空泵7、真空控制阀8、真空控制阀9,工艺过程:a将松香装入蒸馏釜1中升温到250℃-265℃,开动真空泵7,保持真空度为5mm-8mm水柱条件下,从蒸馏釜1中抽出松香中所含的全部重油和稠芳烃经小冷凝器2冷却进入储油桶3,打开真空控制阀门8维持1小时,此过程中松香中所含有的重油和稠芳烃,全部蒸发干净,消除了松香的气味;b、关闭真空控制阀门8,打开真空控制阀门9,蒸馏釜1的温度升到270℃-280℃,保持真空度不变,此工艺过程中,松香在蒸馏釜中由液态转化为气态,经大冷凝器4冷却到230℃-250℃,松香由气态转化为液态,流入反应釜5中,待反应釜装满后,再向反应釜5中加入0.05%-0.15%松香稳定剂,再冷却到90℃-120℃左右放料包装或由造粒机造粒。
加工机理:1、蒸馏过程中,将松香中的氧化有色物质去除绝大部分,所剩余量用脱色剂消除,所以用肉眼看近乎无色透明;2、松香在真空气化状态和270℃-280℃高温下,松香分子结构中的共轭双键都发生歧化反应而转化成歧化松香,共轭双键大部分破坏而变得稳定;3、经前期真空蒸馏,松香中绝大部分重油和稠芳烃已清除,所以无气味了。

Claims (1)

1、一种浅色无气味松香的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(a)将松香装入蒸馏釜中,升温到250℃-265℃,保持真空度为5mm-8mm水柱条件下,从蒸馏釜中抽出松香中所含的全部重油和稠芳烃经小冷凝器冷却进入储油桶;
(b)蒸馏釜的温度升到270℃-280℃保持真空度不变,松香在蒸馏釜中由液态转化为气态,经冷凝器冷却到230℃-250℃,松香由气态转化为液态,流入反应釜中,加入0.05%-0.15%松香脱色剂,在不停的搅拌下,升温到270℃,再慢慢冷却到180℃-220℃,再加入0.05%-0.15%松香稳定剂,再冷却到90℃-120℃放料包装或由造粒机造粒。
