Abstract
本发明公开了一种含人体全面营养成份的方便面营养包，在现有方便面的基础上，加入含蛋白质、维生素、矿物质的营养元素组合。本发明含人体全面营养成份的方便面营养包的制备方法，将多种营养元素组分根据不同人群对不同营养元素的不同需要，经过混合、粉碎加工而成。目前，方便面已成为国际性的方便食品。2003年全球方便面的消费量为652.2亿份。然而，有研究资料证实，长期吃方便面的人群中，有60%患有营养不良，有54%患缺铁性贫血，有23%缺乏维生素A，有20%缺乏维生素B2，还有20%缺锌。而本发明的含人体全面营养成份的方便面能全面提高人体营养，满足人体对不同营养的均衡需求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种方便食品，具体来说，涉及一种含人体全面营养成份的方便面营养包及其制备方法。
背景技术
方便面的主要成分是碳水化合物，约占65％～70％和脂肪，约占18～20％，所附带的汤料也只含有少量的味精、盐，其营养特点是能量高，100克方便面含400千卡的热量，而同重量的普通面条和馒头才能提供300千卡的热量。但方便面中，蛋白质、维生素、矿物质等人们日常所需的营养物质特别缺乏，即使是各种名目的鸡汁、牛肉汁、虾汁等方便面，其中的肉汁成分的含量也非常少，远远满足不了我们每天正常生命活动的需要。
方便面没有营养与其加工有密切关系，方便面大致经“湿面条、蒸熟、油炸、冷却、加入调味剂、包装”等几个环节，在经过超高温的蒸熟和油炸干燥过程中，面粉中的营养元素破坏极多，尤其是维生素B的破坏更为明显。如经高温蒸熟，维生素B还能保存51％，如用油炸处理，保存率为零。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于填补方便面营养成分缺失，满足人们在食用方便面的同时也能全面、充分、均衡地获取身体所需基本营养元素，提供一种含人体全面营养成份的方便面营养包。
为实现上述发明目的，本发明含人体全面营养成份的方便面营养包，在现有方便面的基础上，加入含有蛋白质、维生素、矿物质的营养元素组合组成的营养包。
本发明含人体全面营养成份的方便面营养包的制备方法，将多种营养元素组分根据不同人群对不同营养元素的不同需要，经过混合、粉碎加工而成。
目前，方便面已成为国际性的方便食品。2003年全球方便面的消费量为652.2亿份。然而，有研究资料证实，长期吃方便面的人群中，有60％患有营养不良，有54％患缺铁性贫血，有23％缺乏维生素A，有20％缺乏维生素B2，还有20％缺锌。而本发明的含人体全面营养成份的方便面能全面提高人体营养，满足人体对不同营养的均衡需求。

钙 960.0毫克
铁 28.2毫克
锌 15.2毫克
硒 45微克

蛋白质 35～65克
维生素A 135～270微克
胡萝卜素 2.3～4.6毫克
维生素B1 1.4～2.8毫克
维生素B2 1.3～2.6毫克
维生素D 5～10微克
维生素C 191.0～382毫克
维生素E 16.6～35.6毫克
钙 960.0～1910毫克
铁 28.2～56.2毫克
锌 7.5～15.2毫克
硒 25～45微克。
