Abstract
本发明涉及一种噪声控制型进气软管,该进气软管适用于改进降噪功能,提高效率以及将进气系统的空间减至最小。本发明实施方案的噪声控制型进气软管包括一个进气软管,一个形成在进气软管某一部分的软管扩展部件,一个形成在软管扩展部件内的内罩,一个形成用来在软管扩展部件和内罩之间获得封闭区域的间隔壁,和一个从内罩伸出使进气软管内侧与封闭区域互连的内软管。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种噪声控制型进气软管,适于降低车辆进气系统中进气软管产生的噪声。
背景技术
通常,车辆的进气系统用于净化进入发动机的空气以及抑制发动机产生的进气噪声。
进气系统典型地由一个进气软管、一个空气滤清器和一个空气管组成。然而,为气流设计的进气软管存在的一个缺陷在于它缺少降噪功能。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供了一种进气软管,整体地形成有一个噪声控制装置,用来改进降噪功能,由此提高效率,并且将进气系统的空间减至最小。
在本发明优选实施方案中,噪声控制型进气软管包括一个车辆进气系统的进气软管。一个软管扩展部件形成在进气软管的某一部分。一个内罩以管状形成在软管扩展部件内,用于允许进入的空气从其流过。一个间隔壁(wall)被形成用来在软管扩展部件和内罩之间获得一个封闭区域。一个内软管自内罩形成,使进气软管内部和封闭区域互连,其中,所述封闭区域具有环绕所述内罩的环形形状。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图详细说明本发明的优选实施例。
如图1所示,本发明实施方案的噪声控制型进气软管包括一个在进气软管20的某一部分按预定宽度扩展软管的软管扩展部件22。一个内罩24形成在软管扩展部件22内。一个间隔壁26形成在软管扩展部件22和内罩24之间,封闭软管扩展部件22的内部部分。
为使通过间隔壁26在内罩24和软管扩展部件22之间形成的封闭区域与进气软管20的内侧互连,内软管28在预定长度上从内罩24的某一部分伸出,面向软管扩展部件22的内部部分。
如果内软管28在长度上伸到软管扩展部件22内,则降低进气软管20发出的低频噪声。另一方面,如果内软管28的长度被缩短,则降低进气软管20的高频噪声。因此,优选根据有关进气软管20希望要降低的频率来调整内软管28的长度。
装在进气软管20中的软管扩展部件22、内罩24、间隔壁26和内软管28优选通过模制整体地形成。
本发明实施方案的软管扩展部件22形成在进气系统进气软管20的某一部分。内罩24形成在软管扩展部件22内。间隔壁26被安装,从而在软管扩展部件22和内罩24之间形成一定的封闭区域。内软管28从内罩24伸出在其上形成一个孔,由此使进气软管20的内侧和形成在软管扩展部件22内的封闭区域互连。
软管扩展部件22和内罩24之间的封闭区域起共振器的作用,由此改进了进气软管20的降噪功能。为了改进对低频噪声的降噪功能内软管28在长度上延伸,而内软管28在长度上缩短来改进对高频噪声的降噪功能。
可以对本发明的实施方案进行改动、变化、替代、或添加,只要是在本发明的实质精神及和权利要求的范围之内。
以上说明显示出,本发明的一个优点在于车辆进气系统的进气软管在其某一部分延伸,并且间隔壁固定在扩展软管内侧和内罩之间,以便在其间得到一个封闭区域。还形成有一个内软管,使封闭区域和进气软管的内侧互连,由此用简单的结构改进了进气软管的降噪功能。
Claims (4)
1.一种噪声控制型进气软管装置,包括:
一个进气软管;
一个形成在所述进气软管某一部分的软管扩展部件;
一个以管状形成在所述软管扩展部件内的内罩,用于允许进入的空气从其流过;
一个形成用来在所述软管扩展部件和上述内罩之间获得一个封闭区域的间隔壁;和
一个从所述内罩伸出使所述进气软管内部和所述封闭区域互连的内软管,其中,所述内软管位于具有环形形状的所述封闭区域内。
2.如权利要求1所述的进气软管装置,其中所述内软管在长度上延伸来降低所述进气软管发出的低频噪声。
3.如权利要求1所述的进气软管装置,其中所述内软管在长度上被缩短来降低所述进气软管发出的高频噪声。
4.如权利要求1所述的进气软管装置,其中安装在所述进气软管中的所述软管扩展部件、所述内罩、所述间隔壁和所述内软管通过模制整体地形成。
