Abstract

Las realizaciones de la presente divulgación están dirigidas a un método para producir una planta injertada para el suministro de reactivos de edición del genoma. El método puede incluir la clasificación del tejido del portainjertos cultivado para obtener al menos un portainjertos que exprese un constructo de expresión y que tenga un tallo con un diámetro y un genotipo compatibles con el injerto, y hacer un corte a través del por lo menos un tallo del portainjertos y colocar un dispositivo de estabilización adyacente al corte en el tallo del patrón. El método puede incluir además generar una planta injertada mediante la inserción de al menos un tallo de vástago cortado en el dispositivo de estabilización, en el que el al menos un tallo de vástago cortado se alinea sustancialmente con el tejido vascular dentro del tallo del portainjertos cortado, y la detección de nuevos crecimientos de la planta injertada en busca de ediciones de genes resultantes de la edición genómica por la construcción de expresión
