Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para producir 4-amino-5-metil-2(1H) piridona de la fórmula (I) haciendo reaccionar 2-cloro-5-metil-4-piridinamina de la fórmula 2 con KOH en metanol en un reactor de presión y a un método para producir 2-cloro-5-metil-4-piridinamina de la fórmula 2 hidrogenando 2-cloro-5-metil-4-nitro-piridina-I-óxido de la fórmula 3 utilizando un catalizador de platino. La 4-amino-5-metil-1H-piridina-2(I)-on de la fórmula (I) es un producto intermediario para producir el antagonista MR finerenona de la fórmula (II).
