Abstract

Se proporciona un método de termomoldeado de un artículo termomoldeado con excelente resistencia a la abrasión en su parte adherida por fusión. La poliamida 6 y el copoliéster se preparan en forma separada. El copoliéster contiene ácido tereftálico, etilenglicol y 1,4-butanodiol como unidades de copolimerización. El copoliéster puede contener además e- caprolactona y/o dietilenglicol como unidad de copolimerización. Se produce un hilo multifilamentoso en el cual se agrupan filamentos compuestos tipo alma con envoltura que contienen un componente de alma y un componente de envoltura en una relación de 1 a 4:1 en masa, con un método de hilado de fusión compuesto, con poliamida 6 como componente de alma y copoliéster como componente de envoltura. Se obtiene un producto de filamentos entretejiendo, tejiendo, tejiendo y trenzando, o trenzando el hilo multifilamentoso. El producto de filamentos se calienta para fundir el copoliéster y fundir los filamentos compuestos tipo alma con envoltura entre sí, conservando la forma de filamento inicial de la poliamida 6, termomoldeando así el producto de filamentos.
