Abstract

Una rueda de transmisión ensamblada de a lo menos dos segmentos (1) en un eje (12), cuya superficie de arco interior (3) y el eje (12) tienen esencialmente el mismo radio (R), y tales segmentos (1) de las superficies exteriores (9) tienen superficies perfiladas que transmiten la <br /> potencia de la rueda de transmisión. Entre las caras de los extremos soldadas (4) de los segmentos (1), existen espacios en las secciones de las caras de los extremos (4) que no se encuentran soldados, lo que crea un ajuste a presión entre el eje (12) y la superficie del arco interior (3) de la rueda de transmisión. La soldadura que conecta las caras de extremo (4) de los segmentos de la rueda de transmisión (1) es preferiblemente incompleta, lo que significa que no alcanza el eje (12).
