Abstract
<p>La presente invención proporciona un método para la acetilación de madera que comprende tratar la madera con un medio de acetilación bajo las condiciones de la reacción de acetilación de la madera y el secado de la madera acetilada, en donde el secado comprende al menos dos etapas, en donde la madera se seca primero con un primer medio de secado y luego con un segundo medio de secado.</p>
