Abstract

<p>Se proporciona un método de tratamiento del heno para prevenir y / o reducir el daño por calor en heno con alta humedad y también para conservar el mismo, comprendiendo el método agregar al heno un conservante de heno que comprende una cantidad efectiva conservadora de heno y reductora de calor de al menos una enzima con actividad quitinasa, sola o en combinación con una cantidad efectiva conservadora de heno y reductora de calor de una levadura del género Pichia o una bacteria del género Pediococcus. También se proporciona un método para tratar el heno para prevenir y / o reducir el daño por calor en heno con alta humedad y también para conservar el mismo, el método comprende agregar al heno un conservante de heno que comprende una cantidad efectiva conservadora de heno y reductora de calor de levadura del género Pichia.</p>
