Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest środek aktywujący, przeznaczony zwłaszcza do wykorzystania w oczyszczalniach hydrofitowych, zawierający 0,2 - 1,0% kwasu humusowego, 4 - 6% węgla brunatnego, 10 - 12% węgla drzewnego, 0,5 - 1,0% kwasu karboksylowego, 1% trójtlenku żelaza, 0,1% bakterii heterotroficznych, 0,01% enzymów: ß - amylaza i izoamylaza, 1% alg słodkowodnych.
