Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Derivates der Nikotinsäure.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu einem  Derivat der Nikotinsäure gelangen kann, wein  man     Verbindungen,    welche den Nikotinsäure  rest enthalten, wie z. B.     Nikotinsäurehaloge-          nide,    mit     Diamylamin    behandelt.  



  Das so entstehende     Nikotinsäurediamil-          amid    stellt ein gelbliches<B>01</B> vom Siedepunkt  2100/20 mm dar, welches in Äther löslich,  in Wasser wenig löslich ist.  



  Die neue Verbindung besitzt wertvolle  therapeutische Eigenschaften.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>       21g        Nikotinsäurechlorid    werden mit 28 g       Diamylchlorhydrat    gut gemischt und auf 180    erhitzt. Nach dein     Alkalischmachen    und Aus-         äthern    wird das     Nikotinsiiur-ediamylamid        durch          Fraktionieren        als    gelbliebes Öl erhalten.

  The new compound has valuable therapeutic properties.



  <I> Example: </I> 21 g nicotinic acid chloride are mixed well with 28 g diamyl chlorohydrate and heated to 180. After making it alkaline and etherifying it, the nicotinic acid ediamylamide is obtained as a yellow-sweet oil by fractionation.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Derivates der Nihotinsüure, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Verbindungen, welche den Nikotins.i,ure- rest enthalten, mit Diamylamin behandelt. Das so entstehende Nikotinsäurediamyl- amid stellt ein gelbliches<B>61</B> vom Siedepunkt 210'/20 mm dar, welches in Äther löslich, in Wasser weniger löslich ist. Die neue Verbindung besitzt wertvolle therapeutische Eigenschaften. PATENT CLAIM: Process for the preparation of a derivative of nihotinic acid, characterized in that compounds containing the nicotinic acid residue are treated with diamylamine. The nicotinic acid diamylamide produced in this way is a yellowish <B> 61 </B> with a boiling point of 210 '/ 20 mm, which is soluble in ether and less soluble in water.
