  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Maschinenschmiermittels. 



   Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Maschinenschmiermittels als Ersatz für reines   Maschinenöl,   aber bei teilweiser Verwendung von reinem Maschinenöl in Verbindung mit zu Maschinenschmierzwecken an sich und in den verschiedensten Kombinationen bekannten Bestandteilen, wie Unschlitt, Terpentinöl, Fischtran, Spiritus, Seife und Wasser, jedoch in solchen Mengenverhältnissen und einer solchen Verbindungsart, dass das Produkt an Wirksamkeit und Verwendungsmöglichkeit besonders hinsichtlich der Schlüpfrigkeit und des Flüssigkeitsgrades dem feinen Maschinenöl nicht nachsteht. 



   Dieses Verfahren wird wie folgt angeführt : 1. werden   50 l   reines Maschinenöl bereitgestellt ; 2. wird einem Gemenge von 35 dkg flüssigen, auf   400 erwärmten Unschlitts   und von 1/2 kg Terpentinöl, das in ersterem gut verrührt wurde,   1   kg Fischtran zugesetzt und mit

 und nach dem Verrühren   21/2   kg Schmierseife zugesetzt und dieses Gemenge so lange umgerührt, bis die Seife vollständig aufgelöst ist ; 4. wird das unter 2. genannte Gemenge dem unter 3. genannten Gemenge zugesetzt und so lange darin verrührt, bis die ganze Masse erkaltet.'
Das Ergebnis ist ein Maschinenschmiermittel, dessen Wirkung, wie eingehende Versuche erwiesen haben, derjenigen des reinen Maschinenöls nahezu in nichts nachsteht.
