Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines zum     Baumwolldruck    besonders geeigneten     Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man durch Kup  peln von     diazotierter        4-Cblor-2-aniino-l-oxy-          benzol-6-carbonsäure    mit     1-Oxynaphtalin-3-          sulfo-5-carbonsäure    einen     Azofarbstoff    erhält,  welcher sich in Wasser mit roter, in konzen  trierter Schwefelsäure mit violetter Farbe  löst und auf Baumwolle, nach dem Chrom  druckverfahren bedruckt, seifen-, chlor- und  lichtechte violette Töne gibt.  



       Beispiel:     Die auf bekannte Art aus 18,7 Teilen       4-Chlor-2-amino-1-oxybenzol-6-carbonsäure     dargestellte     Diazoverbindung    gibt man unter  Rühren     zii    einer möglichst konzentrierten Lö  sung von 29 Teilen des     Mononatriumsalzes     der     1-Ogynaphtalin-3-sulfo-5-carbonsäure,     40 Teilen Soda und 26 Teilen Natronlauge    ä 30      ,"o.    Der kristallinisch ausfallende     Farb-          stoff    wird kalt     filtriert,        gepresst    und getrocknet.

It has been found that by coupling diazotized 4-chloro-2-aniino-1-oxybenzene-6-carboxylic acid with 1-oxynaphthalene-3-sulfo-5-carboxylic acid, an azo dye is obtained which turns red in water , dissolves in concentrated sulfuric acid with a violet color and, printed on cotton using the chrome printing process, gives soap, chlorine and lightfast violet tones.



       Example: The diazo compound prepared in a known manner from 18.7 parts of 4-chloro-2-amino-1-oxybenzene-6-carboxylic acid is added with stirring to a solution of 29 parts of the monosodium salt of 1-Ogynaphtalin-3- as concentrated as possible sulfo-5-carboxylic acid, 40 parts of soda and 26 parts of sodium hydroxide solution (30 °). The crystalline precipitating dye is filtered cold, pressed and dried.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfabren zur Herstellung eines zum Baum wolldrucke besonders geeigneten Azofarb- stoffes, welcher sich in Wasser mit roter, in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit violetter Farbe löst und auf Baumwolle, nach dein Chromdruckverfahren bedruckt, ein seifen-, chlor- und lichtechtes Violett gibt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Diazoverbindung der 4- Chlor -2-amino-1-oxybenzol-6-carbonsä.ure mit 1-Oxynaplitalin-3-sulfo-5-carboirsäure kombiniert wird.
