Fig. 12).
The invention relates to a base for a sanitary tub, in particular a shower tray, with a longitudinal strut, a fastened to the longitudinal strut node element and bolted to the node element cross struts, wherein the longitudinal strut and the cross struts are formed for bottom support of the sanitary tub and arranged on height-adjustable foot elements.
In embodiments that are known from practice, consist of the longitudinal struts and cross struts of rectangular tubes. The node element is screwed centrally at a predetermined location on the longitudinal strut. At the ends of the longitudinal and transverse struts and at the branch point below the node element foot elements are also arranged at predetermined locations. When installing a sanitary tub height corrections on the foot elements are possible and can be positioned with a terminal screw rotatably mounted on the node element cross braces so that the end foot, for example. not collided with a drain hole of the sanitary tub. Not always the settings and position options of the known designs are sufficient.
So it is not possible to change the position of the node element or the position of the foot elements along the struts. This complicates installation work when connecting and laying the drainpipe. Problems may also arise if the shower tray does not have a square base and / or the drain is positioned in an unusual location.
The invention has for its object to provide a base for sanitary tubs, which allows a very variable definition of the foot elements in the on-site assembly.
Starting from a base frame with the features described in the introduction, the object is achieved in that the longitudinal strut and the cross braces consist of extruded U-shaped rails whose legs have splines made of longitudinally extending grooves, and that the foot elements have threaded studs, which at any Place along the rails in the splines can be screwed. The profile rails may e.g. made of aluminum or plastic and expediently have on the outside reinforcing ribs. The foot elements can be screwed into the profile rails up to a stop and lie with a collar surface on the U-legs of the rail or an intermediate element tip over. They can be mounted anywhere on the profile rails.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the foot elements on shoes which rest on the rails and the legs of the rails comprise the outside clamp-shaped. The shoe, which surrounds the legs of the rail outside, prevents bending of the rail when screwing the foot element, so that plastic profile rails can be used with less dimensional stability. The shoes are expediently designed as separate molded parts and each have a centering receptacle for the foot element with an opening for the threaded pin.
The node element includes an opening for the threaded stem of one of the foot elements and is fastened with one of the foot elements, the threaded pin of which passes through the opening and engages in the tooth profiles of the longitudinal strut, at any point along the longitudinal strut. When installing the sanitary tub, it is possible to attach the knot element not only centrally but also eccentrically to the longitudinal strut, if the local conditions make it necessary. The node element may consist of a gusset plate and having tongues which engage in the rail of the longitudinal strut and secure the gusset plate against rotation.
The tongues can connect to both sides of the opening for the threaded pin and form with the leg ends of the rail of the longitudinal strut fIuchtende stop surfaces for the connected foot element.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the node element consists of a shaped piece, which has ribs which abut against the outer sides of the longitudinal strut. The ribs grasp the longitudinal strut laterally, so that the legs of the longitudinal strut can not deform during insertion of the foot element and are bent up. The node element may be made of plastic, e.g. a polypropylene, be made.
The respective transverse strut is rotatably mounted on the node element about a connection screw. Conveniently, the terminal screw passes through an inserted into the cross strut spacer element against which the node element is tensioned. The spacer element is expediently designed as an insert piece, which also comprises the legs of the transverse struts on the outside and secures against bending.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the foot elements each have a sleeve with a molded thread pin for connection to one of the profile rails, a threaded insert fitted into the sleeve, an adjusting screw inserted into the threaded insert and secured with a lock nut and a cap placed on the adjusting screw. The sleeve can be designed in several parts. In a multi-part design, the sleeve has at least one extension piece, which has at its one end a threaded pin for connection to the profile rails and at its other end, a pin receptacle for the threaded pin of the sleeve. The multi-part design of the sleeve allows to vary the ground clearance of the sanitary tub in large limits.
The inventive arrangement allows a variety of adjustment to the base. The node element is adjustable along the longitudinal strut. The transverse struts are rotatably connected to the node element, so that their orientation to the longitudinal strut is adjustable and adaptable to local conditions. Furthermore, the position of the foot elements on the rails can be determined individually. Finally, the foot elements are height adjustable.
In the following the invention will be explained with reference to a drawing showing only one embodiment. 1 shows a perspective view of the bottom view of a shower tray with a subframe according to the invention, FIG. 2 shows a detail of FIG. 1 in an enlarged view relative to FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a top view of the subframe shown in FIG 4 shows the section XX from FIG. 3, FIG. 5 shows the cutout A from FIG. 4 in an enlarged representation compared with FIG. 4, FIG. 6 shows a further embodiment of a foot element used in the teaching according to the invention, FIG.
7 shows a further embodiment of the undercarriage according to the invention in a perspective illustration, FIG. 8 shows the section Y-Y from FIG. 7, FIGS. 9 to 12 show elements of the arrangement shown in FIG. 7, partly in the form of exploded views.
The illustrated in Fig. 1 base for a shower tray has a longitudinal strut 1, a fastened to the longitudinal strut 1 node element 2 and bolted to the node element 2 cross struts 3. The longitudinal strut 1 and the transverse struts 3 support the shower tray 4 on the bottom side and are arranged on height-adjustable foot elements 5, 5 '. A comparative consideration, in particular of FIGS. 1 and 2, it follows that the longitudinal strut 1 and the transverse struts 3 consist of extruded U-shaped profiled rails 6, the legs of which have toothing profiles 7 of longitudinally extending grooves. The foot elements 5, 5 'have threaded pins 8, which can be screwed into the toothed profiles 7 at any desired location along the profile rails 6.
The foot elements 5, 5 'have a flange 9 as a stop surface, which rests on the U-shaped legs of the rail 6. On the outside, the profile rails 6 are provided with integrally formed reinforcing ribs 10.
From Fig. 1 in conjunction with Figs. 4 and 5 shows that the node element 2 includes an opening for the threaded pin 8 of a foot element 5 '. It is with the foot member 5 ', the threaded pin 8 passes through the opening and engages in the tooth profiles 7 of the longitudinal strut 1, at any point along the longitudinal strut 1 fastened. The node element 2 has tongues 11 which engage in the rail 6 and secure the node element 2 against rotation. The tongues 11 connect on both sides of the opening for the threaded pin and form with the leg ends of the rail 6 aligned stop surfaces for the connected foot element 5 '. On both sides of the tongues 11 notches are provided, which are dimensioned so that the foot element 5 'can be screwed so far into the rail 6 until it rests against the tongues 11.
In this embodiment, it is ensured that the middle foot 5 ', which simultaneously serves for fastening the gusset plate 2, does not project beyond the foot elements 5 arranged on the strut ends. The metatarsal 5 'and the foot elements 5 arranged on the strut ends are of identical design.
The respective transverse strut 3 is fastened to the node element 2 such that it can rotate about a connecting screw 12. FIGS. 4 and 5 take one that the terminal screw 12 passes through a spacer element 13 inserted into the transverse strut 3, against which the node element 2 can be tensioned.
In Fig. 3, the various adjustment options are indicated on the inventive frame by directional arrows. The node element 2 can be fixed centrally or eccentrically at any desired location along the longitudinal strut 1. The respective transverse strut 3 is rotatable about its end connection screw 12, so that the orientation of the transverse struts 3 to the longitudinal strut 1 can be adapted to the local conditions. Finally, the position of the foot elements 5 can be determined individually on the longitudinal strut 1 and on the cross struts 3.
The structural design of the height-adjustable foot elements 5, 5 'is clear from Fig. 5. The foot elements 5, 5 'each have a sleeve 14 with integrally formed threaded pin 8 for connection to the rails 6, an inserted into the sleeve 14 threaded insert 15, inserted into the threaded insert 15 and secured with a lock nut 16 set screw 17 and one on the screw 17 patch cap 18. The sleeve 14 may be formed in several parts. The multi-part design is shown in Fig. 6. In a multi-part design, the sleeve 14 at least one extension piece 19 which has at its one end a threaded pin 8 'for connection to the rails 6 and at its other end a pin receptacle for the threaded pin 8 of the sleeve 14.
In the embodiment of the subframe according to the invention shown in FIG. 7, the profiled rails 6 are made of plastic. They are provided on the upper side with an adhesive strip 20 and are glued using the adhesive strip 20 to the bottom of a sanitary tub, not shown. By compared to metallic rails generally slightly less dimensional stability nestle the longitudinal and transverse struts 1, 3 to the tub bottom, so that a full-surface bonding is guaranteed. Overhanging ends of the rails 6 can be easily removed. This facilitates the assembly work on site. The foot elements 5 have shoes 21 which rest on the rails 6 and the legs of the rails comprise the outside clamp-shaped.
The shoes 21 prevent the legs of the plastic profile rails 6 from being bent when a foot element 5 is screwed in and contribute to a secure hold of the foot elements 5 on the profile rails 6 (FIG. 9). The exploded view in FIG. 10 reveals that the shoes 21 are designed as dimensionally stable shaped parts and have a centering receptacle 22 for the foot element 5 with an opening 23 for the threaded pin 8. The moldings 21 may also be made of plastic.
The node element 2 used in the inventive embodiment according to FIG. 7 consists of a shaped piece which has ribs 24 which bear against the outer sides of the longitudinal strut 1 and secure the longitudinal strut 1 against widening when a foot element 5 'is screwed in. The respective transverse strut 3 is fastened to the nodal element 2 such that it can rotate about a connecting screw 12, the connecting screw 12 passing through a spacer element 13 inserted into the transverse strut 3. The spacer element 13 is designed as an insert piece, which likewise surrounds the legs of the respective transverse strut 3 on the outside (cf., FIG. 12). The installation situation of the spacer element 13 is shown in FIG. 8.
