In
Fig. 1 ist die Umfahrung des Stationsgleises und die erfindungsgemässe Stichgleisgarage in einer Draufsicht dargestellt;
The invention relates to a branch track garage for vehicles that can be coupled to a conveyor cable according to the preamble of claim 1.
At the stops of a cable car, there are usually coupling points and deceleration or acceleration sections for the entering and exiting vehicles at the entry or exit. At the inlet coupling point, the vehicles conveyed at up to about 6 m / sec on the conveyor rope are uncoupled from the rope and decelerated to a slow loading speed of about 0.2 to 0.8 m / sec, with which they can land a platform on the track track of a station track Drive around the incoming to the outgoing cable, while the passengers can leave or climb onto the platform. At the outlet coupling point, the vehicles must be accelerated until they are synchronized with the conveyor cable and then coupled to the cable again.
In order to adapt the circulating ropeway to the transport capacity required in each case, currently unused vehicles are usually parked on the siding of garages at the stop stations; The capacity of a garage can be measured for all vehicles, which are then parked protected from the weather when the cable car system is shut down. The siding of branch track garages are loaded and unloaded with vehicles from one and the same side. The conveying direction of the conveyors and that of the cable car system are reversed in order to remove and engage the branch track garage.
In the case of an automatically feedable or detachable branch track garage known from EP 369 981 B1 with the features mentioned at the outset, the branch tracks can be adjusted to different inclined positions in order to save conveyors on the sidings. At the entrance or exit to each branch track, the guide rail is accommodated in a joint which can be pivoted about a horizontal axis and can be adjusted with a hydraulic lifting device or the like for inclining into an inclined position which rises towards the joint or declines for out-working. The purpose of this measure is to use gravity to move the vehicles into and out of the branch track garage.
When parking, the vehicles run freely on the inclined guide rail and run onto the previously stored vehicle, which means that damage to the vehicles running into one another cannot be ruled out. A lifting device is required instead of conveyors.
In contrast, the task is to be solved to create an automated branch track garage with as little effort as possible on the necessary conveyors, in which the vehicles can be put in or out without risk of damage.
This object is achieved in the garage according to the invention with the features according to the characterization of independent claim 1.
In the invention, vehicles, cabins, armchairs or the like are provided as vehicles, which can be coupled on their hangers to the conveyor cable of the cable car system with at least one cable clamp. According to the invention, a cf. short conveyor, preferably only two vehicles, arranged at the entrance or exit of each branch track. The vehicles that support each other form on the inclined plane of the siding a conveyor chain that is inherently rigid with respect to forces acting in the direction of entry; So that it cannot tear off, the short conveyor has to spill over at least two vehicles. The stiff conveyor chain is pushed up by the short conveyor when it is loaded onto the sloping track of the branch track and can be released from it when it is out of the vehicle using the gravity of the vehicles.
With short, hoodless armchairs, the vehicles can be supported on the friction plates of their rope clamps. In the case of longer armchairs with a weather protection hood or in the case of cabins, the vehicles are supported on one another by their hoods or cabins via elastic stop buffers. Because of their own weight, the vehicles always lie against each other and are therefore safe from damage due to undesired bumps.
Short chain conveyors can be used as conveying devices, which positively engage with carriers on the hangers of at least two vehicles; Preferably, tire wheel conveyors are provided, each with two tire wheels, which frictionally drive onto the friction plates of the cable clamps of at least two vehicles. In the case of cabins, the tire wheel conveyors can also frictionally drive onto the floor or both lower sides of at least two vehicles.
In an advantageous development of the invention, the feeder track to the station track is also permanently inclined; at its entrance to the station track there is a short clock conveyor, which is in engagement with at least two vehicles and is equipped with at least two, but preferably with three drivers, via a synchronous control with the Sponsors in the bypass of the station track. The last tire wheel seen in the direction of travel when loading the station track, the clock conveyor can be uncoupled and braked via a clutch brake to form a stop depending on the synchronous control generated clock signals. This measure according to the invention can also reduce the outlay on conveyors in the feeder track.
The last tire wheel of the cycle conveyor, when braked, serves as a stop for a following vehicle; the first or both front tire wheels transfer the vehicles to the subsequent conveyors in the bypass at predetermined time intervals whenever the last tire wheel is coupled by the signals generated by the synchronization control. This results in exactly the same and predetermined distances between successive vehicles on the conveyor cable.
In the case of the invention, the feeder track is also advantageously used as a siding for the vehicles last stored in the truck, which then do not have to be pushed by hand to the associated conveyor; in addition, the vehicles are then parked for parking.
A preferred embodiment according to the invention is explained below with reference to the drawing. In
Fig. 1 shows the bypass of the station track and the branch track garage according to the invention in a plan view;
1 shows the inclined track track of the siding, which is inclined towards the conveyor,
a) seen from the side along the line IIa - IIa in Fig. 1,
b) from the front in a view along the line IIb - IIb in FIG. 1.
According to FIG. 1, the station track of a stop station of a circulating ropeway is designated as a whole by 2; in the illustrated embodiment, this is the valley station of a four-seater chairlift, the chair 5 uncoupled from the conveyor cable 9 at the entry into the holding station at a coupling point and on a delay line to a cf. slow driving speed are decelerated, with which they bypass the platform of the holding station on the track of the station track 2 (clockwise in the plan view according to FIG. 1). There (up to four) passengers can get on or off before the armchairs 5 accelerate again to the rope conveying speed on an acceleration section, are coupled to the conveying rope 9 at an outlet coupling point and move uphill from the holding station in the direction of arrow B onto the conveying section.
Next to the station track 2 there is a branch track garage designated 1 in total. Three parallel siding tracks 3 (1) to 3 (3) are arranged in a rectangle and connected to the station track 2 via a feeder track 4. The feeder track 4 can be driven from the station track 2 via an outgoing switch 8 (4), at right angles to the track ends of the siding 3 (1) to 3 (3), on which the chair 5 with short tire wheel conveyors 6 which can be reversed in their conveying direction (1) to 6 (3) and 7 are eligible for funding. Via the feeder track 4, the three siding tracks 3 (1) to 3 (3) can be optionally loaded or unloaded by means of two switches 8 (1) and 8 (2). At the entrance or
Exit to each siding 3 (1) to 3 (3) is a short tire wheel conveyor 6 (1) to 6 (3); There is also a short clocked tire wheel conveyor 7 at the entrance to the feeder track 4 from the station track 2.
The short tire wheel conveyors 6 (1) to 6 (3) on the siding 3 (1) to 3 (3) are each provided with two tire wheels 62, on the cycle conveyor 7 of the feeder track 2 three tire wheels 72 can be provided, each via a belt drive 63 and 73 are coupled with each other at the same speed. The clock conveyor 7 is connected to the bypass via a cardan shaft 71. It is therefore in synchronism with the conveyors located in the bypass of the station track 2. The last tire wheel 72 when parking in the direction of travel can be uncoupled and braked with the aid of a coupling and braking device 74 engaging in this. Said device is clocked from the station track 2 via an electrical control line (not shown) of the synchronous control.
As a result, the distances between successive vehicles 5 on the conveyor cable can be precisely predetermined.
The tire wheel conveyors 6 (1) to 6 (3) are each independently driven by an electric motor drive 61 with an integrated reduction gear, as best shown in FIGS. 2a) and b). Both tire wheels 62 drive frictionally on the rope clamps 2 of the friction plates 521 attached at the top of the hanger 1 of the armchairs 5, are always in frictional engagement with two successively conveyed vehicles 5 and push the armchairs 5 when they are engaged on firmly inclined tracks of the siding 3 (1) to 3 (3) and the feeder track 4 up an inclined plane. Successive armchairs 5 are supported on each other on the cable clamps 52. After each branch track 3 (1) to 3 (3) has been completely filled, a backflow preventer (not shown) is inserted on the last vehicle 5.
The direction of conveyance of the cable car system and that of the tire wheel conveyors 6 (1) to 6 (3) and 7 are reversed during outgraining. The vehicles 5 run, supported against each other, towards the conveyors 6 (1) to 6 (3), from there over the inclined track of the feeder track 2 to the clock conveyor 7, which sends them to the subsequent conveyors in the platform bypass of the platform conveyor at predetermined intervals Station track 2 passes.
