Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue O-Phenyldithio-

R2, R3 und R4 die oben angegebene Bedeutung haben, gegebenenfalls in Form der Alkali-, Erdalkali- bzw. Ammoniumsalze, oder gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Säureakzeptors, und gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Lösungsmittels, so umsetzt.
Überraschenderweise besitzen die erfindungsgemässen O-Phenyldithiophosphonsäureester eine bessere insektizide, akarizide und nematizide Wirkung als die aus der Literatur vorbekannten O-Halogenphenyl-dithiophosphonsäureester ss analoger Konstitution und gleicher Wirkungsrichtung. Die Stoffe gemäss vorliegender Erfindung stellen somit eine echte Bereicherung der Technik dar.
Verwendet man beispielsweise S-Methylthionothiol-äthan-phosphonsäuremonoesterchlorid und 4-Äthylsulfonyl-6<r phenol als Ausgangsmaterialien, so kann der Reaktionsverlauf durch das folgende Formelschemata wiedergegeben werden:

Die zu verwendenden Ausgangsstoffe sind durch die Formel (II) und (III) allgemein definiert. Vorzugsweise stehen darin jedoch

Besonders bevorzugt sind Verbindungen, in denen a) R2, R3 und R4 gleich sind und für Wasserstoff stehen,
b) R2 die oben bevorzugt angegebene Bedeutung hat und R3 und R4 für Wasserstoff stehen,
c) R3 die oben bevorzugt angegebene Bedeutung hat und R2 und R4 für Wasserstoff stehen,
d) R4 die oben bevorzugt angegebene Bedeutung hat und R2 und RJ für Wasserstoff stehen oder e) R2 und R4 gleich sind und für Chlor oder Methyl und R3 für Wasserstoff stehen.
Die als Ausgangsstoffe zu verwendenden Dithioalkan-phosphonsäuremonoesterhalogenide (II) sind grösstenteils bekannt oder nach literaturbekannten Verfahren herstellbar (vergleiche z.B. UdSSR-Patentschrift 187 797 und US-Patent-schrift 3 489 825).
Als Beispiele dafür seien im einzelnen genannt:

Die weiterhin als Ausgangsstoffe zu verwendenden Phenole (III) sind bekannt. Als Beispiele dafür seien im einzelnen gennant: Phenol, 2-Cyano-, 2-Nitro-, 2-Chlor-, 2-Brom-, 2-Phenyl-, 2-Methyl-, 2-Äthyl-, 2-n-Propyl-, 2-iso-Propyl-, 2-n-Butyl-, 2-iso-Butyl-, 2-sek.-Butyl-, 2-tert.-Butyl-, 2-Methoxy-, 2-Äthoxy-, 2-n-Propoxy-, 2-iso-Propoxy-, 2-n-Butoxy-, 2-iso-Butoxy-, 2-sek.-Butoxy-, 2-tert.-Butoxy-,
2-Methylthio-, 2-Äthylthio-, 2-n-Propylthio-, 2-iso-Propyl-.thio-, 2-Carbomethoxy-, 2-Carbäthoxy-, 2-Carbo-n-pro-poxy-, 2-Carbo-iso-propoxy-, 3-Chlor-, 3-Methoxy-,

Das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemässen Verbindungen wird bevorzugt unter Mitverwendung geeigneter Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmittel durchgeführt. Als solche kommen praktisch alle inerten organischen Solventien in Frage. Hierzu gehören insbesondere aliphatische und aromatische, gegebenenfalls chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Benzin, Methylenchlorid, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Chlorbenzol, oder Äther, z.B. Diäthyl- und Dibutyl-äther, Dioxan, ferner Ketone, beispielsweise Aceton, Methyläthyl-, Methylisopropyl- und Methylisobutylketon, ausserdem Nitrile, wie Aceto- und Propionitril.
Als Säureakzeptoren können alle üblichen Säurebindemittel Verwendung finden. Besonders bewährt haben sich Alkalicarbonate und -alkoholate, wie Natrium- und Kalium-carbonat, Natrium- und Kaliummethylat bzw. -äthylat,
ferner aliphatische, aromatische oder heterocyclische Amine, beispielsweise Triäthylamin, Trimethylamin, Dimethyl-anilin, Dimethylbenzylamin und Pyridin.
Die Reaktionstemperatur kann innerhalb eines grösseren Bereichs variiert werden. Im allgemeinen arbeitet man zwischen 0 und 120°C, vorzugsweise bei 35 bis 70°C.
Die Umsetzung lässt man im allgemeinen bei Normaldruck ablaufen.

Zur Durchführung des erfindungsgemässen Verfahrens setzt man die Ausgangskomponenten vorzugsweise im äqui-molaren Verhältnis ein. Ein Überschuss der einen oder anderen Komponente bringt keine wesentlichen Vorteile. Die Reaktionskomponenten werden meist in einem Lösungsmittel in Gegenwart eines Säureakzeptors bei erhöhter Temperatur zusammengegeben und nach beendeter Reaktion durch Eingiessen in Wasser und Ausschütteln mit einem organischen Lösungsmittel, z.B. Toluol, wie üblich durch Abtrennen der organischen Phase, Waschen, Trocknen und Abdestillieren des Lösungsmittels aufgearbeitet.
Die neuen Verbindungen fallen in Form von Ölen an, die sich zum Teil nicht unzersetzt destillieren lassen, jedoch durch sogenanntes «Andestillieren», d.h. durch längeres Erhitzen unter vermindertem Druck auf mässig erhöhte Temperaturen von den letzten flüchtigen Anteilen befreit und auf diese Weise gereinigt werden. Zu ihrer Charakterisierung dient der Brechungsindex.
Wie bereits mehrfach erwähnt, zeichnen sich die erfindungsgemässen O-Phenyl-dithiophosphonsäureester durch eine hervorragende insektizide, akarizide und nematizide Wirksamkeit aus. Sie wirken nicht nur gegen Pflanzen-, Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlinge, sondern auch auf dem vete-rinär-medizinischen Sektor gegen tierische Parasiten (Ekto-parasiten), wie parasitierende Fliegenlarven und Milben. Sie besitzen bei geringer Phytotoxizität sowohl eine gute Wirkung gegen saugende als auch fressende Insekten und Milben.
Aus diesem Grunde können die erfindungsgemässen Verbindungen mit Erfolg im Pflanzenschutz sowie auf dem Hygiene-, Vorratsschutz- und Veterinärsektor als Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel eingesetzt werden.
Die Wirkstoffe eignen sich bei guter Pflanzenverträglichkeit und günstiger Warmblütertoxizität zur Bekämpfung von tierischen Schädlingen, insbesondere Insekten, Spinnentieren und Nematoden, die in der Landwirtschaft, in Forsten, im Vorrats- und Materialschutz sowie auf dem Hygienesektor vorkommen. Sie sind gegen normal sensible und resistente Arten sowie gegen alle oder einzelne Entwicklungsstadien wirksam. Zu den oben erwähnten Schädlingen gehören:

nierte Natur- und synthetische Stoffe, Feinstverkapselungen in polymeren Stoffen und in Hüllmassen für Saatgut, ferner in Formulierungen mit Brennsätzen, wie Räucherpatronen, -dosen, -spiralen u.ä. sowie ULV-Kalt- und Warmnebel-Formulierungen.
Diese Formulierungen werden in bekannter Weise hergestellt, z.B. durch Vermischen der Wirkstoffe mit Streckmitteln, also flüssigen Lösungsmitteln, unter Druck stehenden verflüssigten Gasen und/oder festen Trägerstoffen, gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung von oberflächenaktiven Mitteln, also Emulgiermitteln und/oder Dispergiermitteln und/oder schaumerzeugenden Mitteln. Im Falle der Benutzung von Wasser als Streckmittel können z.B. auch organische Lösungsmittel als Hilfslösungsmittel verwendet werden. Als flüssige Lösungsmittel kommen im wesentlichen in Frage: Aromaten, wie Xylol, Toluol, oder Alkylnaphthaline, chlorierte Aromaten oder chlorierte aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Chlorbenzole, Chloräthylene oder Methylenchlorid, aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Cyclohexan oder Paraffine, z.B. Erdölfraktionen, Alkohole, wie Butanol oder Glycol sowie deren Äther und Ester, Ketone, wie Aceton, Methyläthylketon, Methylisobutylketon oder Cyclohexanon, stark polare Lösungsmittel, wie Dimethylformamid und Dimethylsulfoxid, sowie Wasser; mit verflüssigten gasförmigen Streckmitteln oder Trägerstoffen sind solche Flüssigkeiten gemeint, welche bei normaler Temperatur und unter Normaldruck gasförmig sind, z.B. Aerosol-Treibgase, wie Halogenkohlenwasserstoffe sowie Butan, Propan, Stickstoff und Kohlendioxid; als feste Trägerstoffe: natürliche Gesteinsmehle, wie Kaoline, Tonerden, Talkum, Kreide, Quarz, Attapulgit, Montmorillonit oder Diatomeenerde und synthetische Gesteinsmehle, wie hochdisperse Kieselsäure, Aluminiumoxid und Silikate; als feste Trägerstoffe für Granulate: gebrochene und fraktionierte natürliche Gesteine wie Calcit, Marmor, Bims, Sepiolith, Dolomit sowie synthetische Granulate aus anorganischen und organischen Mehlen sowie Granulate aus organischem Material wie Sägemehle, Kokos-nussschalen, Maiskolben und Tabakstengel; als Emulgier-und/oder schaumerzeugende Mittel: nichtionogene und anionische Emulgatoren, wie Polyoxyäthylen-Fettsäure-Ester, Polyoxyäthylen-Fettalkohol-Äther, z.B. Alkylaryl-polyglykol-äther, Alkylsulfonate, Alkylsulfate, Arylsulfo-nate sowie Eiweisshydrolysate; als Dispergiermittel: z.B. Lignin-Sulfitablaugen und Methylcellulose.
Es können in den Formulierungen Haftmittel wie Carboxy-methylcellulose, natürliche und synthetische pulverige, körnige oder latexförmige Polymere verwendet werden, wie Gummiarabicum, Polyvinylalkohol, Polyvinylacetat.
Es können Farbstoffe wie anorganische Pigmente, z.B. Eisenoxid, Titanoxid, Ferrocyanblau und organische Farbstoffe, wie Alizarin-, Azo-Metallphthalocyaninfarbstoffe und Spurennährstoffe wie Salze von Eisen, Mangan, Bor, Kupfer, Kobalt, Molybdän und Zink verwendet werden.
Die Formulierungen enthalten im allgemeinen zwischen 0,1 und 95 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,5 und 90%.
Die Anwendung der erfindungsgemässen Wirkstoffe s erfolgt in Form ihrer handelsüblichen Formulierungen und/ oder den aus diesen Formulierungen bereiteten Anwendungsformen.
Der Wirkstoffgehalt der aus den handelsüblichen Formulierungen bereiteten Anwendungsformen kann in weiten io Bereichen variieren. Die Wirkstoffkonzentration der Anwendungsformen kann von 0,0000001 bis zu 100 Gew.-% Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,01 und 10 Gew.-% liegen.
Die Anwendung geschieht in einer den Anwendungsformen angepassten üblichen Weise.
is Bei der Anwendung gegen Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlinge zeichnen sich die Wirkstoffe durch eine hervorragende Residualwirkung auf Holz und Ton sowie durch eine gute Alkalistabilität auf gekälkten Unterlagen aus.
Die Anwendung der erfindungsgemässen Wirkstoffe 20 geschieht im Veterinärsektor in bekannter Weise, wie durch orale Anwendung in Form von beispielsweise Tabletten, Kapseln, Tränken, Granulaten, durch dermale Anwendung in Form beispielsweise des Tauchens (Dippen), Sprühens (Sprayen), Aufgiessens (pour-on and spot-on) und des Ein-25 puderns sowie durch parenterale Anwendung in Form beispielsweise der Injektion.

Dabei spielt die Konzentration des Wirkstoffs in der Zubereitung praktisch keine Rolle, entscheidend ist allein die Wirkstoffmenge pro Volumeneinheit Boden, welche in ppm angegeben wird. 45 Man füllt den behandelten Boden in Töpfe, sät Salat ein und hält die Töpfe bei einer Gewächshaus-Temperatur von 27°C.
Nach vier Wochen werden die Salatwurzeln auf Nemato-denbefall (Wurzelgallen) untersucht und der Wirkungsgrad des Wirkstoffs in % bestimmt. Der Wirkungsgrad ist 100%, so wenn der Befall vollständig vermieden wird, er ist 0%, wenn der Befall genau so hoch ist wie bei den Kontrollpflanzen in unbehandeltem, aber in gleicher Weise verseuchtem Boden.

Etwa 20 Fliegenlarven (Lucilia cuprina) werden in ein mit
Wattestopfen entsprechender Grösse beschicktes Teströhrchen gebracht, welches ca. 3 ml einer 20%igen Eigelbpulver-Suspension in Wasser enthält. Die als Ausgangsstoffe zu verwendenden S-Alkyl-thionothiolphosphonsäureesterchloride können nach zwei Verfahren synthetisiert werden:

Eine Lösung von 292,4 g (2,5 Mol) Methyldichlorphosphin io in 1600 ml trockenem Toluol wird bei -20°C innerhalb von 30 Minuten unter Rühren tropfenweise mit einem Gemisch aus 225 g (2,5 Mol) sek.-Butylmercaptan und 200 g (2,5 Mol) Pyridin versetzt. Man lässt anschliessend noch 30 Minuten bei -20°C nachrühren, lässt die Temperatur innerhalb von einer Stunde auf Raumtemperatur ansteigen, trägt bei 30°C 80 g (2,5 Mol) fein pulverisierte Schwefelblüte in die Reaktionslösung ein. Man erwärmt die Reaktionsmischung anschliessend eine Stunde auf 90°C und kocht sie danach eine halbe Stunde unter Rückfluss. Nach Abkühlung auf 20 25°C wird filtriert, das Filtrat am Rotationsverdampfer im Vakuum eingeengt und der Rückstand destilliert. Es verbleiben 240 g (47% der Theorie) S-sek.-Butyl-thionothiol-methanphosphonsäureesterchlorid mit einem Siedepunkt von 95°C/4 Torr. 25
Beispiel b
(Verfahren B)
Eine Lösung von 14,8 g (0,1 Mol) Methanthionophosphon-
säuredichlorid in 150 ml Toluol wird bei 10°C unter Rühren tropfenweise mit einem Gemisch aus 9 g (0,1 Mol) sek.-Butylmercaptan und 18,0 g (0,1 Mol) Pyridin versetzt.
Danach erwärmt man die Reaktionslösung noch 10 Stunden auf 80°C, kühlt anschliessend auf Raumtemperatur ab, filtriert, engt das Filtrat am Rotationsverdampfer im Vakuum ein und destilliert den Rückstand. Es verbleiben 16 g (80% der Theorie) S-sek.-Butyl-thionothiolmethanphosphonsäureester-chlorid mit dem Siedepunkt von 95°C/4 Torr.

Claims (7)
- 6391012PATENTANSPRÜCHE 1. O-Phenyldithiophosphonsäureesterder Formel IR3r4-Ö-°-*,SR XR1(I)worinR für Alkyl, Halogenalkyl, Alkenyl oder Alkinyl,R1 für Alkyl,R2, R3 und R4 gleich oder verschieden sind und für Wasserstoff, Halogen, Cyan, Alkyl, Alkylthio, Alkylsulfonyl, Alkoxy, Nitro, Carbalkoxy oder Phenyl stehen.
- 2. Verfahren zur Herstellung von O-Phenyldithiophos-phonsäurestern der Formel (I), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Dithioalkanphosphonsäuremonoesterhalogenide der Formel IIphosphonsäureester, ein Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung und ihre Verwendung als Insektizide, Akarizideund Nematizide.Es ist bereits bekannt, dass O-Halogenphenyldithiophos-phonsäureester, z.B. 0-(2,4-Dichlor-phenyl)-S-n-propyl-5 thionothiolmethan- bzw. -äthanphosphonsäureester und 0-(3-Chlor-phenyl)-S-cyanomethylthionothiol-äthanpho-sphonsäureester, insektizide und akarizide Eigenschaften haben (vergleiche Japanische Patentschrift 48-98 037 und Deutsche Offenlegungsschrift 1 954 894).io Es wurden nun die neuen O-Phenyldithiophosphonsäure-ester der Formel IR3 R2 R^-0-SR(I)XR1s IIHal-PSR \r>(II)in welcherR und R1 die in Anspruch 1 angegebene Bedeutung haben undHai für Halogen steht, mit Phenolen der Formel IIIgefunden, in welcher 20 R für Alkyl, Halogenalkyl, Alkenyl oder Alkinyl,R1 für Alkyl,R2, R3 und R4 gleich oder verschieden sind und für Wasserstoff, Halogen, Cyan, Alkyl, Alkylthio, Alkylsulfonyl, Alkoxy, Nitro, Carbalkoxy oder Phenyl stehen.Diese neuen Verbindungen zeichnen sich durch starke insektizide, akarizide und nematizide Eigenschaften aus.Weiterhin wurde gefunden, dass die O-Phenyldithiophos-phonsäureester (I) erhalten werden, wenn man Dithioalkan-phosphonsäuremonoesterhalogenide der Formel II25RR3 R2•n»»s IIHal-P;.SR• R1(II)(iii)in welcherR2, R3 und R4 die in Anspruch 1 angegebene Bedeutung haben, gegebenenfalls in Form der Alkali-, Erdalkali- bzw. Ammoniumsalze, umsetzt.
- 3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Verbindungen der Formel II der SubstituentHai für Chlor steht.
- 4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umsetzung in Gegenwart eines Säureakzeptors erfolgt.
- 5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umsetzung in Gegenwart eines Lösungsmittels erfolgt.
- 6. Insektizide, akarizide und nematizide Mittel, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an mindestens einer Verbindung gemäss Anspruch 1.
- 7. Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Insekten, Spinnentieren und Nematoden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Verbindungen gemäss Anspruch 1 auf die genannten Schädlinge oder ihren Lebensraum einwirken lässt.33 in welcherR und R1 die oben angegebene Bedeutung haben und Hai für Halogen, vorzugsweise Chlor, steht, mit Phenolen der Formel III(III)
