The invention relates to a house made up of elements, in particular a row house. Detached house, holiday home, a canteen or a kindergarten.
Wall and ceiling elements are known for such houses. which until now were mostly mounted on separately erected supporting structures. In other cases, entire structures were transported and erected. The pitched roofs were built using conventional methods.
Heavy structures are disadvantageous, however, especially in the case of construction sites that are difficult to access.
The invention is based on the object of developing a house with the lightest possible elements, the manufacture of which is simple, which do not cause transport difficulties, and which can be assembled without a crane.
The invention solves the problem in that the house is divided into a uniform grid in the floor plan in the longitudinal and transverse directions, and in that it consists of wall, ceiling and roof elements. squared timbers are arranged in the area of the elements on each grid point, which form the core framework of the elements and at the same time assume the function of a load-bearing structure.
In the case of the wall, ceiling and roof elements, a preferably light square timber is arranged on each grid point.
Due to an advantageously small grid division in the floor plan, the distance between the individual squared timbers is correspondingly small; This means that a thin chipboard can be selected, which means that the elements are lightweight. In addition, there is the advantage that the construction is simple in principle and that only a small number of different components have to be processed. With the roof elements, the house can be under the roof in no time.
In the case of appropriate designs of the new house, the outer wall elements are made of chipboard on the inside and an insulating board made of volumetric material, e.g. B. polyurethane, attached, a chipboard is also glued and nailed on top of the ceiling elements and an insulating plate, z. B. a fiberglass insulation board, cut in full, and are finally attached to the roof elements above a sub-roof made of waterproof hard paper or hardboard, brick or asbestos-cement battens.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Show it:

In the floor plan shown in Fig. 1, the grid division is numbered from left to right with Arabic numbers in circles and denoted by letters in circles from top to bottom. With this designation, the location of connections, important points, lines and sockets can be easily defined and found again during construction, and the production of the elements is thereby made easier. In the longitudinal section in Fig. 2 it can be seen that the construction timbers are on top of each other. The dimension line a indicates the width of the local element, and the dimension lines b indicate the width of the roof and ceiling elements.
In Fig. 3 the view of the gable wall from the outside is shown, and the outlines of the individual wall elements can be seen. Here 1 'is a wedge-shaped corner element, 2' and 4 are ordinary elements, 3 is a window element, 5i is a gable element.
Fig. 4 shows the cross section of a ceiling element. In the case of the element joints, the wooden beams are mutually nailed, which increases the load-bearing capacity. An insulating plate 1 is cut snugly between bars 3 and held in place with Uberlättli. A chipboard 2 is glued and nailed to the beams 3, which stiffens the element and at the same time serves as a screed floor. On the underside of the beams, grate slats 4 are nailed, which are used to attach the ceiling cladding.
In Fig. 5 a vertical section through the outer wall according to line B in Fig. 1 is shown. The outermost rafter is nailed to the element posts in the gable. Rafter stabbers 17 rest on a belt board 18 and are nailed to them. The lower chord of the gable element is nailed to an upper chord 6 of the gable wall element. In the case of lintel windows that have to absorb larger loads, a support beam 28 is used instead of the upper chords 6. A bar 29 embedded in the post serves as a support for the wall covering along the edge of the ceiling. A window rebate is formed with a stop wood 32, which serves as a window stop.
In Fig. 6, the upper chord 6 and a lower chord 12 are nailed to wall posts 7. For anchoring, a flat iron bracket 11 is screwed on about every 2 m at the bottom of an element post, a hole is drilled in the short leg and a screw nut is welded on over it. Before setting up the elements, an anchor screw 14 is inserted through the hole in the lower chord and connected to the screw nut. A wooden tab 40 is nailed vertically to each end of the beam and is nailed to the respective roof element during assembly. A T-iron 15 with a welded-on round bar is screwed onto the anchoring post. A flat iron angle 15a is screwed onto the wooden bracket 40 mounted above it, the short leg of which is provided with a hole.
The round iron, which has a thread at the upper end, is then inserted through this hole during assembly and screwed with a nut. At the end, the anchor bars are concreted into the concrete ceiling below.
Fig. 7 shows a joint between two elements. Each element has a thicker end post with a milled groove on one side. A groove strip is mounted on the end post of the adjoining element, which fits exactly into the groove of the other post.
The stop wood 32 in Figs. 5 and 8 forms the window stop and is glued to the element post 7. Fig. 9 shows a corner construction and its element connections. The corner of the house is provided separately with a corner element, which protrudes on the gable side over the longitudinal wall and widens in a wedge shape towards the top. The element connections are also equipped with grooves and groove strips. Fig. 10 and 11 show wall connections for partition walls. Here, too, the connection is provided with groove strips. A square tube 35 shown in Fig. 11 is intended as a ridge post and extends from the concrete ceiling to the lower edge of the ridge plate.
Such iron posts are only suitable if wooden posts with the same cross-section are statically too weak. Fig. 12 shows the connection and connection with a window element. Here, too, the connection is provided with a groove strip.
According to Fig. 13, a wooden bracket is mounted on the top chord 6 on the right and left of the beam support. An ear that corresponds to the cross section of the tab 41 is cut out on the upright tabs 40. When assembling the ceiling elements, the protruding ear then engages behind the tab 41, and the wall elements are thus held in place. Fig. 14 mainly shows the connection between the ceiling and roof elements inside the building. The rafters are mutually connected with a bracket 36 above the ridge. In a similar way the beams are connected in the longitudinal direction across the partition.
In the present grid, the unit size is matched to the material used, so that very little waste is to be expected. If the manufacturer prepares lists and raster directories, it is possible for him to prepare a cost estimate or a material list within a short period of time. It is possible to work with the prefabrication, so that all fixtures, such as kitchen furniture or wall cupboards, can be ordered in good time. Cables for the sanitary and electrical equipment can be inserted into the elements in the factory.
