Transporte benützt: Milch, Futter, Tiere in Gattern usw.

The invention relates to a release device which is automatically secured in any working position after relinking.
Conventional loading shovels have two levers, one for securing the pawl, the other for lifting the pawl out of the holding position. The safety lever could be swiveled away and hooked in such a way that only the release lever had to be operated while excavating. Since the pawl itself is attached to the shovel that tilts away for unloading, the pawl cannot function properly because it is too dirty and requires serious maintenance. This loading shovel is also used for various transports: milk, feed, animals in gates, etc.
If you consider that in a hurry you forget to return the swiveled safety lever, on the other hand the pawl does not hook properly due to contamination, the risk of accidents to people standing around in the tipping area of the shovel when unloading the transported goods is very high. The same thing could happen while driving over bumpy roads, etc., whereby following vehicles are endangered.
The purpose of the invention is to remedy the disadvantages mentioned.
In the release device according to the invention, the parts to be moved are attached to the upright, fixed support for the functionally appropriate release of the loading shovel and comprise a lever with safety means for releasing and releasing with automatic safety after release.
In the following explanation, an embodiment of the subject of the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing showing the same in section.
Modern tractors have three hydraulically adjustable arms under the driver's seat in order to couple and uncouple various agricultural machines in quick succession with locking pins.
The loading shovels mentioned above are also coupled in the same way.
The two lower arms are attached directly to the shovel 1. In between, the lower end of the support 2 is mounted on the shovel 1 with a socket pin. The upper end of the support 2 is attached to the third upper arm.
The pawl 3 is mounted approximately halfway up the support 2. This pawl 3 holds the shovel 1 back on the suspension transverse axis 4.
The lever 5 with the securing rod 6 and the lifting cam 7 is mounted below the pawl 3. This lever 5 is directed against the back of the driver. The bucket is filled by moving backwards, lifted by the hydraulics via the arms. Once at the place of placement, the driver reaches behind him with one hand and grabs lever 5 to empty the shovel. The other hand remains on the steering wheel; The clutch and brake are operated with the feet. The advantage of not having to turn the upper body is obvious with this full employment.
The function of the automatically secured release device:
Take the lever 5, at the same time press the safety bar 6 with your thumb, thus the lever 5 is unlocked and can be lifted until the latch releases the shovel for tilting. As long as the lever is held up, the shovel cannot lock into the latch by pushing it back.
However, if the lever is dropped, the safety bar returns to the starting position under the pressure of the spring 8 and is thus automatically secured by the stop axis 9. The lever 5 cannot be operated due to carelessness because the safety bar 6 is now pressed again first got to.
