Fig. 3 eine Seitenansicht eines Doppel-Hobelzahnes,

The present invention relates to a circular saw blade, in particular for the production of separating cuts in plastic-coated panels.
The circular saw blade according to the invention differs from known circular saw blades of this type in that it is equipped with both broaching and precutting teeth as well as double planing teeth, the broaching and precutting teeth as well as the double planing teeth have the same bevel angle for simple and efficient regrinding, the double planer teeth having a larger width and a smaller flight circle diameter compared to the broaching and pre-cutting teeth to ensure clean cutting surfaces and long service life.
The invention is explained below using an exemplary embodiment with reference to the accompanying drawing. It shows:
1 shows a broach and pre-cutting tooth in a side view,
Fig. 2 shows the broaching and pre-cutting tooth shown in Fig. 1 with a view of the tooth face, seen in the direction of the arrow II drawn in Fig. 1,
3 shows a side view of a double planer tooth,
4 shows the double planer tooth shown in FIG. 3 with a view of the tooth face, seen in the direction of the arrow IV drawn in FIG. 3, and FIG
5 shows a plan view of the tooth face in a position in which both teeth are in one and the same plane.
The broaching and precutting tooth 1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has a bevel 2 on each side, the bevel angles of which are denoted by a are equal to one another. The flight circle of this broaching and precutting tooth is denoted by F, and fl is the rake angle of the tooth.
The double planer tooth 3 shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 also has two bevels 4, the bevel angles a coinciding with those of the broaching and precutting tooth shown in FIGS. However, the flight circle diameter of the double planer tooth 3, denoted by F ', is twice the value d shown in FIG. 5 smaller than the flight circle diameter F of the reaming and pre-cutting tooth 1. This value d is, for example, 0.2 to 1 mm, depending on the intended use of the saw blade. A (Fig. 2) denotes the width of the broaching and pre-cutting tooth, while B (Fig. 4) denotes the width of the double planer tooth. As can be seen in particular from FIG. 5, the double planer tooth 3 is 2 × c wider than the broaching and precutting tooth 1. In FIGS. 1 and 3, ss denotes the rake angle of the teeth 1 and 3.
In the example shown, these rake angles are of different sizes; but they can also be the same. However, it is important that the bevel angles a of both teeth 1 and 3 are the same.
This equality of the bevel angles of both teeth ensures simple, efficient and problem-free re-sharpening on automatic sharpening machines.
The teeth 1 and 3 can be arranged on the circular saw blade in various combinations, for example each broaching and precutting tooth 1 can be followed by a double planer tooth, or two, three or four etc. double planing teeth 3 can be used on a broaching and precutting tooth 1 consequences.
When the circular saw blade penetrates a plastic-coated panel, the broaching and pre-cutting teeth do the preparatory work by first separating the plastic layer and then the panel core in a reduced width, i.e. pre-cutting and, as the longer of the two types of teeth, clearing out the saw and wood chips at the same time. The double planer teeth work exclusively with the cutting edges of their two tooth flanks by neatly planing the pre-machined cut surfaces of the separating cut on both sides.
