Wintersportgerät
Im Hauptpatent wird ein Wintersportgerät beschrieben, das in Form einer Kunststoffhose ausgebildet ist.
Diese weist an ihrer Rückseite zweckmässig mindestens eine Führungsrippe auf. Dieses Wintersportgerät, das das Befahren von Schneehängen praktisch gefahrlos ermöglicht, ist noch durch weitere Merkmale verbessert worden. Die wesentlichste Verbesserung besteht darin, dass die Kunststoffhose rückwärts an ihrer Innenseite mit einer elastischen Schutzeinlage versehen ist. Diese Schutzeinlage, die vorteilhaft aus Schaumgummi oder geschäumtem Kunststoff besteht, hat zur Aufgabe, zu verhüten, dass der Benützer des Wintersportgerätes durch spitzige Steine, Äste oder andere Bodenunebenheiten verletzt oder kontusioniert wird, und wirkt gleichzeitig auch als Kälteschutz.
Von Vorteil ist es auch, wenn die Kunststoffhose an ihren unteren Enden mit Verschlussmitteln, z. B.
Bändern oder Riemen versehen ist, um ein Eindringen von Schnee während der Abfahrt zu verhüten. Für die Fabrikation ist es zweckmässig, wenn die Führungsrippe bzw. die Führungsrippen auf einer Verstärkung angebracht ist bzw. sind, die rückwärts an der Kunststoffhose angeordnet ist. Dabei können die Führungsrippen und/oder die Verstärkung entweder an der Kunststoffhose befestigt oder mit dieser einstückig ausgebildet sein.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes in Rückansicht perspektivisch und schematisch dargestellt.
Die verbesserte Kunststoffhose enthält ebenfalls den Bund 1 mit dem Leib 1' und den beiden Beinen 2 und 3.
Die Führungsrippen 4 und 5 sind jedoch nicht direkt an der Kunststoffhose befestigt, sondern an einer Verstärkung 6 des Mittelteils. Sowohl die Verbindung zwischen den Führungsrippen 4, 5 und der Verstärkung 6 als auch diejenige dieser drei Elemente mit der Hose, kann entweder durch Befestigung oder durch einstückige Ausbildung erfolgen. An den unteren Enden der Hosenbeine 2, 3 sind bundartige Verschlüsse 7, 8 vorgesehen, die entweder aus elastischem Material gefertigt sein können oder aus verstellbaren Bändern oder Gurten bestehen. An der Innenseite der Kunststoffhose ist eine entsprechend dimensionierte elastische Schutzeinlage 9 vorgesehen, die den Benützer des Wintersportgerätes gegen Bodenstösse und Kälte abschirmt.
Das in obiger Weise verbesserte Wintersportgerät vermag den an es gestellten Anforderungen bezüglich Sicherheit und Fahrkomfort noch besser zu entsprechen, als die im Hauptpatent beschriebene Urform desselben.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Wintersportgerät gemäss dem Patentanspruch des Hauptpatentes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kunststoffhose rückwärts an ihrer Innenseite mit einer elastischen Schutzeinlage versehen ist.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Wintersportgerät nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastische Schutzeinlage aus Schaumgummi oder geschäumtem Kunststoff besteht.
2. Wintersportgerät nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kunststoffhose an ihren unteren Enden mit Verschlussmitteln versehen ist.
3. Wintersportgerät nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens die eine Führungsrippe, mit der die Kunststoffhose versehen ist, auf einer Verstärkung angebracht ist, die rückwärts an der Kunststoffhose angeordnet ist.
4. Wintersportgerät nach Patentanspruch und Unteranspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsrippen und/oder die Verstärkung entweder an der Kunststoffhose befestigt oder mit dieser einstückig verbunden sind.
