Es sind Geräte zur Ausführung von Bodenübungen bekannt, die bogenartig und seitlich mit Handgriffen und an einem Ende gegebenenfalls mit Schleifen zum Einstecken der Füsse versehen sind. Solche Geräte sind durch Aufstellen auf den Boden, Anlehnen an einen Stuhl oder auch an eine Sprossenwand verwendbar.
Bisher sind keine Geräte bekannt, die vorzugsweise zur Stärkung der Büste und deren Muskulatur bestimmt wären.
Diese Aufgabe ist mit einem Turngerät gelöst, dessen Merkmale darin liegen, dass es aus einem bogenartigen Element besteht, das vorteilhaft als eine bogenartige, mit einer mittleren Rille versehene Fläche ausgeführt ist, die mit schweifsternartigen Seitenflächen, die sich von der Stosskante der seitlichen Fläche mit bogen artiger Fläche gegenüber der vertikalen Kante erstrek- ken, umgeben ist, und aus einer Anlehnungsplatte, die zweckmässig am oberen Ende eine Hängefalte und am unteren Ende einen Fuss aufweist.
Der Gegenstand der Neuerung ist als Ausführungs beispiel anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnung in Einzel heit beschrieben und dargestellt. Darin ist das Gerät in axonometrischer Ansicht gezeigt.
Das Turngerät gemäss der Neuerung besteht aus einem bogenartigen Element 1 und einer Anlehnungs- platte 2. Die mit dem Bezugszeichen 11 bezeichnete bogenartige Fläche des Elements 1 ist seitlich von schweifsternartigen Seitenflächen umgeben, die von der Stosskante 11a am Stoss der seitlichen Flächen und der bogenartigen Fläche bis zur vertikalen Kante 11b, die mit dem geradlinigen Teil der Anlehnungsplatte 2 fluchtet, verläuft. Die Anlehnungsplatte 2 ist am oberen Ende zu einer Hängefalte 21 und am unteren Ende zu einem Fuss 22 ausgebildet.
Längs der Mitte der bogenartigen Fläche 11 verläuft eine Rille 13.
Das Turngerät gemäss der Neuerung wird solcher weise verwendet, dass es mit der Anlehnungskante 11a und Fuss 22 am Boden liegt oder auf eine Sprosse der Sprossenwand mittels der Hängefalte 21 aufgehängt wird, wobei die Anlehnungsplatte mit einer genügenden Fläche an die Sprossen anliegt und dadurch eine stabile Lage und zufriedenstellende Festigkeit gewährleistet. Der Turner greift mit seinen Händen eine Sprosse der Sprossenwand etwas über dem Niveau der Hängestelle des Gerätes und legt sich mit seinem Rücken auf die bogenartige Fläche 11. Die Wirbel der Wirbelsäule leiden dabei nicht, weil sie mit der Rille 13 fluchten.
Die bogenartige Fläche 11 verursacht das Anstrengen der Muskulatur der Büste, weswegen der Turner eine verhältnismässig grosse Kraft aufwenden muss, wenn er die Füsse von der hinuntergelassenen Lage fast in die lotrechte Lage aufheben will.
Das Gerät kann nicht nur auf Sprossenwände, sondern auch auf andersartige Gitterleitern oder Ständer befestigt werden, es ist aber auch Befestigung an ent sprechendem Hängeeisen, welches mit der Wand ver bunden ist, möglich. Das Gerät ist vorzugsweise aus Plastik gefertigt, möglich ist indessen auch Herstellung aus Holz oder Metall, wobei die bogenartige Fläche mit einem geeigneten Gewebe überzogen wird, sie kann aber auch unüberzogen, gepolstert oder ungepolstert sein. Es ist noch immer im Rahmen der Neuerung, wenn das Gerät aus einem einzigen Stück angefertigt wird, wobei die Merkmale, auf welche der folgende Schutz vorgeschlagen wird, beibehalten sind.
