Tubular scaffolding The rigidity of a tubular scaffolding is obtained with the help of spacers, which, by ensuring the connection between the vertical uprights thereof, prevent, on the one hand, any movement untimely of a set compared to to the other, and, on the other hand, ensure the verticality of the sets by opposing the various constraints which can cause their misalignment.
The bracing can be carried out with tubes of various sections and in different ways, that is to say by horizontal or oblique tubes arranged in a St. Andrew's cross.
The present invention relates to a tubular scaffolding comprising vertical uprights connected by braces, characterized in that each spacing comprises two symmetrical frames each fixed in an adjustable manner in height on the vertical uprights of the same pair, and a third frame connecting the first two, means allowing the adjustable fixing in width of the third frame relative to the first two to adapt the bracing to the spacing of the uprights.
The appended drawing represents, schematically and by by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention.
Figs. 1 and 2 represent two side fixing frames.
Fig. 3 represents the central middle manager. Fig. 4 illustrates the scaffolding in the position of use.
The lateral fixing frames on the vertical uprights of the scaffolding a and a 'shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 are constituted by two identical half-elements formed by a frame c-c 'comprising a central stiffener d, d' of the same section as the frame.
A with key (or with bolt) b, b ' flange placed at each end of the frame allows the in place of the element on the vertical tubular upright a, a '. A flange with key (or bolts) e, e 'is intended to receive the lower longitudinal part of the intermediate central element.
The intermediate central frame shown to in fig. 3 has a rectangular shape f with the same section as the side elements and has a central stiffener g which is also the same section as the frame.
Two flanges h are used for the fixing of the frame on the stiffeners d ' of the side frames.
Thus the central frame in the position of use, as shown to in FIG. 4, is fixed at four points and ensures a perfect junction between the two side elements which it thereby makes integral, and, there even, ensures the horizontal and vertical rigidity of the covered free surface by the forestation.
The main characteristics of this bracing are as follows : Assembly meeting the requirements of the legislation currently in force on the protection of industrial accidents. In fact, the upper part of the central frame as well as the stiffeners d and d ' of the side frames form a continuous railing, the lower part forming an under- smooth.
This frame also allows the installation of the intermediate floor support in its middle part. In addition, the presence of a stiffener between the railing beam and the sub-rail provides appreciable additional safety.
The triangulation of the various elements provides to both excellent overall rigidity and significant resistance to tangential and vertical stresses.
Moreover, by its design, this bracing makes it possible to obtain a variable spacing between the vertical uprights of the scaffolding and this in a wide range of adjustment up to the maximum safety limit of 3.50 < / B> m. - Easy assembly that can be done quickly by non-specialized personnel.
- Dimensions designed so that the user can make use of the various heights of the working floors ensured by the vertical displacement of the sliding bar of the ladders and allowing an automatic height positioning of the protection system.
- Reduced size and weight compared to conventional interlocking and protection hence ease of transport, handling and storage .
- Possible use of side frames as supports for protective awnings when they are keyed in the plane of the ladders.
- Cost price roughly equal to to that of maintenance: classic.
- New aesthetics and good taste.
