Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a metal hanger for the production of arches or vaults in the building industry.
The hangers for this use are generally made of wood and have a floor or pallet in an arc conforming to the shape of the underside of the arch or vault to be made which is supported by a frame of beams and trusses.
These wooden hangers are invariable in size and therefore suitable for a single type of arch or arch.
In the case of arches or vaults with a different bending arc, it is necessary to use other hangers.
In fact, it appears that these wooden hangers are practically produced on demand depending on the site and they are of a reduced re-use as far as they are subject to deterioration, in particular to disassembly and deformation by example due to humidity.
The present invention proposes to remedy the above drawbacks by the design of a hanger as defined in a material which is not sensitive to humidity, which can be metal or synthetic materials and / or a combination of different materials of this type which is adaptable in dimension from a given base dimension, so be reusable to get arches or vaults with different lengths, which makes them versatile and reusable.
To this end, the hanger according to the invention comprising a primary palletizing consisting of an arc wall supported by a chassis is characterized essentially in that the curved pallet and its frame have a length variable from a predetermined basic value.
According to another characteristic of the invention, the curved pallet is carried by a chassis with longitudinal lower uprights extendable from of a given length and with vertical lateral uprights, at each end of the longitudinal uprights, which are also extendable from a height given.
According to yet another characteristic of the invention, under the pallet primary is hinged transversely to two parallel vertical uprights extendable, at least one pallet extension which is extracted from the pallet primary by extension of the longitudinal uprights of the chassis.
According to yet another characteristic of the invention, under the pallet primary, is articulated to each of the two vertical uprights of each of the ends of the chassis a pallet extension, the two extensions being extracted by extension of the parallel longitudinal uprights of the chassis to each of their ends.

de l'extraction complète des rallonges comme représentée en figure 6.This organization of the hanger according to the invention allows at will as shown in Figure 6 to increase the length of the hanger from a predetermined base length which is the length of the primary pallet as shown in Figure 1.
It is important that the extension or
To this end, the adjustment is carried out jointly on the length by lengthening the latter and on the height by reducing the latter.
Otherwise, there will be misalignment of the surfaces of the arch of the hanger.
The hanger according to the invention and in particular the pallet is made of all suitable materials having the qualities of mechanical resistance required and resistance to humidity.

The
In the exemplary embodiment, the formwork is shown of a single length.
However, in the context of the invention of the extendable hanger, said formwork is also designed in at least two sections, one sliding in the other to adjust the length to that of the hanger.
The hangers according to the invention are of dimensions, length, width and suitable height and they can be coupled by their sides or formwork to achieve large arch or vault widths.
