Description

  

      Dispositif    d'assemblage de deux     pièces    de menuiserie ou     ébénisterie       La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif d'as  semblage de deux pièces de menuiserie ou ébénisterie.  



  Ce dispositif d'assemblage est caractérisé par une  douille introduite dans un logement de la pièce de me  nuiserie, sur laquelle est ménagé un trou taraudé rece  vant une vis de retenue de la seconde pièce.  



  Des modes de réalisation de l'objet de l'invention  seront décrits, à titre d'exemple, en se référant au dessin  annexé, auquel:  La     fig.    1 est une vue en coupe transversale d'une  douille et de son logement sur un panneau.  



  La     fig.    2 est une vue en coupe transversale d'un as  semblage réalisé selon la     fig.    1.  



  Les     fig.    3 et 4 sont des vues en coupe transversale de  deux autres modes de réalisation.  



  En     fig.    1 et 2, une douille 1, comportant un trou  taraudé transversal 2, est introduite dans un logement  borgne 4 d'un panneau 6, lui-même pourvu d'un orifice 7  débouchant à l'intérieur du logement 4. Comme il est  plus particulièrement apparent en     fig.    2, une vis d'assem  blage 10, introduite au travers de l'orifice 7 et d'un trou  transversal d'un second panneau 11, trou pratiqué dans  l'alignement de celui taraudé 2, se monte dans la douille  1 et assure la     solidarisation    des     panneaux    6 et 11, ce der  nier portant     pas    sa face latérale sur le chant du pan  neau 6.  



  Le dispositif de     fig.    3 ne se différencie de celui des       fig.    1 et 2 qu'en ce que le logement 16 du panneau 17  traverse ce dernier de part en part et en ce que la vis 18  d'assemblage du     panneau    17 avec celui 22 est pourvue  d'un trou taraudé 19 permettant le montage d'une pas  tille décorative 20 dont l'apparence peut avantageuse  ment être identique à l'extrémité 21, réalisée bombée, de    la douille 22.     Egalement,    cette dernière pourrait être       agencée    de manière à     recevoir    la pastille décorative 20.  Aussi, selon le montage désiré, les deux extrémités de la  douille 22 peuvent constituer ou recevoir des éléments  décoratifs ou analogues.  



  En     fig.    4, l'assemblage des panneaux 26 et 27, réalisé  à l'aide de la douille 28 et de la vis 29, est entièrement  dissimulé par des feuilles de placage 30, disposées après       solidarisation    des panneaux.

  This assembly device is characterized by a sleeve inserted into a housing of the piece of nightwear, on which is formed a tapped hole receiving a retaining screw of the second piece.



  Embodiments of the object of the invention will be described, by way of example, with reference to the accompanying drawing, to which: FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a socket and its housing on a panel.



  Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of an assembly made according to FIG. 1.



  Figs. 3 and 4 are cross-sectional views of two other embodiments.



  In fig. 1 and 2, a sleeve 1, comprising a transverse threaded hole 2, is introduced into a blind housing 4 of a panel 6, itself provided with an orifice 7 opening into the interior of the housing 4. As it is more particularly apparent in fig. 2, an assembly screw 10, introduced through the orifice 7 and a transverse hole of a second panel 11, a hole made in line with the threaded one 2, is fitted in the sleeve 1 and ensures the securing of panels 6 and 11, the latter not bearing its lateral face on the edge of panel 6.



  The device of FIG. 3 does not differ from that of FIGS. 1 and 2 that the housing 16 of the panel 17 passes right through the latter and in that the screw 18 for assembling the panel 17 with that 22 is provided with a threaded hole 19 allowing the mounting of a decorative pitch 20, the appearance of which can advantageously be identical to the end 21, made curved, of the sleeve 22. Also, the latter could be arranged so as to receive the decorative disc 20. Also, depending on the desired assembly , the two ends of the socket 22 can constitute or receive decorative elements or the like.



  In fig. 4, the assembly of the panels 26 and 27, carried out using the bush 28 and the screw 29, is entirely concealed by veneer sheets 30, arranged after the panels have been joined together.

Claims

CLAIM Device for assembling two pieces of joinery or cabinetry, characterized by a socket inserted into a housing of the piece of joinery, on which is formed a tapped hole receiving a retaining screw of the second piece. SUB-CLAIMS 1. Device according to claim, in which the socket, cylindrical and metallic, comprises a chamfer facilitating its introduction into the housing of the piece of joinery. 2. Device according to claim, wherein an orifice opening through the housing of the sleeve allows the introduction of the screw. 3. Device according to claim, wherein the screw and / or the sleeve comprise decorative elements. 4.

Device according to claim, in which the decorative element of the screw is identical to at least one of the ends, which is decorative, of the socket.
