Reinigungsvorrichtung mit einem Scheuertuch Vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Reini gungsvorrichtung mit einem Scheuertuch.
Scheuertücher werden bekanntlich in einem mit Waschflüssigkeit gefüllten Behälter getaucht, mit der Hand ausgewunden, hierauf über eine mit langen Stiel versehene Platte oder Bürste gelegt und damit der Fussboden gescheuert.
Es wurden bereits verschiedene Geräte zum Aus drücken nasser Tücher, Wäschestücke und dgl. Gut vorgeschlagen z. B. an einem Behälter befestigte federnde Bügel, zwischen denen das auszudrückende Gut hindurch gezogen wird. Nach anderen Vorschlä gen wird dasselbe entweder durch einen Schlitz einer Gummiplatte bzw. durch die Öffnung einer Gummi platte hindurchgezogen.
Diese Geräte sind in ihrer Konstruktion zu kom pliziert und eignen sich nicht zum Auswinden von Scheuertüchern.
Das Ziel der Erfindung ist es eine praktische und billige Reinigungsvorrichtung zu schaffen, bei welcher zweckmässig zum Auswringen des Scheuer tuches die Hände nichtbenetzt werden.
Die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung ist gekenn zeichnet durch einen Scheuertuchhalter; an dem das Scheuertuch in Form einer Schlinge befestigt ist, und durch eine in diese Schlinge einschiebbare, an einem Behälter befestigte Stange derart, dass durch Ver drehung des Scheuertuchhalters gegenüber der in die Schlinge eingeschobenen Stange das Scheuertuch aus wringbar ist.

Fig. 7 Scheuertuch während des Auswindens. Fig. 1 zeigt das Scheuertuch (1) ausgebreitet. In der Mitte ist der Einsatz (5) aus einem Material, welches schlecht Wasser aufnimmt. (Dieser Teil wird am wenigsten ausgewunden). In der Mitte der beiden Schmalseiten am Rande befestigt befinden sich die Schlingen (2). An den Ecken der einen Seite die Schlitze (3) und entsprechend diesen an der anderen Seite die Hacken (4). Das Scheuertuch wird nun in der Mitte gefaltet. Die Schlingen (2) werden um den Stiel (6) der Platte (7) gehängt. Die Hacken (4) kom men in die Schlitze (3).
Das Scheuertuch (1) bildet nun eine geschlossene Schlinge, wie dies in Fig. 2 Draufsicht, in Fig: 3 Seitenansicht und in Fg: 4 Vorderansicht zu sehen ist.
Das Scheuertuch (1) kann auch auf der Platte (7) direkt aufgehängt werden. An der Platte (7) sind die Zapfen (8) (Fig. 3 und 4) befestigt. Am Rande der beiden Seiten des Scheuertuches sind Ringe oder Schlingen vorgesehen, die auf die Zapfen gehängt werden. Anstelle der lösbaren Befestigungsmittel kann auch das Scheuertuch an den Rändern der beiden Schmalseiten nachdem es gefaltet wurde, zusammen genäht werden, so dass es ein Schlauchstück bildet. In der Mitte wird eine Öffnung zum Durchziehen des Stieles (6) freigelassen. Das Scheuertuch kann auch in seiner Mitte ein Loch haben, durch das der Stiel (6) hindurchgezogen wird.
Die beiden herunterhängenden Seiten des Tuches werden durch die an Ihren Enden befindlichen Befestigungsmittel (z. B. Knopf & Schlitz oder dgl.) miteinander verbunden.
Die Auswindung des Scheuertuches erfolgt durch den Auswringer. Dieser besteht aus einer festen oder ausrückbaren Stange, die am Rande des Behälters (9) befestigt ist. In Fig. 5 ist die Stange (11) in ausge rückter Stellung voll gezeichnet. Das nasse Tuch (1) wird mittels des Stieles (6) in Behälter (9) angehoben. Die Stange (11), die im Führungsstück (10) verschieb bar angeordnet ist, wird ins Innere der von Tuch (1) gebildeten Schlinge eingeschoben (gestrichelt gezeich net). In Fig. 3 und 4 ist diese Stellung von (11) mit I gekennzeichnet.
Durch weiteres Anheben des Stieles (6) in Pfeilrichtung kommt die Stange (11) bis an den Boden der Schlinge. In Fig. 3 und 4 ist diese Stellung mit II gekennzeichnet. Nun wird der Stiel (6) nach einer Richtung gedreht (Fig. 7) und so das Tuch (1) ausgewunden. Je mehr Drehungen, desto stärker die Auswindung.
Ein Beispiel der Befestigung des Auswringers am Behälter zeigt Fig. 5.
Am Führungsrohr (10) ist das Flacheisen (13) befestigt. An seinem unteren Ende ist das Flacheisen (13) bogenformig ausgebildet (16) (Fig. 6) und liegt mit diesem Teil an der Innenwand des Behälters (9) an. Das Flacheisen (13) hat eine nach aussen gebogene Lasche (14) in der der Schraubenbolzen mit dem Flügelmutterkopf (15) angeordnet ist. Das Flacheisen (13) wird mittels Lasche (14) am Rand des Behälters (9) aufgehängt. Durch einschrauben des Bolzens (15) am Behälter fixiert.
Cleaning device with a scouring cloth The present invention relates to a cleaning device with a scouring cloth.
As is well known, scouring cloths are dipped into a container filled with washing liquid, wound out by hand, then placed over a plate or brush provided with a long handle and the floor is scrubbed with it.
There have already been various devices for expressing wet towels, laundry and the like. Well proposed z. B. attached to a container resilient bracket, between which the product to be expressed is pulled through. According to other proposals, the same is either pulled through a slot in a rubber plate or through the opening of a rubber plate.
These devices are too complicated in their construction and are not suitable for wringing out abrasive cloths.
The aim of the invention is to provide a practical and cheap cleaning device in which the hands are expediently not wetted for wringing out the scouring cloth.
The device according to the invention is marked by a cloth holder; on which the abrasive cloth is attached in the form of a loop, and by a rod that can be pushed into this loop and attached to a container in such a way that the abrasive cloth can be wrung out by rotating the abrasive cloth holder with respect to the rod inserted into the loop.

Fig. 7 Scrubbing cloth during unwinding. Fig. 1 shows the abrasive cloth (1) spread out. In the middle is the insert (5) made of a material that does not absorb water well. (This part is the least twisted). The loops (2) are attached to the edge in the middle of the two narrow sides. At the corners of one side the slots (3) and correspondingly these on the other side the hooks (4). The cloth is then folded in half. The loops (2) are hung around the handle (6) of the plate (7). The hooks (4) come into the slots (3).
The scouring cloth (1) now forms a closed loop, as can be seen in FIG. 2 top view, in FIG. 3 side view and in FIG: 4 front view.
The abrasive cloth (1) can also be hung directly on the plate (7). The pins (8) (FIGS. 3 and 4) are attached to the plate (7). Rings or loops are provided on the edge of both sides of the cloth and are hung on the pegs. Instead of the detachable fastening means, the abrasive cloth can also be sewn together at the edges of the two narrow sides after it has been folded so that it forms a piece of hose. In the middle an opening is left free for pulling the handle (6) through. The cleaning cloth can also have a hole in its center through which the handle (6) is pulled.
The two hanging-down sides of the cloth are connected to one another by the fastening means at their ends (e.g. button & slit or the like).
The wringer is used to wring out the cleaning cloth. This consists of a fixed or disengageable rod that is attached to the edge of the container (9). In Fig. 5, the rod (11) is fully drawn in the moved out position. The wet cloth (1) is lifted into the container (9) by means of the handle (6). The rod (11), which is arranged in the guide piece (10) displaceable bar, is inserted into the interior of the loop formed by the cloth (1) (dashed lines drawn net). In Fig. 3 and 4 this position of (11) is marked with I.
By further lifting the handle (6) in the direction of the arrow, the rod (11) comes to the bottom of the loop. In Fig. 3 and 4 this position is marked with II. Now the handle (6) is rotated in one direction (Fig. 7) and so the cloth (1) is wound out. The more turns, the stronger the curl.
An example of the attachment of the wringer to the container is shown in FIG. 5.
The flat iron (13) is attached to the guide tube (10). At its lower end, the flat iron (13) is arcuate (16) (Fig. 6) and this part rests against the inner wall of the container (9). The flat iron (13) has an outwardly bent bracket (14) in which the screw bolt with the wing nut head (15) is arranged. The flat iron (13) is suspended from the edge of the container (9) by means of a strap (14). Fixed to the container by screwing in the bolt (15).
