Panel-shaped component The invention relates to a panel-shaped component, the size of which corresponds at least to the size of the outer wall of a room, with a plastic outer surface, an insulating material filling and a wooden frame.
The invention aims to create a plate-shaped construction element that is of such a size that the walls of a house, for example a residential house, can be built on an existing foundation from relatively few components.
If the individual, panel-shaped building elements are of such a size that, for example, ten elements are sufficient for the construction of the outer walls of a single-family house with dimensions of approx. 10.4 by 8.4 m, then it is clear that the known components very heavy items can be obtained. These components can then only be unloaded from the transport vehicles and set up at the construction site either by special lifting equipment or by a large number of personnel.
It is therefore an aim of the invention to form a component in such a way that, in contrast to the known components, it is characterized by an extremely low weight.
The task at hand would not be fulfilled if the material used would not withstand the weather conditions, or not withstand it for a long enough time. The problem of service life is one of the main problems of prefabricated construction, and a construction element that, for example, moisture can act in a partial manner, is unusable, even if other conditions such. B. low Ge weight, good sound and thermal insulation, etc. a wall are fulfilled.
It is therefore a further object of the invention to create a building element which, as a result of its special shape and training, is insensitive both to any soil moisture that could rise from the foundation, as well as to rain, etc., which against the The outer surface of the component acts.
The invention is also intended to provide a structural element that gives the impression of solid walls, as is the case with buildings of a more conservative design and in which the appearance of a makeshift house is avoided.
A large number of proposals have already been made to solve the problem described above. For example, a plate-shaped component has become known in which a plurality of vertically right-hand wood is arranged between two thin plywood sheets. The hollow spaces between the plywood panels were filled with an insulating material. If the plywood panels are kept thin enough, it is actually possible to reduce the weight of large-area components to such an extent that they can be unloaded and set up without lifting equipment.
However, the plywood walls have various significant disadvantages. First of all, the material is by no means insensitive to the weather. Even if the influence of rain, etc. can be eliminated by an additional, water-repellent outer layer, moisture absorption from the inside of the house cannot be excluded. If a sufficiently dense coating is also applied to the inner surface, the inner walls can no longer breathe and there is a risk of condensation forming on the inner side of the outer wall.
These known components do not have any protection against any soil moisture, and as a result of this and other circumstances, the moisture content of the individual parts of the construction element will be variable, so that the so-called working of the wooden parts cannot be prevented. If the plywood panels are made sufficiently thin to reduce the weight, the rigidity of the element is undesirably reduced against loads perpendicular to the panel plane.
Finally, the thermal insulation in the area of the vertical timbers is reduced compared to the other parts of the component, since these timbers form a cold bridge, which makes it necessary to keep the wall thickness greater than would be necessary for reasons of strength.
The invention is based on a plate-shaped component that forms at least the outer wall of a room that has a plastic outer surface, an insulating material filling and a wooden frame.
The invention is characterized in that the wooden frame is covered on both sides by chipboard, that parallel to the vertical timbers of the frame and perpendicular to the plane of the board, a plurality of parallel pressboard strips are arranged at a distance next to one another, which are connected to the horizontal timbers of the Rah mens and the chipboard are firmly connected, and that the plastic outer surface is integrally connected to a plastic cover that covers the abutment surfaces of the component.
The inventive design of the compo Mentes with particle board or parts thereof, both for the inner and outer cover of a wooden frame, as well as connections between tween the covers and between the horizontal woods, brings various surprising advantages. In the proposed arrangement, the chipboard or the pressed wood chipboard are able to absorb considerable forces, so that the chipboard are the actual supporting parts of the component according to the invention. The only task left for the wooden frame is to introduce the forces into the component or to facilitate the connection with neighboring components.
The thermal conductivity of the chipboard is lower than the thermal conductivity of wood, so that even in the area of the wooden frame, the thermal insulation is better than in the known component described above. In particular, however, the invention avoids cold bridges in the interior of the plate.
It has been found that chipboard has a far less tendency to work in different humidity conditions than unprocessed wood, and since all the individual parts of the structural element according to the invention are firmly connected, the wooden frame cannot cause any significant changes in length under the influence of changing humidity.
The one-piece formation of the plastic outer surface with the cover of the abutment surfaces of the construction element results in a simple and reliable insulation of the entire component against both the outside moisture and moisture that could rise from the foundation.
In the drawings, an embodiment of the invention is shown. 1 shows an interior view of a plate-shaped component according to the invention with the part of an adjoining, further component, the individual layers only being partially illustrated, FIG. 2 an enlarged section through the embodiment of FIG. 1 according to section line II -II and Fig. 3 an enlarged section through the Dar position of Fig.l corresponding to the section line III-III.
In Fig. 1, a component is shown without windows or doors. If openings are to be arranged in the structural element according to the invention, it is advisable to frame the openings with strips of pressboard and to reinforce the upper transverse wood of the frame surrounding the entire board in a suitable manner, for example by doubling this wood.
The frame of the element according to FIG. 1 be made up of the two horizontal timbers 1 and 2 and the two vertical timbers 3 and 4. Paral lel to the timbers 3 and 4, which for example have a cross section of 10 x 5 cm, are in Abstän from z. B. 25 cm the chipboard strips 5 arranged. The compartments that are formed in this way are filled with insulating material plates 6.
The frame consisting of parts 1, 2, 3 and 4 is covered on both sides by the chipboard 7 and 8, with the plastic film 9 inserted between the plate 7 and the wood frame. The plastic outer surface 10, which extends beyond the abutment surfaces 13, lies over the outer pressboard 8. In the case of the joint surfaces along the timbers 1, 3 and 4, it is sufficient if the plastic outer surface, which is made of glass fiber reinforced polyester resin, only covers part of the surfaces.
However, a full cover is attached to the lower abutment surface along the timber 2.
It has been found that a thickness of the particle board of about 0.8 cm with a total thickness of the structural element of about 12 cm is more than sufficient both in terms of strength and in terms of insulation, and with these dimensions the particle board is sufficiently rigid to be inside and on the outside to provide sufficient resistance to loads directed perpendicular to the plane of the plate and it is also possible to keep the component in a weight even at lengths of up to five meters that can be easily mastered by a few people. It is provided in particular that the pressboard panels and strips are connected to the other parts by gluing.
The special nature of the material used results in perfect adhesive connections that meet all requirements. The adhesive connections are easier to produce than nail or screw connections, and cold bridges caused by nails or screws are also avoided. The plastic film 9 serves as a vapor barrier. This vapor barrier assigns the inner particle board in an advantageous manner to the interior space, while the remaining parts of the compo Mentes are shielded against moisture, etc. abge.
The Fig.2 makes the arrangement of the insulating material filling clear.
The insulating material filling is in particular plate-shaped and designed in two layers one behind the other, the butt joint 14 of the insulating panels 15 and 16 of one layer being offset from the butt joint of the other layer to which the panel 17 belongs.
The use of plate-shaped insulating materials has the advantage of being easier to process. But since the insulating panels generally do not correspond to the desired masses, but are small, this proposal of the invention avoids the otherwise existing risk of uninsulated joints.
It is advantageous if the plastic outer surface is provided with a spray plaster 29 (FIG. 3) based on plastic, whereby the outer surface can be given the appearance of a structure that is equivalent to that of a masonry. Such a spray plaster consists essentially of sand with a binding agent.
To connect adjacent components 18 and 19, it is also proposed that the vertical pieces of wood of the frame have several, mutually associated, elongated recesses 20 on the abutment surfaces, which are accessible on one side, in particular from the inside, through recesses 25 in the press plates are.
The wood 4 is partially weakened and receives a screw 22 in a bore 21, whereby sufficient play 23 must be ensured. On the screw shaft of the screw 22 a nut 24 is screwed and secured, and it is clear that this nut 24 can be reached by a wrench through the recess 25 of the plate 7. The screw 22 can be inserted into the screw sleeve 26, which is firmly anchored in the wood 27, and the two components 18 and 19 can be rigidly connected to one another.
Since the plastic covering of the butt joint is only partially, a gap 28 arises between the adjacent plates 18 and 19, which, however, disappears when the tension lock is firmly tightened and is also covered by the inner wall which connects to the butt joint . This inner wall, which is indicated in FIG. 3 with dash-dotted lines 29 ', also covers the recesses 20 and 25, respectively.
In the case of the butt joints at the corners of the house, the connection of the individual components can be made with screws that connect the neighboring vertical pieces of wood. After the outer walls of a house have been fully erected, the spray plaster 29 is applied.
