Description

  

  Scheibenbürste zur Flächenbearbeitung von Werkstücken    Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Scheiben  bürste zur Flächenbearbeitung von Werkstücken, die  Borsten aus     Kordelstücken    mit in diese eingebrachten  Schleifmitteln aufweist, welche Schleifmittel durch  ein Bindemittel in den Borsten verankert sind. Die  Borsten sind durch ein     Kunstharzbindemittel    mit  wenigstens einer kreisförmigen flachen Scheibe ver  bunden.  



  Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist auf der     Zeichnung     in einer beispielsweisen Ausführungsform dargestellt.       Fig.    1 zeigt einen Schnitt durch die Scheiben  bürste.  



       Fig.    2 ist eine Seitenansicht der Bürste.  



  Die Scheibenbürste weist eine drehbar gelagerte  Scheibe 1 mit Bohrung 2 auf. Sie wird zum Antrieb  auf einer nicht dargestellten Welle angeordnet. Die  Borsten bestehen aus geflochtenen oder gedrehten       Kordelstücken    3, in die Schleifmittel eingebracht  und durch ein Bindemittel in den Borsten verankert  sind. Letztere sind mit wenigstens einer kreisförmi  gen flachen Scheibe 1 verbunden. Diese Verbindung  erfolgt durch Kleben, wobei die radial inneren Enden  der     Kordelstücke    3 unter Verwendung eines Kunst  harzbindemittels gegen die Scheibe 1 gepresst wurden.  Die Bürste kann eine beliebige Breite und Durch  messer erhalten, indem mehrere Scheiben mit Borsten  nebeneinander angeordnet werden. Die Borsten  können aus Sisal oder einer Mischung mit Sisal  garnen bestehen.  



  Die Scheiben 1 bestehen vorzugsweise aus Kar  ton, auf denen die Borsten 3 durch das Kunstharz  bindemittel befestigt sind. In der Mitte ist eine  Bohrung 2 angeordnet, durch die die Scheiben    zentriert werden. In der Mitte ist eine Scheibe 4  kleineren Durchmessers eingesetzt, deren Bohrung  dem     Wellenzapfendurchmesser    angepasst ist.  



  Die Borsten können gedreht sein und in deren  Seele verleimte Sisalgarne aufweisen. Die Sisalgarne  können gemischt sein.

  The disc brush has a rotatably mounted disc 1 with a hole 2. It is arranged to drive on a shaft, not shown. The bristles consist of braided or twisted pieces of cord 3 into which abrasives are inserted and anchored in the bristles by a binding agent. The latter are connected to at least one flat disc 1 circular. This connection is made by gluing, with the radially inner ends of the cord pieces 3 being pressed against the disc 1 using a synthetic resin binding agent. The brush can be of any width and diameter by arranging several discs with bristles next to one another. The bristles can consist of sisal or a mixture with sisal yarn.



  The discs 1 are preferably made of Kar ton, on which the bristles 3 are attached by the synthetic resin binder. In the middle there is a hole 2 through which the disks are centered. In the middle, a disc 4 of smaller diameter is used, the bore of which is adapted to the shaft journal diameter.



  The bristles can be twisted and have glued sisal yarns in their core. The sisal yarns can be mixed.

PATENTANSPRUCH Scheibenbürste zur Flächenbearbeitung von Werk stücken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Borsten aus Kordelstücken mit in diese eingebrachten Schleif mitteln bestehen, wobei die Schleifmittel durch ein Bindemittel in den Borsten verankert sind, welche durch ein Kunstharzbindemittel mit wenigstens einer kreisförmigen flachen Scheibe verbunden sind. UNTERANSPRÜCHE 1. Scheibenbürste nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, d'ass die Borsten gedreht sind und in der Seele verleimte Sisalgarne aufweisen. 2.
