Description

  

  Rotationsbürste    Gegenstand der     Erfindung    ist eine Rotationsbürste  zur Flächenbearbeitung, bei der die Borsten aus Kor  delstücken bestehen und mit einer kreisförmigen  Scheibe fest verbunden sind.    Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist auf der Zeichnung  in einer beispielsweisen     Ausführungsform    im Schnitt  dargestellt.  



       Fig.    1     zeigt    einen Schnitt durch die Scheiben  bürste ;         Fig.    2 ist eine Vorderansicht der Scheibenbürste.    Die     Rotationsbürste    weist eine Scheibe 1 mit       Bohrung    2 auf, die zum Antrieb auf einem drehbar       gelagerten    Wellenende befestigt wird.  



  Die Borsten 3 bestehen aus geflochtenen Kordel  stücken,     die    mit der Scheibe 1 festverleimt und durch  Pressen verbunden sind. Zur Zentrierung ist in der  Mitte eine Scheibe 4 kleinem Durchmessers auf die  Scheibe 1 gesetzt. Die Borsten können aus Sisal,  Baumwolle oder aus gemischten Garnen bestehen.  Die Borsten können durch Kunstharz miteinander  verbunden sein. Es können mehrere Scheiben neben  einander angeordnet sein, um eine bestimmte Breite  zu erhalten.

  The bristles 3 consist of braided cord pieces that are glued to the disc 1 and connected by pressing. A disk 4 with a small diameter is placed on disk 1 in the middle for centering. The bristles can be made of sisal, cotton or mixed yarns. The bristles can be connected to one another by synthetic resin. Several panes can be arranged next to one another in order to obtain a certain width.
