Geschirrwaschmaschine Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Geschirrwaschmaschine mit einem innerhalb eines Gehäuses drehbar gelagerten, mit Düsen versehenen Rohr und einer Pumpe zur Förderung von Wasser aus dem Gehäuse in das Rohr.
Die erfindungsgemässe Geschirrwaschmaschine ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rohr radiale, hohle, mit Düsen versehene Arme aufweist, welche Düsen im Drehsinn gesehen, alle nach hinten gerichtet sind, so dass das Rohr mit seinen Armen und die Pumpe einen Rückstossantrieb bilden.
In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Ausfüh rungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes schematisch und im Schnitt dargestellt.
Die dargestellte Geschirrwaschmaschine weist einen Sockel 1 mit Füssen 2, ein zylindrisches Gehäuse 3 und einen abnehmbaren Deckel 4 auf. In der Mitte des Bodens 5 des Gehäuses 3 ist ein Lager 6 befestigt, in welchem ein vertikal angeordnetes Rohr 7 drehbar gelagert ist. Das Rohr 7 trägt untere Arme 8 und obere, gebogene Arme 9. Diese Arme 8, 9 sind hohl ausgebildet und kommunizieren mit dem Rohr 7. Letzteres ist mit einer Anzahl von radial gerichteten Düsen 10 versehen. Die Arme 8, 9 sind ebenfalls mit Düsen 11 versehen, die, im Drehsinn dieser Arme 8, 9 gesehen, alle gleich gerichtet sind, nämlich nach hinten in bezug auf diesen Drehsinn (Pfeil P). Das Lager 6 weist eine Kammer 12 auf, in welcher sich das mit Löchern 13 versehene untere Ende des Rohres 7 dreht.
Diese Kammer 12 ist über einen Anschluss 14 mit der Förderseite einer im Sockel 1 befestigten Pumpe 15 verbunden. Die Ansaugseite dieser Pumpe 15 ist mittels eines Rohres 16 mit einem Stutzen 17 verbunden. Das sich auf dem Boden 5 des Gehäuses 3 befindliche Wasser kann nun über diesen Stutzen 17 ablaufen, an welchem ein biegsamer Schlauch 18 an geschlossen ist, dessen freies Ende wahlweise mit einem nicht dargestellten Ablauf oder an einer Halte- lasche 19 befestigt werden kann. Ferner ist im Stut zen 17 ein auswechselbarer Filter 20 angeordnet.
Das frische Wasser wird über einen Trichter 21 eingefüllt. In diesen Trichter kann gegebenenfalls auch ein Waschmittel dem Wasser beigemengt wer den. Vom Trichter 21 fliesst das Wasser über eine Öffnung 22 in das Gehäuse 3. Dank dem Schlauch 19 wird im Gehäuse 3 stets ein Wasserspiegel gewisser Höhe aufrechterhalten. Die Pumpe 15 saugt das Wasser durch den Stutzen 17, der stets voll Wasser ist, so dass ein Ansaugen von Luft praktisch aus geschlossen ist.
Das in das Rohr 7 und die Arme 8, 9 geförderte Wasser wird von den Düsen 10, 11 gegen das in einem nicht dargestellten abnehmbaren Korb ein geführte Geschirr gebracht. Dank der besonderen An ordnung der Düse 10, 11 dient das Ganze als Rück stossantrieb, so dass ein besonderer motorischer An trieb für das Rohr 7 und die Arme 8, 9 nicht mehr nötig ist. Die Pumpe 15 saugt nun filtriertes Was ser, währenddem der Schmutz sich im unteren Teil des Schlauches 19 ansammelt. Am Ende der Wasch zeit wird dieser Schlauch mit dem Ablauf verbunden, so dass der angesammelte Schmutz weggespült wird.

The dish washing machine shown has a base 1 with feet 2, a cylindrical housing 3 and a removable cover 4. In the middle of the bottom 5 of the housing 3, a bearing 6 is attached, in which a vertically arranged tube 7 is rotatably mounted. The tube 7 carries lower arms 8 and upper, curved arms 9. These arms 8, 9 are hollow and communicate with the tube 7. The latter is provided with a number of radially directed nozzles 10. The arms 8, 9 are also provided with nozzles 11 which, seen in the direction of rotation of these arms 8, 9, are all directed in the same direction, namely to the rear with respect to this direction of rotation (arrow P). The bearing 6 has a chamber 12 in which the lower end of the tube 7 provided with holes 13 rotates.
This chamber 12 is connected via a connection 14 to the delivery side of a pump 15 fastened in the base 1. The suction side of this pump 15 is connected to a connector 17 by means of a pipe 16. The water located on the bottom 5 of the housing 3 can now run off via this connection piece 17, to which a flexible hose 18 is connected, the free end of which can optionally be attached to a drain (not shown) or to a retaining strap 19. Furthermore, a replaceable filter 20 is arranged in the Stut zen 17.
The fresh water is filled in via a funnel 21. A detergent can optionally also be added to the water in this funnel. The water flows from the funnel 21 through an opening 22 into the housing 3. Thanks to the hose 19, a water level of a certain height is always maintained in the housing 3. The pump 15 sucks the water through the nozzle 17, which is always full of water, so that suction of air is practically closed.
The water conveyed into the pipe 7 and the arms 8, 9 is brought by the nozzles 10, 11 against the crockery guided in a removable basket, not shown. Thanks to the special arrangement of the nozzle 10, 11, the whole thing serves as a recoil drive, so that a special motorized drive for the pipe 7 and the arms 8, 9 is no longer necessary. The pump 15 now sucks filtered water, while the dirt collects in the lower part of the hose 19. At the end of the washing time, this hose is connected to the drain so that the accumulated dirt is washed away.
