Washing method and washing machine. The present invention is a washing method according to which the washing is good, e.g. B. garments, in a container dureh circulating washing liquid is kept in constant motion above your perforated floor; while the washing liquid is sucked off under the floor. The fact that the laundry is kept in motion and at the same time exposed to the suction effect creates a cleaning effect.
Using your fluid flow to move the items to be washed has the advantage that no machine parts driven by the motor come into contact with the items to be washed, so that damage to the items to be washed is excluded.
In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the washing machine that can be used to carry out the method is shown, namely FIG. 1 shows a view of the machine from above, FIG. 2 shows a section along the line 2-2 in FIG. 3 ; Fig. 3 is a section along the line 3-3 of Fig. 1. The drawn machine has a loading container 10, which has a body that is cylindrical at the top and is tapered at the bottom by transition in hemispherical shape.
The opening in this hemispherical part is closed by a loose inserted bottom, which is formed by a spherical ge arched, the hemisphere complementary, perforated plate 12_ which has a flange 37 with which the bottom 12 on a transverse wall 11 of a lower cylindrical Stut zens of the container 10 rests. The plate 12 is provided with holes at the edge, while the middle part 15 has no breakthroughs. The container 10 is cast in one piece with the frame 19. In the wall 11 below the floor 12, an outlet pipe 14 is connected.
A suction funnel 13 is arranged on the outlet pipe 14 and lies vertically below the unperforated part 15 of the base 12. The outlet pipe 14 is connected to a pump 20, which is driven by means of shaft 22 by a motor 21 which sits on a console 29 of the frame 19. A line 23 is connected to the pump 20 and extends upwards and is bent over the upper edge of the container 10 near the bottom. The tube 23 has a nozzle 24. In the line 23, a three-way valve 26 is built, on which a hose 27 is connected.
The latter is in connection with an apparatus 28 for dispensing hot water. On your container 10, a bracket 32 is rotatably arranged on a bearing 30, on which a washing device 33 is arranged. The latter can be driven by a motor 35, which is located on the console 32, by means of a reduction gear 36. In the console 32, a pin 34 is provided, which can be inserted into holes in the bearing 30 so that the winder 33 can be determined in different positions with respect to the container 10.
The container 10 is enamelled inside. The method of use of the washing machine is expediently as follows: For consumption, hot water from the apparatus 28 is overfilled into the container 10 and soap and other detergents are placed in the latter. The container 10 is filled up to the nozzle 24. Then tap 26 is switched so that the apparatus 28 switched off and the line 23 is connected to the pump 20. The motor 21 is switched on and the washing liquid is put into circulation.
The washing liquid emerging from the nozzle 24 flows along the wall of the container 10 and sets the liquid in the container 10 in a circular motion. The jet emerging from the nozzle will, if the nozzle opens above the liquid level, carry air along with it, so that the washing liquid can be seen. The foam formation can be influenced by reloading the liquid level in the container.
If the nozzle orifice is below the liquid level, no looking is generated. The laundry to be cleaned is now placed in the container 10, this is carried along by the circular washing liquid time and circles, as indicated by arrows (Fig. 2): The laundry is continuously turned, bent and constantly changes its position, so that the washing liquid has access to every point of the laundry.
The laundry therefore rubs against the bottom 12 and the container walls; the liquid sucked through the bottom 12 by the pump 20 partially passes through the laundry, whereby cleaning of the same takes place. The washing liquid comes in the space between the floor 12 and wall 11 in a slowed motion, and it can separate here in the space 16 dirt.
Since the floor 12 can be excavated, a rush cleaning of the room 16 is easily possible, please include.
To bring in the laundry and to remove it from the container, the wrapping machine can be swiveled to its side. Since special motors are used for the pump 20 and the wrapping machine, the particularly favorable type can be selected in each case.
To empty the container 10, the hose 27 is detached from the apparatus 28 and the tap 26 is set so that the washing liquid can flow out through the hose.
