Description

  

  



  Distributeur d'engrais ou matières analogues
 La présente invention a pour objet un   distribu-    teur d'engrais ou matières analogues agencé de façon à permettre d'obtenir un écoulement régulier des ma  tières    distribuées.



   A cet effet, le distributeur comprend essentiellement une trémie dont les parois convergent vers un orifice de sortie inférieur et, en regard de cet orifice, parallèlement à la paroi dans laquelle celui-ci est pratiqué, un organe hélicoïdal rotatif destiné à la fois à refouler la matière par l'orifice et à assurer le brassage de ladite matière dans la trémie.



   Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.



   La fig. 1 est une vue en perspective   d'un    distributeur conforme à l'invention.



   La fig. 2 est une coupe schématique du distributeur par un plan longitudinal.



   Dans le mode de réalisation représenté sur le dessin, le distributeur comporte un bâti tubulaire 1 muni de pattes d'attache 2 permettant de l'accoupler à un tracteur (non représenté).



   Ce bâti porte une trémie 3, de forme sensiblement tronconique, ou pyramidale, soutenue par des bras latéraux 4.



   La paroi de la trémie opposée au côté où se fait l'attache au tracteur est percée, à sa partie basse, d'un orifice de sortie 5 que permet de contrôler un registre 6 manoeuvré au moyen d'une tringle 7 qui peut tourner dans un palier-guide 8 fixé au bâti 1.



  La tringle 7 porte un petit bras 27 articulé à une tige filetée 28 sur laquelle est engagé un écrou de réglage 29 qui, lors de l'ouverture du registre, vient s'appliquer sur une butée 30 du bâti. Sous l'orifice 5 est prévue, dans le présent exemple, l'ouverture d'entrée 9 d'une turbine de distribution 10 montée sur une traverse 11 du bâti.



   Comme le montre la fig. 2, le fond 12 de la trémie est oblique et il comporte un palier 13 dans lequel est monte un organe agitateur   hélicoïdal    14 tel qu'une vis sans fin ou un arbre à palettes en hélice. L'axe de cet agitateur est sensiblement parallèle à la paroi qui comporte l'orifice 5.



   L'agitateur 14 est solidaire d'un pignon conique 15 qui engrène avec un petit pignon conique 16 porté par un arbre 17 monté dans un palier 18 du bâti.



   L'arbre 17 est destiné à être relié, grâce à un joint de Cardan 19, à l'arbre de prise de force 20 du tracteur. Il porte en outre une poulie 21 qui, par une courroie 22 et des poulies de renvoi 23, montées sur un support réglable 24, entraîne la poulie 25 de la turbine 10.



   Le fonctionnement de l'appareil est très simple.



   La valeur de l'orifice de sortie déterminée par la position de l'écrou 29 sur la tige 28 étant convenablement réglée, la vis 14 provoque un écoulement régulier de l'engrais contenu dans la trémie 3 et dans le récipient 26 qui surmonte celle-ci.



   En outre, l'engrais se trouve progressivement refoulé selon les flèches tracées sur la fig. 2 et, même s'il a une tendance naturelle à le faire, il ne peut se mettre en voûte dans la trémie ou le récipient.



   De par le contact avec la vis et le brassage que subit l'engrais, celui-ci se trouve émietté et il sort, par l'orifice 5 sous la forme d'une poudre fine, c'està-dire dans les meilleures conditions de distribution.



   Comme on l'a déjà dit, la turbine pourrait être remplacée par un canal reliant l'ouverture 5 à un dispositif dit    localiseur p, destine a oreu, srr    des sillons en vue de l'enfouissage de l'engrais.



   Il va de soi que des modifications peuvent être apportées aux modes de réalisation qui viennent d'être décrits, notamment par substitution de moyens tech niques équivalents sans que l'on sorte pour cela du cadre de la présente invention.

 The present invention relates to a distributor of fertilizers or similar materials arranged so as to make it possible to obtain a regular flow of the distributed materials.



   To this end, the distributor essentially comprises a hopper whose walls converge towards a lower outlet orifice and, facing this orifice, parallel to the wall in which the latter is formed, a rotating helical member intended both to push material through the orifice and to ensure the stirring of said material in the hopper.



   The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention.



   Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a dispenser according to the invention.



   Fig. 2 is a schematic section of the dispenser on a longitudinal plane.



   In the embodiment shown in the drawing, the dispenser comprises a tubular frame 1 provided with attachment lugs 2 enabling it to be coupled to a tractor (not shown).



   This frame carries a hopper 3, of substantially frustoconical or pyramidal shape, supported by side arms 4.



   The wall of the hopper opposite to the side where the attachment to the tractor is made is pierced, at its lower part, with an outlet opening 5 which makes it possible to control a register 6 operated by means of a rod 7 which can turn in a guide bearing 8 fixed to the frame 1.



  The rod 7 carries a small arm 27 articulated to a threaded rod 28 on which is engaged an adjusting nut 29 which, when the register is opened, comes to rest on a stop 30 of the frame. In the present example, the inlet opening 9 of a distribution turbine 10 mounted on a cross member 11 of the frame is provided under the orifice 5.



   As shown in fig. 2, the bottom 12 of the hopper is oblique and it comprises a bearing 13 in which is mounted a helical agitator member 14 such as an endless screw or a helical vane shaft. The axis of this stirrer is substantially parallel to the wall which includes the orifice 5.



   The agitator 14 is integral with a bevel pinion 15 which meshes with a small bevel pinion 16 carried by a shaft 17 mounted in a bearing 18 of the frame.



   The shaft 17 is intended to be connected, by means of a Cardan joint 19, to the PTO shaft 20 of the tractor. It also carries a pulley 21 which, by a belt 22 and return pulleys 23, mounted on an adjustable support 24, drives the pulley 25 of the turbine 10.



   The operation of the device is very simple.



   The value of the outlet orifice determined by the position of the nut 29 on the rod 28 being suitably adjusted, the screw 14 causes a regular flow of the fertilizer contained in the hopper 3 and in the container 26 which surmounts it. this.



   In addition, the fertilizer is gradually driven back according to the arrows drawn in fig. 2 and although it has a natural tendency to do so, it cannot vault in the hopper or container.



   By contact with the screw and the stirring that the fertilizer undergoes, it is crumbled and it comes out, through the orifice 5 in the form of a fine powder, that is to say under the best conditions of distribution.



   As has already been said, the turbine could be replaced by a channel connecting the opening 5 to a device called locator p, intended for oreu, srr furrows with a view to burying the fertilizer.



   It goes without saying that modifications can be made to the embodiments which have just been described, in particular by substitution of equivalent technical means without departing for this from the scope of the present invention.
