Bouchon de sûreté
La présente invention a pour objet un bouchon de sûreté comprenant un corps creux et un élément de bouchage amovible fermant le corps creux.
Les bouchons de sûreté connus permettent de vider la bouteille qui en est équipée, mais empchent un nouveau remplissage frauduleux de cette bouteille.
Toutefois, les bouchons ont une forme telle qu'ils ne peuvent pas tre pourvus d'une marque destinée par exemple au contrôle des boissons alcoolisées.
En outre, ils dépassent en général largement le goulot de la bouteille et ont des dimensions telles qu'ils ne peuvent équiper des bouteilles de forme standard présentant un goulot usuel. L'encombrement des bouteilles pourvues de ces bouchons est donc particulièrement grand.
La présente invention a pour but de remédier à ces inconvénients.
Pour cela, le bouchon selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que le corps creux présente à sa partie supérieure une collerette obturée par un couvercle et en ce que le bouchon comprend une capsule dont la partie supérieure est destinée à tre déchirée pour permettre l'enlèvement du couvercle, dont la partie inférieure forme une jupe et retient le corps creux en étant sertie sur le goulot d'une bouteille, le corps creux étant alors engagé dans le goulot et la collerette reposant sur lui.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution du bouchon selon l'invention.
L'unique figure de ce dessin en est une vue en coupe axiale, le bouchon fermant un goulot de bouteille usuel.
Le bouchon comprend un corps creux 1 introduit dans le goulot d'une bouteille et s'appuyant sur ce goulot par un rebord la, avec interposition d'une rondelle d'étanchéité 2.
Le corps 1 est retenu sur le goulot par une collerette 3 scellée sur la bouteille par une capsule 4.
La collerette 3 est munie d'une ouverture 3a devant tre obturée par un couvercle 5. La capsule 4 comporte une zone annulaire de faible résistance suivant la périphérie du couvercle 5.
En position de fermeture le couvercle 5 est encastré par un bourrelet 5a dont il est muni, dans une rainure circulaire 3b de la collerette 3 et s'appuie par sa partie centrale contre une pièce 8 elle-mme appuyée sur une bille 7, laquelle bloque un clapet 6 sur son siège. Ainsi, on évite toute remontée accidentelle de liquide dans le corps 1 lorsque la bouteille fermée est manipulée et transportée.
En variante, on pourrait donner à la collerette 3 une épaisseur réduite à celle d'une membrane, cependant assez rigide, pour retenir l'élément 8. Cette dernière serait alors un peu moins haute que dans l'exemple représenté.
Le bouchon, obturé par le couvercle 5, ne forme qu'une légère proéminence sur le goulot, ce qui permet la mise en place facile de la capsule 4, celle-ci pouvant, en outre, recevoir un sceau de contrôle.
Pour ouvrir la bouteille, il est nécessaire d'arracher la capsule 4, suivant la zone de faible résistance avant d'ôter le couvercle 5. I1 va de soi que si l'on enlève la totalité de la capsule, il est très facile d'ôter tout l'ensemble du dispositif et, par suite, de remplir la bouteille. En variante, la partie de capsule qui doit rester en place pour fixer le dispositif est constituée en un métal assez dur tandis que le tout est coiffé avec une seconde capsule déchirable éventuellement munie du sceau de contrôle.
Le bouchon décrit a pour avantage important de permettre le bouchage d'une bouteille standard sans aucune modification de ses caractéristiques. De plus, l'aspect de cette bouteille munie du bouchon est le mme que celui d'une bouteille bouchée par les moyens courants.
Safety cap
The present invention relates to a safety cap comprising a hollow body and a removable stopper element closing the hollow body.
Known safety caps make it possible to empty the bottle which is equipped with it, but prevent fraudulent refilling of this bottle.
However, the stoppers have a shape such that they cannot be provided with a mark intended for example for the control of alcoholic beverages.
In addition, they generally extend far beyond the neck of the bottle and have dimensions such that they cannot be fitted to bottles of standard shape having a usual neck. The bulk of the bottles provided with these stoppers is therefore particularly large.
The object of the present invention is to remedy these drawbacks.
For this, the stopper according to the invention is characterized in that the hollow body has at its upper part a collar closed by a cover and in that the stopper comprises a capsule whose upper part is intended to be torn to allow the removal of the cover, the lower part of which forms a skirt and retains the hollow body by being crimped onto the neck of a bottle, the hollow body then being engaged in the neck and the collar resting on it.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the stopper according to the invention.
The only figure in this drawing is a view in axial section, the cap closing a usual bottle neck.
The stopper comprises a hollow body 1 introduced into the neck of a bottle and resting on this neck by a rim 1a, with the interposition of a sealing washer 2.
The body 1 is retained on the neck by a collar 3 sealed to the bottle by a cap 4.
The collar 3 is provided with an opening 3a which has to be closed by a cover 5. The capsule 4 comprises an annular zone of low resistance along the periphery of the cover 5.
In the closed position, the cover 5 is fitted by a bead 5a with which it is provided, in a circular groove 3b of the collar 3 and rests by its central part against a part 8 itself supported on a ball 7, which blocks a valve 6 on its seat. Thus, any accidental rise of liquid in the body 1 is avoided when the closed bottle is handled and transported.
As a variant, the flange 3 could be given a thickness reduced to that of a membrane, however rigid enough, to retain the element 8. The latter would then be a little less high than in the example shown.
The stopper, closed by the cover 5, only forms a slight protrusion on the neck, which allows the easy installation of the capsule 4, the latter being able, moreover, to receive a control seal.
To open the bottle, it is necessary to tear off the cap 4, depending on the zone of low resistance before removing the lid 5. It goes without saying that if the entire cap is removed, it is very easy to remove the cap. 'remove the entire device and, consequently, fill the bottle. As a variant, the part of the capsule which must remain in place to fix the device is made of a fairly hard metal while the whole is capped with a second tear-off capsule possibly provided with the control seal.
The stopper described has the important advantage of allowing the capping of a standard bottle without any modification of its characteristics. In addition, the appearance of this bottle provided with the stopper is the same as that of a bottle stoppered by current means.
