Fig. 1 zeigt von einem ersten Beispiel eine ein Apparategehäuse, eine Tragsäule und eine Bodendose aufweisende Einrichtung für Schwachstrom- und Starkstrom-Installationen, teils in Seitenansicht und teils im senkrechten Schnitt; Fig. 2 stellt in grösserem Massstab den unteren Teil der Einrichtung im senkrechten Schnitt dar; Fig. 3 ist eine Draufsicht der in Fig. 2 gezeigten Teile; Fig. 4 zeigt eine analoge Draufsicht bei abgenom menem Deckel der Bodendose; Fig. 5 stellt den leeren Unterteil der Bodendose allein im senkrechten Schnitt dar;
Electrical installation device with a floor box The present invention relates to an electrical installation device with a floor box. The installation device is characterized in that the floor box is divided by a removable partition made of electrically insulating material into two compartments for low-voltage and high-voltage installations, into which compartments separate passage openings for the electrical connection conductors open.
The lower end of a tubular support column can be attached to a removable cover of the floor box, the upper end of which carries a housing for electrical equipment, whereby two insulating tubes can be arranged inside the support column, which are used to separate low-voltage and high-voltage conductors from the two compartments the Bo dendose to the apparatus in said housing.
Embodiments of the installation device according to the invention are illustrated in the accompanying drawing voltage.
Fig. 1 shows a first example of a device having an apparatus housing, a support column and a floor box for low-voltage and high-voltage installations, partly in side view and partly in vertical section; Fig. 2 shows on a larger scale the lower part of the device in vertical section; Figure 3 is a top plan view of the parts shown in Figure 2; Fig. 4 shows a similar plan view with removed lid of the floor box; Fig. 5 shows the empty lower part of the floor box alone in vertical section;
FIG. 6 illustrates a second example in a representation analogous to FIG. 2.
In a prismatic housing 11, for example, a high-voltage socket 12 for 220 V or 380 V and a telephone socket 13 are arranged. Instead of the aforementioned socket, two or more other high-voltage and low-voltage devices could be accommodated in the housing 11, such as. B. switches, signal lamps, etc. The Bo the housing 11 is attached to the upper end of a tubular support column 14, the lower end of which is held by a floor box 15, 16. The pot-shaped lower part 15 of the floor box has a square base, while the interior of the lower part 15 has an approximately cylindrical shape.
Two horizontally extending tubes 17 and 18 each open into two opposite side walls of the Do senuntteils 15, the end portions of which are threaded and screwed into corresponding threaded holes of the can lower part 15. Two tubes 17 and 18 could also be inserted into only one of the can walls. The tubes 17 and 18 are used for the separate supply of low-voltage and high-voltage conductors for connecting the apparatuses 12 and 13..
The interior of the floor box 15, 16 is divided into two compartments 21 and 22 by a partition 20 made of insulating material. The pipes 17 open into one compartment 21, which is intended to accommodate electrical low-current installation means, such as branch terminals, while the pipes 18 open into the other compartment 22, in which high-voltage branch terminals 23 or possibly other high-current Installation means are arranged. The partition 20 is loose and thus removable in two mutually opposite grooves 24 (Fig. 5) of the can lower part 15 inserted.
The grooves 24 are each present between two vertically extending, inwardly projecting ribs 25 and 26, as can be seen in particular in FIGS. 4 and 5. The slightly stronger than the other ribs 26 have at their upper end each a threaded hole 27 (Fig. 4), into which a fastening screw 28 is screwed in bar. With the help of said Be fastening screws 28 an existing insulating material inner cover 29 of approximately semicircular shape is arranged over the compartment 22 with the Stark power installation means.
The inner cover 29 is provided with the heavy current sign 31 for safety reasons and has an opening 30 for the passage of electrical conductors, not shown, which lead to the high voltage plug 12 in the housing 11. An analog one; Not visible in the drawing high voltage sign is on the inner bottom surface of the compartment 22 available. The inner bottom surface of the other compartment 21 is provided with a weak current symbol T + T.
The lower part 15 of the can is closed at the top by a cover 16 which is releasably placed on the lower part 15 of the can and fastened with the aid of screws 32 arranged sunk ver. To achieve a watertight seal, a peripheral edge of the cover 16 is provided with a sealing ring 39 made of rubber or similar material (FIG. 2). The aforementioned inner lid 29 is arranged below the can lid 16 and is completely independent of the latter. At its top, the cover 16 has a connector 33 with an internal thread, in which a corresponding threaded part at the lower end of the support column 14 is screwed.
Inside the connector 33, two separate openings with internal threads are machined into the cover 16, and the lower, threaded end part of an insulating tube 34 or 35 is screwed into each of these openings. The insulating tubes 34 and 35 are arranged inside the support column 14 and extend into the housing 11, that is to say up to the low-voltage plug 13 and the high-voltage plug 12. The insulating tubes 34 and 35 are used for the separate guidance of low-voltage and high-voltage conductors from the two compartments 21 and 22 of the floor box 15, 16 to the devices 12 and 13 in the housing 11.
The corresponding conductors are not shown in the drawing for the sake of clarity.
In order to ensure only one possibility for placing the lid 16 on the lower part 15 of the floor box, the lid 16 is provided in a corner part with a pin 37 (FIG. 3) which engages in a corresponding bore 38 of the lower part 15 of the box, when the cover 16 is correctly placed.
The floor box 15, 16 is made of metal, for example cast iron, and is covered with an impact-resistant insulating varnish inside.
The installation device described made light, low-voltage and high-voltage installations safely next to each other in the same floor box 15, 16 and in the same apparatus housing 11 and to separate electrically clean from each other.
The variant of the floor box shown in FIG. 6 differs from the one previously described only by a different cover 16a, which has no connector 33 for attaching a support column 14 and no openings for inserting insulating tubes 34 and 35, but is completely closed is. Otherwise, the floor box according to FIG. 6 is designed in the same way as that according to FIGS. 1 to 5, and it is used to create branches on low-voltage and high-voltage conductors.
