Description

  

  Palier amortisseur de chocs pour mobile de petite     mécanique       La présente     invention    a     pour    objet un palier  amortisseur de chocs pour mobile de petite méca  nique,     comprenant    une crapaudine logée avec jeu à  l'intérieur d'un     support    tubulaire.  



  Ce palier est caractérisé par une     pièce    de cen  trage     coulissant        axialement    à l'intérieur     dudit    sup  port et présentant un siège formé d'une surface de  révolution agissant, sous l'action d'un dispositif élas  tique de rappel, directement sur la partie     postérieure     de ladite crapaudine pour la maintenir en position       centrée.     



  Le dessin représente, à titre d'exemple, une  forme d'exécution d'un palier amortisseur de chocs,,  objet de l'invention.  



  La figure en est une coupe axiale.  



  Le palier représenté comprend     un        support    tubu  laire 1 destiné à être chassé dans le     bâti    de l'appa  reil sur lequel est monté le palier. Le support de  palier     comprend    en outre deux bouchons 2 et 3       chassés    dans la     pièce    tubulaire 1 ; le bouchon 3 est       percé    d'un trou 4     pour    le passage de l'arbre, non  représenté. Une crapaudine 5 en pierre synthétique  est logée avec jeu à l'intérieur de la pièce tubulaire  1.

   Elle est maintenue dans la position représentée au  dessin. dans laquelle elle     repose    sur une portée 6,       constituée    par la     surface        intérieure    du bouchon 3,  par une douille 7     coulissant        axialement    à l'intérieur  de la     pièce    tubulaire 1 dans laquelle     cette    douille  est logée sans jeu. Un ressort à boudin 8 est par  tiellement logé dans la douille 7 et prend appui,  d'une part, sur le fond 7a de celle-ci et, d'autre part,    sur le bouchon 2 du support de palier. Un siège  tronconique 9 est ménagé dans la face extérieure du  fond 7a de la douille 7.

   Ce siège agit sur la partie  postérieure de la crapaudine 5, sous l'action du res  sort 8, pour la rappeler en position     centrée    après  qu'elle se soit déplacée sous l'effet des chocs que  peut subir l'arbre.

   It is maintained in the position shown in the drawing. in which it rests on a bearing surface 6, formed by the inner surface of the plug 3, by a sleeve 7 sliding axially inside the tubular part 1 in which this sleeve is housed without play. A coil spring 8 is partially housed in the sleeve 7 and bears, on the one hand, on the bottom 7a thereof and, on the other hand, on the plug 2 of the bearing support. A frustoconical seat 9 is provided in the outer face of the bottom 7a of the sleeve 7.

   This seat acts on the posterior part of the slider 5, under the action of the res sort 8, to return it to the centered position after it has moved under the effect of the shocks that the tree may undergo.
