Device for controlling the flow of at least one fluid The present invention relates to a device for controlling the flow of at least one fluid.
This device is characterized by at least one movable member comprising a cam-shaped part mounted opposite: a flexible pipe so that the cam-shaped part can at least partially close this pipe by crushing, said member being associated, on the one hand, to a de device: elastic return and, on the other hand, to a mechanism designed to keep it in an cocking position in which the elastic return device is stretched.
The appended drawing gives, by way of example, two particular embodiments of the device which is the subject of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic elevational view with partial section of the fluid flow control device according to the first embodiment, the movable member being shown armed.
Fig. 2 is a view similar to FIG. 1 showing the triggered movable member.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of the second embodiment of the control device. Fig. 4 shows the device of FIG. 3, triggered. Fig. 5 is a schematic perspective view of the device comprising several movable organs mounted side by side. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the device comprises a movable member formed by a part in the form of a cam extended by a lever 1 and articulated on a fixed axis 2 above a flexible pipe 3 by the flow of the fluid.
This pipe is placed between a support plate 4, a screw 5 of which makes it possible to adjust the position relative to a fixed support 6 (for example the bottom of a case which, for the sake of simplicity, has not been shown. ) and an elastic blade 7. The plate 4 and the blade 7 can be articulated on axes 4a and 7a carried by the support 6. A spring 8 is hooked, d 'on the one hand, to the lever 1 and, on the other hand, to a fixed point 9. The lever 1 carries a cocking notch 10 to which corresponds a pawl 11 articulated on a fixed axis 12. This pawl may correspond to a fixed stop 13 and a spring 14 which tends to apply the pawl against the stopper.
The pawl 11 is controlled by an electromagnet 15 which requires only a low intensity current source and which can be controlled by any suitable contactor device. The cam-shaped part 1a of the movable member located opposite the flexible pipe 3 is shaped so that the pipe is not deformed when the member is armed, but that said pipe is crushed or pinched when the organ is armed. occupies the position in which the rap shovels the spring 8 (fig. 1 and 2).
The second embodiment shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 show an arrangement in which, in the armed position of the member, the cam-shaped part 1a crushes the pipe, to release it in the other position.
By suitable conformation of the cam-shaped part 1a and, where appropriate, by acting on the adjusting screw 5, it is possible to partially open or close the pipe.
The operation of the cocking mechanism is understood by itself: when the lever 1 is moved in the direction of arrow f, the ramp 10a of the cocking notch 10 slides under the spout 11a of the pawl 11 and the notch engages on the pawl (fig. 1 and 3) so as to keep the movable member armed while the spring 8 is loaded.
When the pawl 11 rotates under the effect of the traction of the electromagnet 15, in the direction of the arrow g, the lever 1 is suddenly released and returned by the spring 8 in the position shown on the figures. fig. 2 and 4.
As shown in fig. 5, a certain number of pipes, each comprising their movable member, can be arranged one beside the other, in a common housing 16. The levers 1 are then associated with a common cocking mechanism comprising a bracket 17 articulated on axis 2 of the various levers and controlled by a lever 18. This lever 18 can also be used to assume another function, for example the control of a contactor, of a locking device, etc., for example in means of a shaft 19 which is integral with it.
Naturally, the various levers 1a, lb, etc., in line on the housing 16, can be arranged to operate, one on opening, the other on closing.
By placing on the same pipe, such as pipe 3d of fig. 5, two movable members having opposite functions, it will be possible very conveniently to obtain a remote control of opening and closing, if necessary partial, of the flow rate of the fluid.
