Clamp for a pivotal mounting upon any element whatsoever (7) and permitting to connect this element to any piece whatsoever such for example as a rod (T), of the type comprising a base (1) which is pivotally mounted onto the said element through the medium of a pin and which comprises on two opposite sides wings (3) extending substantially orthogonally to the base (1) and permitting a hooking-on of the said piece or rod (T), characterized in that the base (1) comprises an opening (2) extended through by the said pin and is extended by a leg (5) folded back underneath it on the side opposite to the wings (3) to form an U and comprising an opening (6) extended through by the said pin and in that the said base (1) and the said leg (5) are slightly bulging with a convexity turned towards the element (7) upon one edge (7a) of which is inserted the U to thus perform the function of a washer promoting the pivoting of the clamp onto the said element.
  2. Clamp according to claim 1, characterized in that towards both aforesaid opposite wings (3), the base (1) is extended by a third wing (10) substantially perpendicular to the plane of the said two opposite wings (3) and adapted to displace itself elastically between the latter for retaining through capture the aforesaid piece or rod (T).
  3. Clamp according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the third wing (10) comprises opposite and folded-back edges (12) comprising each one a cut-out (13) substantially complementary of another cut-out (14) provided in each one of the two opposite wings (3).
  4. Clamp according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the cut-out (13) in each folded-back edge (12) of the third wing (10) forms a nose (16) permitting the clipping of the aforesaid piece or rod (T) and its capture within the cut-out (14) of both aforesaid opposite wings (3).
  5. Clamp according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the third wing (10) has its root on one side (11) of the base oppositely to the side (4) where the aforesaid leg (5) has its root.
  6. Clamp according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that in the state of rest, the aforesaid third wing (10) makes an angle slightly below 90° with the base (1).
  7. Clamp according to one of the foregoing claims, characterized in that in the state of rest, each cut-out (13) of the third wing (10) forms with its associated cut-out (14) in both opposite wings (3) a slightly open aperture (15).
