    - a frame (16) which is adapted to be fastened on the door leaf (12), on an inner side of the door leaf (12),
    - an inner structure (18) which includes a body (22) and two transverse arms (24) which are adapted to extend transversely through the door leaf (12), from the inner side up to an outer side of the door leaf (12), the inner structure (18) being pivotally mounted on the frame (16) about a longitudinal pivot axis (B), between a rest position and an opening position of the door leaf (12),
    - an outer structure (20) which includes a longitudinal gripping body (42) equipped with two transverse attachments (44) which are fastened on the inner structure (18), and a lining cover (46) which is mounted on the body (42) of the outer structure (20),
    characterized in that each arm (24) of the inner structure (18) forms a transverse sleeve delimiting a blocking imprint (30) which comprises a first transverse blocking face (32) and a second bearing face (34) perpendicular to the first transverse blocking face (32),
    and in that each attachment (44) includes a fastening head (48) which has at least one first blocking portion (50) delimiting at least one third transverse blocking face (52) which is adapted to cooperate with the first blocking face (32) of the associated imprint (30) to oppose the transverse removal of the fastening head (48), and a fourth bearing face (54) adapted to cooperate with the second bearing face (34) of the associated imprint (30),
    and in that the handle (10) includes at least two clamping elements (56), each clamping element (56) being designed to press the second bearing face (34) of the inner structure (18) on the fourth bearing face (54) of the outer structure (20), each clamping element (56) being adapted to be actuated from the outer side of the door leaf (12).
  2. The handle (10) according to claim 1, characterized in that each clamping element (56) is a clamping screw (56) which extends perpendicular to said bearing faces (34, 54) and which is equipped with a body (60) which is screwed into the inner structure (18) and with a head (58) which clamps the associated attachment (44) on the associated arm (24), each arm (24) of the inner structure (18) delimiting an orifice (62) for access to the associated screw head (58) to enable clamping of the screw (56) from the outer side of the door leaf (12).
  3. The handle (10) according to claim 2, characterized in that each fastening head (48) of the attachments (44) has a U-shaped slot (64) which is designed to straddle the body (60) of the associated clamping screw (56) in order to enable mounting of the screws (56) on the inner structure (18) before mounting the outer structure (20) on the inner structure (18).
  4. The handle (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the outer structure (20) has a symmetrical design according to a longitudinal median plane of symmetry (P), such that each fastening head (48) includes a second blocking portion (50') which is symmetrically opposite to said first blocking portion (50).
  5. The handle (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that each arm (24) of the inner structure (18) delimits a guide ramp (66) which is adapted to guide the transverse insertion of the associated attachment (44) towards the associated blocking imprint (30).
  6. The handle (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it includes at least one elastic return element (38) which is adapted to return the inner structure (18) to its rest position.
  7. The handle (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it includes an elastically deformable retaining tab (68) which extends from the frame (16) up to a free end forming a hook (70), and which is designed to temporarily retain the inner structure (18) in its opening position.
  8. The handle (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is of the type swinging about the longitudinal pivot axis (B) which is parallel to the longitudinal gripping body (42) of the outer structure (20).
  9. A motor vehicle door leaf (12) equipped with a handle (10) according to any one of the preceding claims.
  10. A method for mounting a handle (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 8 on a vehicle door leaf (12), characterized in that it includes successively at least:
    - one step of pre-assembly of the set constituted by the frame (16), the inner structure (18) and each clamping element (56), which step consists in mounting the inner structure (18) on the frame (16) and in mounting each clamping element (56) on the inner structure (18) in a delivery position in which each clamping element (56) authorizes the insertion of the attachment (44) into the associated arm (24),
