Automatic winder for hose vomit with short cones
The present invention relates to a winding machine for Sehlauehkötzer with short cones.
It is known to provide hose socks with a clamped short cone so that they look like Sehus coils and can also be used as such. In known Ala- machines of this type, the short cone is placed on the rocking spindle and slowly slides off this during the winding of the puke. Before the vomit is finished, the short cone leaves the rocking spindle and is only driven by the counter-swab and the windings created, which can cause disruptive vibrations.
Furthermore, in these known designs, at the end of a full wötzer, a few turns of thread are wound onto the winding spindle in such a way that they remain there while the full wötzer is stripped off the winding spindle. The thread between the expelled full kötzer and the celibate spindle is cut by a needle.
An empty short cone is lifted onto the rocking spindle up to the point of the turns remaining on the rocking spindle, which serve as the beginning of the new Kötzers. These initial turns of the new puke can cause problems when the thread is pulled out of the shuttle.
The present invention aims to remedy these disadvantages. It is characterized in that the winding spindle has a cone and the short cone is provided with a counter-cone which abuts against the cone of the winding spindle and is stuck on it during the entire winding process.
An example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is illustrated in the accompanying drawing. It shows :
1 shows the winding device of an automatic winder for hose puke with short cones seen from above in the position in which a hose puke is finished,
Fig. 2 shows the winding device in the same view as in Fig. 1, but its moving parts are drawn in the position in which a new short cone is inserted,
3 shows the winding device in the same view as in FIG. 1, the moving parts of which, however, are drawn in the position in which the short cone is plugged onto the winding spindle and the winding process can begin,

The devices for moving the winding mandrel and the counter swab as well as the means for transferring the thread for the next winding process correspond to those of the automatic winder according to the Swiss patent no. 228622. The functions of these elements are described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3.
The winding spindle 1 (FIG. 1) is drawn into its bearing 2 by a cable that cannot be seen. The counter swab 3 is mounted in the bearing bracket 4 by means of ball bearings 5. The bearing bracket 4 slides on the rod 6 and is pulled against the rocking mandrel 1 by a rope 7. The pull of the rope 7 is greater than that of the winding spindle, so that the counter swab 3 is constantly pressed against the winding spindle 1.
The short cone 8 has a bore 8a with a cone 8b which corresponds to the conical approach of the drive spindle 1, whereby the short cone 8 is held on the drive spindle at a certain point and is exactly centered. The short cone 8 engages with a rounded ring attachment 8c in the conical bore of the mating swab 3, which is lined with a soft driver insert 9, for example chewing cheek. The contact pressure of the mating swab 3 presses the short cone 8 against the sensor cone 10 during winding.
The thread guide 11 is used to lay the thread, and the parts 13, 14 and 15, which are arranged on a holder 16 which is attached to a horizontally displaceable rod 17 and which are not described in more detail during winding, serve to catch the thread when winding the bobbins - Weehsel from the rest position in Fig. 1 to the position of Fig. 2 gelant. Scissors 18 for cutting the thread F are also attached to the holder 16.
A channel 19 is used to feed the short cones 8 to the winding point, into which a shell 20 engages, which is hinged to the pivoting lever 21 and with each bobbin change a short cone, as can be seen from FIG. 2, from the channel 19 in the axial direction Driving spindle 1 brings. Solehe devices are already known on Sehussspool machines for feeding Sehussspulen.
The process is as follows: As soon as a Kötzer is completely wound, the rotation of the rocking mandrel is interrupted, the counter swab 3 is held until the rocking spindle 1 is pulled out of the Kötzer so that it falls down into a collecting device.
Before the movement of the holder 16, the counter swab 3 moves into the position according to FIG. 2, and the thread catchers 13, 14, 15 bring the thread F in front of the counter swab 3. Now the pivot lever 21 pivots the neck 20 from the channel 19 in the axial direction the rocking spindle 1, so that the bore of the short cone 8 lying in the shell lands in front of the tip of the winding spindle 1, whereupon it is pushed out of its bearing 2 and its tip engages the bore of the short cone 8,
until the cone of the rocking spindle is firmly seated in the conical bore 8a of the short cone 8 and, by pushing it further, presses the ring attachment 8c into the driver 9 of the mating swab 3. The thread F is thereby clamped between the ring attachment 8c and the driver 9.
The guide of the thread catcher 13 reaches the position of FIG. 3 after the pinching movement, that is to say via the groove 8d of the short cone, so that when the rotation of the rocking spindle begins, the reserve movement is initially waved into the groove 8d. The thread guide 11 is already in motion when winding the reserve, since its movement is firmly coupled with that of the spindle. However, the lifting movement only extends as far as the thread catcher 13, so that the thread nevertheless remains in it until it is pulled back.
The reserve winding is not necessary in all cases; it can therefore also be omitted. In this case, the thread catcher 13 immediately returns to its starting position after the thread is clamped.
