Method for producing glass objects from a supply pipe with melting of pipe pieces from the supply pipe by means of a burner The invention relates to a method for producing glass objects from a supply pipe with melting off pipe pieces from the supply pipe by means of a burner. With the previously practiced methods, a base was created at the separating end of each part during melting. If this soil was not wanted for the product, it had to be removed again. Until now, this has been done by cutting off or blasting off. Here, however, splinters appeared and a rough edge developed. This disadvantage is eliminated by the invention, which is characterized by the fact that floors are removed by heat treatment and a cut from does not take place.
In one example of the method, one can proceed in such a way that one of the two bottoms, which are formed at the point of separation when a glass tube is already closed at one end, is heated by heating the tube body closed at both ends as a result of the trapped air. is burst. In this case, the bottom to be burst is heated twice by a burner, which is either the melting burner itself or an additional burner.
In order to increase the amount of air contained in the closed tubular body and thereby increase its force, it is advantageous to cool the tubular body by means of a coolant before the bottom is formed. One when bursting open. The resulting edge bead can be reshaped using a tool.
A tube piece that is closed at both ends can be obtained by two methods.
In one example, a supply pipe is used to be nem Vorsehubende with a bottom verses henes, which is pushed in front of the length of the pipe section to be separated over the decoction burner at the separation point. Then two floors are created at the separation point; One of these floors is located on the separated pipe section, which is now closed at both ends, namely at one end through the soil present at the feed end of the advanced supply pipe and at the other end through the newly formed soil at the separation point.
The other bottom is created at the end of the supply pipe located at the separation point, which now forms the vorehubende when, after removing the severed pipe section, the supply pipe is pushed back a pipe length before. The pipe section closed at both ends is thus separated under Bodenbil training at its separating end from a supply pipe before. been that was pushed to the length of the pipe over the separation point and on. its end pushed out beyond the separation point is completed by a floor and also receives a floor when it melts at the separation point. This soil is cracked open by heating.
The product is a pipe section provided with a base at the end of the feed and open at the separation point.
In the other example, the supply tube is open at its feed end, but closed at its other end. If it is pushed forward by the length of the pipe section, the pipe section to be cut off then has an open end and only has a bottom at the other end when it melts. The supply pipe, however, is given a base in addition to the closure at the end of the socket at the rear end, which is then burst open by heating the supply pipe so that it can be pushed forward again with an open end. The product is a pipe section that is open at the end of the feed and provided with a bottom at the point of separation.
With these two process examples, for example, tablet glasses can be produced.
Another example of the method can also be used to produce the so-called tricler skewer ampoules, that is to say ampules with skewers and funnels. For this purpose, the middle part of the pipe section is pulled into a skewer. The pipe section can be cut off, for example, by melting it on the filling part of the ampoule or on the tricller part. The removal of the skewer can expediently be carried out after or before the melting. The point of separation can advantageously be on a part with a full pipe diameter or in the transition area on a part with a smaller diameter or on the spit part itself.
Instead of just one funnel spike ampoule from one roll piece, two can also be made, for example. It is then expedient to work with a supply pipe which is open at the feed end, and a pipe section which is open at the feed end and is provided with a bottom at the point of separation is produced. If a piece of pipe of a length for three funnel skewer ampoules is separated, which is divided up afterwards, it is expedient to work with a supply tube closed at the feed end by a bottom, and initially a roll piece is formed that is closed at the feed end by a bottom and open at the point of separation .
The method according to the invention is described approximately examples with reference to the drawings in some Ausfüh. In all of these examples there is no cutting of pipe pieces. In Fig. 1, the long glass tube 1 is grasped at the side of the separation point by chuck 2.2 ″ and provided in a known manner with a skewer and, if necessary, a neck constriction. The bottom 3 can be attached before the pipe is inserted into the machine, or the pipe section is removed for the first time in the machine to form the bottom 3. The burners 5, 5 'heat the glass tube and form it while pulling see bottoms 4, 4 'in a known manner. Immediately thereafter, the body part 6 is heated by the burner 7, so that the enclosed air expands and first inflates the base 4 'in a dome-shaped manner.
The chuck 2 and thus the dome is brought closer to the burners 5, 5 'so that it bursts open as a result of the overpressure created in the ampoule interior, whereby a selective annular bead forms depending on the degree of heating.
Instead of sewing the dome to the burners, the heating of the end of the drawer can also be done by the additional burners 8.
To encourage popping is. It is two-year-old to cool the body 6 before you separate, for example by blowing air on it. Thereby the underdritk that arises from the heating of the body for the form, ebiui-, is reduced, and the production of an overpressure for the bursting is easier and more effective.
It is advisable to use a tool to smooth or shape the split end.
After the finished ampoule body aas the chuck is removed, the supply tube 1 is pushed in the chuck 2 ', and the prescribed procedure again brings up the processing of the supply tube. The result is an ampoule body according to FIG. 2. The funnel can be of any length and the separation can also take place within the extended transition between the spit and the tube, so that a funnel is created with a diameter that is smaller than the tube diameter.
In FIG. 3, the long supply pipe 9 is closed at the end 10 that is not subject to machining. It is also held by the chuck 11 and rotates ge and protrudes from this so that an ampoule body can be produced.
First, the skewer 12 and, if necessary, the constriction 13 is produced by the chuck 14 grasping the open funnel end 15 and pulling out the stretch heated for the skewer. The body is then separated from the supply pipe by the bottom melting burner 16, forming a base on the body 17 and the supply pipe 9. In order to remelt the bottom on the body 17, the burner 16 is expediently moved with the body 17. Air is blown in through the blower nozzle 18 and the floor and the subsequent parts are inflated against molded parts.
For this purpose, the ampoule body can also be transferred to a special device, or it can also be lowered so far that the chuck 14 engages the body 17. The tube 9 is heated so far after the Bodenbil formation by the burner 16 or 19, 20 that the bottom bursts and the edge melts ver through one of these burners. After moving the pipe up, repeat these operations.
In Figure 4, a double body 21 for two funnel neck ampoules is melted from the glass tube, the ampoule parts together menstossen and the funnel open on both sides receives ends. The bottom formed on the glass tube when melting from is cracked open in the manner as described in FIG. The bottom of the funnel end at the melting point is burst open either by blowing air through the nozzle 22 or by sealing and heating the double body.
The melting of the double body with bottom formation for both halves takes place in a known manner in the same machine, or after transferring it to a device that works with this or that works separately.
The skewers 23, 21 can be made at the same time by holding the double body 21 by a clamping device, or one after the other.
In Figure 5, a tube piece 25 for two funnel neck ampoules is melted, in the sen middle of a funnel and a filling part collide. The glass tube is treated as described in FIG. The bottom at the melting point of the pipe section is retained. The bottom that is created on the funnel part when the tube section melts at the joint between the two ampoules is burst open by heating one ampoule.
In Fig. 6 a piece of pipe is melted zen, which is \ for three funnel neck ampoules be measured, with a funnel part at its removal point and a filling part at the other end of the tube piece and two filling and funnel parts (26, 26 </ B> and? 7, '_'7) collide. The pipe section is melted at the joints,
after the bottom formed at the Absehnrelzstelle on the pipe section has been burst open by heating the pipe section. The soils formed when the double funnel 27, 27 melts, are burst in the same way. These bases can also be opened in such a way that a burner is pointed at them so that they burst open. Oxygen burning is expediently used for this. The bottom formed at the melting point of the glass tube remains.
In Fig. 7, a pipe section for three funnel neck ampoules is also cut off, but which contains colliding filling parts 26 and funnel parts 27, with a funnel part again at the melting point of the pipe section and a filling part at the other end of the pipe section. The pipe section is thrown through at the joint after the bottom formed at the cut-off point of the pipe section has been burst open by heating the pipe section. The soils formed on the funnel parts 27 when they melt through are cracked open by heating. The bottom formed at the melting point of the glass tube is retained.
