Electrical control with speed selector and mode switch for working machines Working machines, especially machine tools, on which machining operations with different operating conditions (speed, feed rate, direction of rotation, etc.) must be carried out according to a given sequence, require a control system that enables a quick len when changing the operation Change of operating conditions made possible. It has proven to be useful to build the control on two basic elements, namely a speed selector and a mode switch.
The operating mode switch can, for example, have the following tasks: It should make it possible to preselect a speed without the machine being initially affected by this; he should continue to put the machine into action with a preselected operating mode; it should bring the machine into a state that it can easily be turned by hand; it should make it possible to switch from manual control to program control, etc. The speed selector, as the name suggests, is used to set the drive speeds required in the drive, which is generally seen through gear shifting, but can be supplemented by a motor shift can.
Reversing the direction of rotation may also be part of the stop processes, whereby either the reversal is shifted to the gearbox or to the motor.
The invention relates to an electrical control with speed selector and operating mode switch for work machines, the speed of which is adjustable by gear shift and speed circuit of the drive motor, which control is designed in such a way, <let the speed selector through the operating mode switch on the circuits for the Ge transmission circuit and the motor speed circuit can be switched in such a way that in a first position of the operating mode switch the said circuits are established in the respective position of the speed selector, while in a second position of the operating mode switch the speed selector is switched off after the drive speed has been set .
The advantage of such a control lies primarily in its simplicity, since it enables very large control ranges to be mastered with only a few switching means and without the interposition of additional control or switching devices.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the circuit diagram of the drawing, namely for a control with twelve speed, vindigkeitsstufen. The operating mode switch BS is. shown below left. The speed selector DW is made up of three contact groups I-III in this case.
The operating mode switch BS is in the zero position, in which the contact K1 is open while the contacts K2, K3, K.4 are closed. The speed selector DW is set so that its switching arm, as shown, is on contact 2. In this position, a certain speed of the drive is preselected without initially triggering a movement process. Now the operating mode holder BS is brought to position 1.
Here only contact K1 is closed, while the switching contacts K2, K3 and K4 are temporarily opened. The purpose of opening these contacts is to make the previously effective speed settings ineffective. in order to enable the transition to the newly set speeds in this way.
When the contact K. opens, the safety caps that determine the 2vIotordrehzalrerein- devices (SSl2, SS22). The opening of K3 causes all safety gates that operate the clutches in the gearbox to drop out. The opening of K4 has. Finally, the importance of the HR holding relay also being switched off to be on the safe side, if an external drive brake was used beforehand.
This means that all previously effective processes are deleted and the preparation for the next step is created. The speed values preselected in between are transmitted via the switch contact K1, which is now closed.
When contact K1 is closed, the following circuits are established: From R via HR2, K1 to contact \? of the first group I from DW, from there via resting contact SD41 to the parallel eye-shooters SSl2 and 9S92. It is assumed that the drive motor is a pole-changing motor, so that one of the two pole numbers is switched on when SSl2 and SS22 respond, when contactor SD.,
the other number of poles. The contacts switched by SSl2, SS.- and SD4 for the motor signals are not shown. At the same time with. When the motor speed is switched on, the self-holding contacts SSi2 and SS22 are also closed.
Another current path runs via the contact arm of group II from DW and from there via line a via break contact SE- 'to contactor SD. This responds, closes its make contact SD1 in front of the clutch winding D and thus switches the corresponding gear coupling.
Finally, a third current path is established via K1, namely via the switching arm of contact group III from DW, line b, normally closed contacts S 9 4 and SC3, after contactor SB, that switched on by closing its contact SB1 in front of the clutch winding B. So now, in addition to clutch D, clutch B is also switched on. This means that certain speeds are set in the two stages of the multi-stage transmission.
The position 1 of the operating mode switch BS is not locked, but is a tipping position. The switch BS goes back to let go of its operating lever back into the zero position, in which K1 is open, while K2, K3 and K4 are closed.
The contacts K1, K2 and K3 partially overlap, as indicated by the dash-dotted lines, so that the contacts K2, K3 and K4 are closed before K1 opens. The self-locking for 8812 and SS22 is established via the closed contact K2, the self-locking for the contactors SD and SB via contact K3, which have closed the self-retaining contacts SD2 and SB2 upstream when they respond.
By opening K1, the speed selector DW with its three contact groups is switched off, so ineffective. It can now be set to any new speed without affecting the current work process. If the newly set speed is to be switched over, the operating mode sehalter BS is transferred from the zero position to the position 1, whereby the previously switched clutches drop off and the nicely set clutches after dropping
