Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferhaltigen Polyazofarbstoffes der Stilhenreihe Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupfer haltigen Pol#razofarbstoffes der Stilbenreihe, welches darin. besteht, dass man 1 Mol 1,3-Di- oxybenzol mit der Diazoverbindung aus 1 Mol des Aminodisazokörpers der Formel

hierauf auf das Kupplungsprodukt 1 Mol dianotierte 2-Amino-l-oxybenzol-4-sul- fonsäure einwirken lässt und den erhaltenen Pollyazofarbstoff mit kupferabgebenden Mit teln behandelt.
Der neue, kupferhaltige Polyazofarbstoff der Stilbenreihe ist ein braunschwarzes Pul ver, welches sich in Wasser mit rotbrauner Farbe löst und Chromvelourleder in lebhaften, rotstichig braunen, schleifechten Tönen färbt.
Im nachfolgenden Beispiel' bedeuten die Teile Gewichtsteile und die Prozente Gewichts- prozente.

Die Diazosuspen- sion lässt man zu einer eisgekühlten Lösung aus 11 Teilen 1,3-Dioxybenzol, 40 Teilen Na- triumcarbonat und 200 Teilen Wasser fliessen. Dann fügt man der Reaktionslösung weitere 40 Teile Natriumearbonat zu und gibt ihr hierauf die Diazoverhindung aus 18,9 Teilen Amino-l-oxybenzol-4-sulfonsäure zu.
Nach beendigter Kupplung wird der erhaltene Polyazofarbstoff durch Zusatz von Natrium- chlorid zur Lösung abgeschieden und ab- filtriert.
Zur Herstellung der Kupferkomplexver- bindung des Polyazofarbstoffes löst man .den feuchten Filterkuchen in 1000 Teilen Wasser von 65 , fügt der Lösung 20 Teile Natrium- acetat und eine Lösung von 25 Teilen kristal lisiertem Kupfersulfat in 100 Teilen Wasser zu und rührt die Kupferungslösung während 1.1/z Stunden bei 65-70 . Der so erhaltene kupferhaltige Polya.zofarbstoff wird durch Zugabe von Natriumchlorid aus der Lösung ausgefällt, abfiltriert und getrocknet.
Er stellt ein braunschwarzes Pulver dar, welches sieh in Wasser mit rotbrauner Farbe löst und Chrotnvelourleder in lebhaften, rotstichig braunen, sehleifeehten Tönen färbt.

To prepare the copper complex compound of the polyazo dye, the moist filter cake is dissolved in 1000 parts of water of 65, 20 parts of sodium acetate and a solution of 25 parts of crystallized copper sulfate in 100 parts of water are added to the solution and the coppering solution is stirred for 1.1 / z hours at 65-70. The copper-containing polyazo dye obtained in this way is precipitated from the solution by adding sodium chloride, filtered off and dried.
