Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferhaltigen Polyazofarbstoffes der Stilbenreihe Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstelhmg eines kupfer haltigen Polyazofarbstoffes der Stilbenreihe, welches darin besteht, dass man 1 Mol 1,3-Di- oxybenzol mit dem Diazokörper aus 1 Mol der Aminodisazoverbindung der Zusammenset zung

vereinigt,
auf das Reaktionsprodukt 1 Mol diazotierte 2-Amino-l-oxybenzol-4-sulfonsäur e einwirken lässt und den erhaltenen Polyazo- farbstoff mit kupferabgebenden Mitteln be handelt.
Der neue, kupferhaltige Polyazofarbstoff der Stilbenreihe stellt ein braunschwarzes Pulver dar, welches sich in Wasser mit rot brauner Farbe löst und Chromvelourleder in lebhaften, rotstichig braunen, schleifechten Tönen färbt.
Im nachstehenden Beispiel bedeuten die Teile Gewichtsteile und die Prozente Ge wichtsprozente. <I>Beispiel</I> 78,7 Teile der Aminodisazoverbindung der Formel

werden in Form des Natriumsalzes in 1000 Teilen Wasser gelöst und durch Zugabe einer Lösung von 7 Teilen Natriumnitrit in 25 Tei- len Wasser sowie 30 Teilen 30o/oiger Salzsäure bei 15 diazotiert. Die entstandene Diazo- suspension lässt man zu einer eisgekühlten Lösung
aus 1.1 Teilen 1,3-Dioxybenzol, 40 Tei len Natriumearbonat und 200 Teilen Wasser fliessen. Nach erfolgter Kupplung werden der Reaktionslösung weitere 40 Teile Natritimcar- bonat und darauf die Diazov erbindung aus 18,9 Teilen 2-Amino-l-oxybenzol-4-sulfonsäure zugegeben. Der erhaltene Polyazofarbstoff wird durch Zugabe von Natriumchlorid aus der Lösung ausgefällt und abfiltriert.
Zur Herstellung der Kupferkomplexver- bindting des Polyazofarbstoffes löst man den Filterkuchen in<B>1000</B> Teilen Wasser von 60 , fügt der Lösung 20 Teile Natriumacetat und eine Lösung von 25 Teilen kristallisiertem Kupfersulfat in 100 Teilen Wasser hinzu und rühmt die Kupferungslösung während zwei Stunden bei 60-70 .
Nach beendigter Met.al- lisierung wird der kupferhaltige Polyäzofarb- stoff durch Zusatz von Natriumchlorid ab geschieden, von der Lösung abfiltriert und getrocknet. Er stellt ein braunschwarzes Pul ver dar, welches sieh in Wasser mit rotbrau ner Farbe löst und Chromv elourleder in leb haften, rotstichig braunen, sehleifeehten Tö nen färbt..

The new, copper-containing polyazo dye of the stilbene series is a brown-black powder which dissolves in water with a red-brown color and dyes chrome suede in lively, reddish-brown, abrasive tones.
In the example below, the parts are parts by weight and the percentages are percentages by weight. <I> Example </I> 78.7 parts of the aminodisazo compound of the formula

are dissolved in 1000 parts of water in the form of the sodium salt and diazotized at 15 by adding a solution of 7 parts of sodium nitrite in 25 parts of water and 30 parts of 30% hydrochloric acid. The resulting diazo suspension is added to an ice-cold solution
from 1.1 parts of 1,3-dioxybenzene, 40 parts of sodium carbonate and 200 parts of water flow. After coupling has taken place, a further 40 parts of sodium carbonate and then the diazo compound from 18.9 parts of 2-amino-1-oxybenzene-4-sulfonic acid are added to the reaction solution. The polyazo dye obtained is precipitated from the solution by adding sodium chloride and filtered off.
To produce the copper complex compound of the polyazo dye, the filter cake is dissolved in 1000 parts of 60 water, 20 parts of sodium acetate and a solution of 25 parts of crystallized copper sulfate in 100 parts of water are added to the solution and the coppering solution is heated during two hours at 60-70.
After the metalization has ended, the copper-containing polyazo dye is separated off by adding sodium chloride, filtered off from the solution and dried. It is a brown-black powder that dissolves in water with a red-brown color and dyes chrome v elour leather in lively, red-tinged brown, soft tones.
