Description

  

  Verfahren     zur    Herstellung eines kupferhaltigen     Polyazofarbstoffes    der     Stilbenreihe       Es wurde gefunden, dass ein neuer, wert  voller,     kupferhaltiger        Polyazofarbstoff    der       Stilbenreihe    dadurch erhalten wird,     da.ss    man  1     31o1        1.,3-Dioxybenzol    mit der     Diazoverbin-          dung    aus 1     Mol        4-Amino-4'-(4"-oxyphenyl-1"-          azo)-1,1'-stilben-2,2'-disulfonsäure    vereinigt,

    hierauf auf das     Reaktionsprodukt    1     Mol        di-          azotierte        2-Amino-l-oxybenzol-4-sulfonsätire     einwirken lässt und den so erhaltenen     Poly-          azofarbstoff    mit kupferabgebenden Mitteln  behandelt.  



  Der neue, kupferhaltige     Polyazofarbstoff     der     Stilbenreihe    ist ein braunschwarzes Pul  ver. welches sich in Wasser mit rotbrauner  Farbe löst und     Chromvelourleder    in lebhaf  ten,     rotstiehig    braunen,     schleifechten    Tönen  färbt.  



  Im. nachfolgenden Beispiel bedeuten die  Teile     Gewiehtsteile,    und     die@Prozente    sind in       Gewiehtsprozenten    angegeben.  



       Beispiel:     47,5 Teile     4-Amino-4'-(4"-oxyphenyl-1"-azo)-          1,1'-stilben-2,2'-disulfonsäure    werden in Form  des     Natriumsalzes    in 1000 Teilen Wasser gelöst  und durch Zugabe einer Lösung von 7 Teilen       Natriumnitrit    in 20 Teilen Wasser und 30  Teilen     301higer    Salzsäure bei     1.0         diazotiert.     Die Lösung der     Diazoverbindung    lässt man zu  einer Lösung aus 11 Teilen     1,3-Dioxybenzol,     <B>35</B> Teilen     Natiiumcarbonat        und    200 Teilen    Wasser fliessen.

   Nach erfolgter Vereinigung  werden der Kupplungslösung weitere 40 Teile       Natriumcärbonat    zugegeben. Alsdann setzt  man ihr eine Lösung der     Diazoverbindung     aus 18,9 Teilen     2-Amino-l-oxybenzol-4-sulfon-          säure    zu. Nach beendigter Kupplung scheidet  man den gebildeten     Polyazofarbstoff    durch  Zusatz von     Natriumchlorid    aus der Kupp  lungslösung ab und filtriert ihn hierauf ab.  



  Zur Überführung in die Kupferkomplex  verbindung wird der feuchte Filterkuchen bei  60  in 1200 Teilen Wasser gelöst. Die     Farb-          stofflösung    versetzt man mit 15 Teilen Na  triumacetat und einer konzentrierten wässeri  gen Lösung aus 25 Teilen     kristallisiertem     Kupfersulfat und rührt sie während drei  Stunden bei 60-70 . Der gebildete kupfer  haltige     Polyazofarbstoff    wird aus der     Kup-          ferungslösung        ausgesalzt,        abfiltriert    und ge  trocknet.

   Er stellt ein braunschwarzes Pulver  dar, welches sich in Wasser mit     rotbrauner     Farbe löst und     Chromvelourleder    in lebhaf  ten,     rotstichig    braunen, schleifechten Tönen  färbt.



  Process for the preparation of a copper-containing polyazo dye of the stilbene series It has been found that a new, valuable, copper-containing polyazo dye of the stilbene series is obtained by adding 1,311,1,3-dioxybenzene with the diazo compound of 1 mol of 4-amino -4 '- (4 "-oxyphenyl-1" - azo) -1,1'-stilbene-2,2'-disulfonic acid combined,

    then 1 mol of diacotized 2-amino-1-oxybenzene-4-sulfonic acid is allowed to act on the reaction product and the resulting polyazo dye is treated with copper-releasing agents.



  The new, copper-containing polyazo dye from the stilbene range is a brown-black powder which dissolves in water with a reddish brown color and dyes chrome suede in lively, reddish brown, abrasion-resistant tones.



  In the example below, the parts are parts by weight and the percentages are given in percentages by weight.



       Example: 47.5 parts of 4-amino-4 '- (4 "-oxyphenyl-1" -azo) -1,1'-stilbene-2,2'-disulphonic acid are dissolved in 1000 parts of water in the form of the sodium salt and poured through Addition of a solution of 7 parts of sodium nitrite in 20 parts of water and 30 parts of 301h hydrochloric acid at 1.0 diazotized. The solution of the diazo compound is allowed to flow into a solution of 11 parts of 1,3-dioxybenzene, 35 parts of sodium carbonate and 200 parts of water.

   After the combination has taken place, a further 40 parts of sodium carbonate are added to the coupling solution. A solution of the diazo compound consisting of 18.9 parts of 2-amino-1-oxybenzene-4-sulfonic acid is then added to it. After coupling is complete, the polyazo dye formed is separated off from the coupling solution by adding sodium chloride and it is then filtered off.



  For conversion into the copper complex compound, the moist filter cake is dissolved in 1200 parts of water at 60. The dye solution is mixed with 15 parts of sodium acetate and a concentrated aqueous solution of 25 parts of crystallized copper sulfate and stirred for three hours at 60-70. The copper-containing polyazo dye formed is salted out of the copper solution, filtered off and dried.

   It is a brown-black powder that dissolves in water with a reddish brown color and dyes chrome suede in lively, reddish brown, abrasive tones.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM A process for the production of a copper-containing polyazo dye of the stilbene series, characterized in that 1 mol of 1,3-dioxybenzene is mixed with the diazo compound from 1 yol of 4-amino-4 '- (4 "-oxyphenyl-1" -azo) -1, 1'-stilbene - 2,2 '- disulfonic acid combined,

then allowed to act on the reaction product 1 mol of diazotized 2-amino-1-oxybenzene-4-sulfonic acid and the resulting polyazo dye with. treated copper-releasing agents. The new, copper-containing polyazo dye from the stilbene series is a brown-black powder which dissolves in water with a red-brown color and dyes chrome elour leather in lively, red-tinged brown, non-slip tones.
