Description

  

  Verfahren zur     Herstellung    eines     kobalthaltigen        Monoazofarbstoües.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     kobalt-          haltigen        Monoazofarbstoffes,    welches darin be  steht,

   dass man die durch Kuppeln von 1     Mol          diazotiertem        2-Amino-l-oxy-4-nitrobenzol    mit  1     Mol        1-Carbäthoxyamino-7-oxynaphthalin    er  hältliche     Monoazoverbindung    mit einem     ko-          baltabgebenden    Mittel behandelt.  



  Im nachfolgenden Beispiel bedeuten die  Teile Gewichtsteile, und die Prozente sind in  Gewichtsprozenten angegeben.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  10,4 Teile der durch Kuppeln von diano  tiertem     2-Amino-l-oxy-4-nitrobenzol    mit     1-          Carbäthoxyamino-7-oxynaphthalin    erhältli  ehen     Monoazoverbindung    werden in 1700 Teile  Wasser von 90  eingerührt. Hierauf setzt man  der Aufschlämmung der     Monoazoverbindung     unter Rühren 14,6 Teile     301/oige    Natrium  hydroxydlösung zu und lässt die Temperatur  auf 75  absinken.

   Bei dieser Temperatur lässt  man eine     Kobaltnatriumtartratlösung    aus 5,9  Teilen     kristallisiertem        Kobaltosulfat,    55 Teilen       einer        3o/oigen        wässerigen       und 7,7 Teilen     30o/oiger        Natriumhydroxyd-          lösung        zutropfen        und    rührt die Reaktions  lösung noch 10-15 Minuten bei 75 .

   Dann  wird sie filtriert, das Filtrat mit Natrium  chlorid versetzt und die ausgefallene Kobalt  komplexverbindung des     Monoazofarbstoffes          abfiltriert    und bei 70  getrocknet.  



  Der neue,     kobalthaltige        Monoazofarbstoff     löst sich in Wasser mit grüner Farbe und  färbt Wolle und synthetische     Polyamidfasern     in licht- und     walkechten    oliven Tönen.

  <I> Example: </I> 10.4 parts of the monoazo compound obtained by coupling diano-tated 2-amino-1-oxy-4-nitrobenzene with 1-carbethoxyamino-7-oxynaphthalene are stirred into 1700 parts of water at 90 °. 14.6 parts of 301% sodium hydroxide solution are then added to the suspension of the monoazo compound with stirring and the temperature is allowed to drop to 75%.

   At this temperature, a cobalt sodium tartrate solution composed of 5.9 parts of crystallized cobalt sulfate, 55 parts of a 3% aqueous and 7.7 parts of 30% sodium hydroxide solution is added dropwise and the reaction solution is stirred for a further 10-15 minutes at 75%.

   Then it is filtered, the filtrate is mixed with sodium chloride and the precipitated cobalt complex compound of the monoazo dye is filtered off and dried at 70 °.



  The new, cobalt-containing monoazo dye dissolves in water with a green color and dyes wool and synthetic polyamide fibers in lightfast and milled olive tones.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kobalt- haltigen Monoazofarbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man die durch Kuppeln von 1 Mol dianotiertem 2-Amino-l-oxy-4-nitroben- zol mit 1 Mol 1-Carbäthoxyamino-7-oxynaph- thalin erhältliche Monoazoverbindung mit einem kobaltabgebenden Mittel behandelt.
